If you want a quick drive-through car wash, this is not the place for you. They have so many people going through your car. Don’t even think of coming here if you have valuables, they’re going to make you get out and be away from your vehicle while they’re in it. I asked there is no option for you just riding through like a normal car wash.
Love that this car wash has people waiting to wipe your vehicle down when it comes out, unlike the other car wash up the road. I also love that they have senior citizen Tues (AMAZING).
Extremely disappointing experience. Paid $22 per car for wash and interior vacuuming for two vehicles and received rushed, careless service. Cars were returned almost immediately, still wet, and not properly cleaned. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Avoid this place.
Very short service line to wash car , if you chose the hi end option, many sinceres for rinse and shampooing not working .
Poor vacuum and missing the trunk .
Also you have to watch your car when they drive it .
Service adequate. Difficult to communicate with help. Purchased the "top of the line "Benz" service. Interior was good. Exterior"drive through" quality. Engine area untouched.

I went there to get a quick drive through exterior wash. I was not permitted to drive through myself, so the man said in broken English that I need to let him drive my car through, I said I want to sit in the passenger seat and drive through with him. He said that was not permitted, as per the owners wife, I then said well where do I wait he said I don’t know. Just a waste of my time. Very poor communication. I left and will go elsewhere.
I’ve been working in the area for 10 years and going to this car wash for 8 of them. What started as the premier car wash, far better than any other I experienced, has significantly gone downhill. I even used to have a monthly membership here, that’s how much I liked it. Now you pay $20 to leave with a dirty car. I’ve given them 2 extra chances after I left with a dirty car once, but the results have been the same. See pics for what the back of my car looked like after I left the wash yesterday. Unacceptable, I’ll be going elsewhere now.
I have been using this car wash for a while. The last 2 times, I was disappointed. They inside of my car was not wiped down. Which is one of the reason I liked this car wash. I also noticed all new employees. Is this car wash under new management? They also didn’t have any wheel shine so I wasn’t able to get the level wash I wanted.
Did the mid line wash. Got in car to drive away and noticed car pulling harshly. Pulled over as soon as possible and found front driver tire flat and gouged…from their car wash system. Called and was told it wasn’t them. My tire was not flat when I drove into their parking lot. It was flat when I drove off. They should cover the cost of my tire for their negligence. Manager was extremely rude and hung up.
Update…inside tire and outside tire gouged from their machine after having it looked at by mechanic. Also noticed they did a terrible job wiping down the windows and dash…streaked and partly wiped. Skip this place….
I have always been pleased with Franklin Auto Spa until my last 2 visits. They did not secure my car mats on the hooks that Kia provides. I told them about it before they washed my car today. When I was told my car was ready the first thing I did was check the mats. They were not on the hooks. I could not get the employees to understand what I wanted. I had even told the cashier, Carlos, before I paid that I needed this done correctly. Three strikes and your out!
Sadly I was not impressed with this car wash, it was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect but based on all the good reviews I gave it a try. The vacuum job was mediocre, they didn’t even touch my back seats. I paid for the $22 wash with the wheel shine and only 2 tires had it! I should have checked over the car before I left. When I got home I had to use my cordless vacuum and re-wipe the interior. I am absolutely a perfectionist but I’d rather pay for a cheaper drive through and vacuum the interior myself than come here again. I guess I’m just confused what this place is, obviously not a full detail but not quite a do it yourself car wash?
I don’t see how this place got less than 4 stars… But every time I go there I’m satisfied. This is the only carwash I been to that is affordably priced for the service that you get. Other places either only clean the outside for cheaper or if they do clean both inside and out, it’s like twice the price! Fave auto spa to this day, even tho I no longer live in PA.
We've been customers for many years and always buy a wash book. What used to be a great car wash has gone noticeably downhill over the past few years. Today was the worst. Got a "Take Flight" on our wash book. I'm sorry that I added extra tip. I had to rush to pick someone up at Hamilton Station. What I found on the way there and once I got out to look around was not good...
- The dashboard was not touched and full of dust.
- The carpets were not vacuumed.
- There are water spots all over the car.

All of these are included in what I purchased. I should get a refund for the inattentive job. Really disappointed. There was a few other visits like this in recent years and this is about the worst!
Had the governor service preformed on my suv. This was a complete interior service. When I got into the car, there were still scuff marks on my drivers door. Back was not cleaned at door sill, stain was still on my pass front seat, and it did not look like any dressing was applied. Door jams not cleaned. What really annoyed me was the total lack of concern and nothing but excuses from the staff. Will not be going back!!. Sad because This was always the place I used for my car cleaning services
So I normally have nothing bad to say about this car wash. I come here all the time and it’s my favorite, but they did a horrible job on my car today. I’m very surprised and disappointed. I specifically said I needed the inside vacuumed and my car was not vacuumed at all!!!!! I got it back looking exactly how I gave it to them to clean. I paid for a vacuuming and didn’t receive it. I had to do it myself when I got home. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.
This was my go to spot for interior cleaning/detailing until two horrible experiences. First time i went they said they do not have ample staff to clean my car when the whole point is a express detail. The second time the guy said he wont do anything but clean the plastic for 55 dollars and my car is too dirty he would have to charge at least $200. No where on the website does it say that the prices are contingent on how dirty the car is. Went to white glove instead who decided to be reasonable and will recommend them to everybody
They did exactly what I asked for (vacuuming the trunk and the seal as well) in addition to the lightning car wash I requested. Well done and friendly crew! I've gone many times over the years with different vehicles and have always been pleased.
Definitely a downgrade in service in staff from what it used to be. I could have spent half the price and gotten the same wash job. Wash was mediocre with wheels still being dirty. Interior cleaning and vacuuming was barely done. Front mats were taken out and sprayed with water but barely vacuumed underneath where the mats were. They didn’t even touch the back seats or mats. The front dash wasn’t wiped down. They never even opened the back doors to wipe the windows or doors. Overall I would not recommend this location for a car wash as the service doesn’t match what’s being offered.
Best place to get your car done. I have an F150 truck and some car wash places don't get the entire truck clean. I've never had this problem at Franklin Auto Spa. I've also had my truck detailed there, another great job. Every employee is polite and welcoming. I wouldn't take"Big Blue" (truck name) anywhere else. I highly recommend
I went over to Franklin a few weeks ago to get my car cleaned after all of the snowstorms that had taken place. Prior to the wash, my car was covered in snow and salt marks. I opted for the “Turn Key” wash so that I could get my wheels and undercarriage taken care of.
While I paid and waited for my wash, I had the pleasure of speaking with Calvin, one of the employee/managers there. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all the processes that go on at Franklin. He managed to make the wait time go by quickly, as opposed to other washes where I have to sit in a chair in silence while I wait.
I was delightfully surprised with the speed and quality of my wash. My car came out looking brand new, and in a timely manner! After it was completed, Calvin immediately came out and asked me if everything looked alright. Of course, I assured him it did. Very happy with my service, and will certainly be coming back!
I went here for the first time as I had a FREE coupon for Ben's Basic which is normally $14. The exterior looked great and they did a nice job of hand drying it so that there weren't any dried water spots. The vacuuming was good for the price and they cleaned my rubber floor mats which wasn't even included in the package.
What really impressed me was the friendliness of the employees. They were very professional and kind about explaining where to pick up your car, where to check out, answering questions etc. and they all spoke English. I care a lot about my car so being able to ask questions and communicate with the staff is important to me especially since a lot of car detailing places have confusing layouts for 1st time customers. .
I'll probably go back and try one of the more expansive detailing packages.
Went here yesterday (9/16/2018) to get my Jeep washed and was highly disappointed. I got the most expensive car wash package (the Lightening Strike or something like that), which is $26. It took about 5-7 minutes in total. When I retrieved my car I found that it wasn’t clean on the inside or out. Pieces of dirt that were easily removed with my finger nail, were not gone. The inside had not been vacuumed as is included in the package, and it did not seem the dash board had been wiped down either. I would have much rather waited more time to have gotten a better result. (See pictures attached)
This happened to me on TUESDAY when I went to car wash, My Rear wheel alloys got with scratches and damage. I was not aware when I was there. After I went to home I saw damages on my wheel and there was a yellow color paint and assumed that, when the driver took the car from me and while taking into the drive way for cleaning he might messed it with bar's which wheels will be aligned.
Immediately I made a phone call to these guys they said they will look on to it and said they are going to review it with his BOSS, but today his BOSS called me and started questioning me why it happened to back wheels not the front wheels? And said that it could have happened some where else outside.
He Said - I am not responsible, which is Rude and I suggest other's to take care of their vehicles and clearly inspect before you handover it to them. I am going to take further actions
I got a full detail as a Christmas present but with the snow storms, we had to reschedule 3 different times. Each time they were super proactive in contacting me and helping me reschedule. When I finally dropped off my car, they were extremely helpful. They got my car done ahead of schedule. My car was beautiful-they got every single square inch of my car, even the button. I was super impressed. They also called me about polishing the headlights, which I thought was nice and even though it was an extra charge, it was cheaper than I was expecting. The staff were so so nice to me. Even two weeks later, my car still looks amazing. I'd totally recommend the Ben's Bi-Focal Complete Detail- very worth it.
A very nice and professional car wash located right off rt 30 in Malvern. The prices are very fair and the staff treat your car as you would want it to be treated. You can view your vehicle as it gets washed from windows inside the facility which is very cool as well! Highly recommend this wash if you are in the area!
