Purchased wiper blades today and had the pleasure of Kyle complaining non stop while installing them.Even tried to insult my skills for doing them only to have a hard time himself and stating he would not install that kind again. Not worth visiting this store with him behind the counter.

Excellent experience getting help with replacement wipers for my Jeep - they had the exact part / perfect size fit & exceptional product. Also needed some oil & wiper fluid - they carry it all, and the staff is helpful & friendly.

Employees barely looked up when I walked in. Little interest in helping me with a question and part. Another customer was buying wipers and the employees refused to install them because it was "too cold outside." It was about 35 and sunny. We both left shaking our heads at such rotten customer "service." Went 10 mins away to West Chester Auto Zone who helped me out right away and were very friendly and efficient.

Advance Auto Parts is one of my go-to stops for anything related to car maintenance or repairs. They have a good selection of parts and accessories, and the staff are usually helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient location and reliable service make it easy to get what I need quickly.

When I asked the guy at the counter for 4ft of rubber FUEL line he gave me vacuum line instead. Didn't realize this until AFTER I installed it into my classic car and woke up to a huge puddle of gasoline under my car in my garage. The gas ate right through the rubber, it was NOT CHEMICAL RESISTANT! This could have resulted in a fire of not only my car but my house too. The people working here are completely incompetent.

Came for a new battery for my Toyota, Kyle went above and beyond to make professional recommendations and provided expert service for installation. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll always come here for parts - thank you!

I’m actually shaking how uncomfortable and unsafe this place made me feel. I was yelled at, harassed, told “do you even know how to change a battery, then wait your turn, and be patient.” This was after I saw the employees spend around 15 min chilling on his phone while holding my battery and saying he’d get to replacing my battery. I just went to ask how it was going and he’s like “there’s only 2 of us in the store, do you not see the other customers, I got to get to them first,” apparently my asking this was enough for an older gentleman who worked there to come over my way, start yelling at me for apparently mistreating his employee (I guess checking on the status of my battery was just awful??) and then berating me, telling me how he’s older I should listen and learn a thing or two. I literally can’t remember the last time I was so mistreated and yelled at, and after just spending nearly $300 on a new battery. Oh and guess what it’s Valentine’s Day, and I was just trying to change my wife’s car battery, and the employee, who had been on his phone, was giving me a hard time for not knowing the engine and oil details of the car (of course I didn't know) it’s my wife’s car and I’m trying to do her a favor :/ Worst advance auto ever. Stay far away if you value sanity, kindness, not being mistreated and yelled at. There’s a few people in here who definitely need some corrective training or to be let go. I hope someone higher up who's reading this at advance auto really looks into this store. This was an awful and unacceptable experience .

The employees of this store are absolutely miserable. Amazing how businesses can stay open with these types of employees. Will go to NAPA for my parts.

The workers dont have as much knowledge about cars as car part stores of the past but they try there best. If they dont have the part you need they will find one and have it to you in 1-2 days.

Most helpful and knowledgeable employees of any auto store I've been in. Always have what I need and if they don't, they find it. Polite, respectful and kind. I'll never go anywhere else.

Maddie went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle was throwing a service engine code and she offered to read it free. The light went off but appears to be something with the oxygen sensor. Also helped me locate and install the cabin air filter, and did it all with a positive energy and was not bothered by my questions. She’s amazing and deserves a tremendous raise along with my gratitude for her service. I had a great experience shopping at this location because of her help.

Excellent customer service from Brian. I called about coolant for my son’s car- he asked me what type of car to be sure he had the correct coolant in stock. Then, I ordered online for store pick up and I ended up ordering the wrong coolant for the car. Brian remembered my phone call and the make and model of the car and he called me to let me know and fixed my order for me. He really went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Not all heroes wear capes. Brian is one such hero. We had a fiasco where our headlight went out at 8:00pm on a cold night in the middle of a road trip. The store happened to be open and we purchased a new lightbulb for our headlight. Little did we know, changing the bulb for a 2017 jeep wrangler headlight required much more car knowledge than we had. Brian helped us figure it out , was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. We appreciate his help SO MUCH!! Thank you Brian!!!

Car battery died unexpectedly . Frazer had a battery in stock AND they installed it despite snow and rain coming down . Friendly and quick service. We are lucky to have this local store for days like these! Thank you !!!!!

I visited the store twice in the last 2 weeks for different needs. Both times the employees ( different people each visit) were super kind, helpful, and professional! Appreciate them greatly!

These guys are pretty damn good all around. If you're not 100% sure of what you need going in they will make sure leave with it. The customer service here is very good and each of their techs know what they're talking about and quickly get what you need.

The guy here help me get the right tie rod end for my Windstar. I called first to make sure they have the part and he had it at the counter when I got there. Really nice, really friendly, would highly recommend.

Guys here are pretty nice although it’s a bit rough if you don’t really know your way around auto parts. The store is a bit on the small side so you might not find exactly what you’re looking for. They are helpful and let you work on your car in the parking lot. I have borrowed the OBD two scanner numerous times and it has helped me diagnose what’s wrong with my car.

I drove to this store for the purpose of having a new battery installed. The store refused to install it because the manufacturer recommended some gadget also be added that they didn't have. I told them I don't need the gadget, I need the battery installed. (The current battery doesn't have the extra thing either.) I won't shop here again. I'll stay closer to home and shop at NAPA.

This place is great, especially Joseph. He recommended a good pair of wiper blades and installed them for me. Even gave me a fist bump, when he finished. He didn't talk down to me at all (being a woman). Truly good customer service. I hope they appreciate him

The sales people are nice, and this being the only somewhat reasonable stocked store parts store in the area, thought I'd patronize a local business despite their prices being twice as much as on Amazon, because of a mail-in (online) rebate made the price somewhat comparable. Bad decision - the mail in rebate was declined for no reason, and the telephone number listed for contacting the rebate people is unreachable. I later found that their rebates are a well known scam (google it). Shop here if you must, but bit do not expect money back from a rebate.

Returned a battery that was 6 months old today expecting to get a big run around like I would from the other auto store. Was greeted by a gentleman named Tito who was extremely helpful and easy to work with and provided a new battery with no hassles. It's refreshing to do business with a company that values its customers.

I had my battery replaced today, by "The Battery Guy." He was amazing! A quick battery replacement turned into a project because I have an older car...stripped bolt on the battery tray... "The Battery Guy" worked out in the rain, to install my new battery until my car was up and running again!! Thank you!!

The worst auto place I have ever been to so far -stay away..... I arrived at the store on a Saturday at around noon to buy a headlight. The employee that helped me was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. At around 3pm I finally had time to change the headlight. Since I have done it many times before I was hoping to get it done in less than 5min. After struggling a few min to connect the headlight to the car, I called my husband over. Turns out that I recieved the wrong headlight although given the employee the make, model and year of car 2xs....... That same day at around 5:45pm I went back to the store. I saw the guy that had given me the wrong headlight and told him what happened, he apologized and headed out the door, his shift was over. I was approached by another employee who assisted me in getting the correct headlight. This man was apologetic about what had occurred earlier. I told him that since I had recieved the wrong headlight, that I wasn't going to leave the property without having installed it. I had parked infront of the store because the sun was beginning to set and I was worried I wouldn't have enough light so was going to rely on the store outdoor lights just in case. I was happy to have recieved the correct headlight, or appeared at the time since it was the correct fitting, that I had placed the headlight cover back on and had only 1 screw in. I decided I should test it out first before screwing back in the last screw. So I turned on my headlights and notice that the headlight that I had recently changed wasn't lighting. So I went back inside the store. At that time I became very annoyed. I have been outside for a few minutes trying to install my headlight and worst of all with barely any sunlight. When I walked back inside the store it was empty and with only 2 employees. The man that had helped me, who turned out to be the store manager and a younger guy, just a store employee. Who apparently were just standing at the counter talking. So I told the older guy know gave me the correct fitting headlight, that the headlight still wasn't working and asked to speak with a manager on duty so that he could help me. He said he was the"manager" but knew nothing about the technical part of the job just the management part of it. WEIRD. So he asked the younger guy to come outside with us. By that time it was already dark enough that I had to use my cellphone's flashlight. The younger guy just tucked in the headlight more and it lit up. I told them that I had only put in 1 screw and since the headlight didn't light up, decided to wait until it was looked at by a store employee. I said thank you and younger employee went back inside. The manager stayed 40 sec and asked if he could help me by holding my cellphone's flashlight. I said no thank you and he went back inside. COME ON......... You mess up the first time by giving me the wrong headlight, you and your employee stands behind the counter the whole time I was outside trying to put on the headlight seeing that the sun is setting AND that I am a WOMAN and now you want help by shining the flashlight for me....... really????? You should have offered to help the second time I went back and complained about having recieved the wrong headlight. Period.. As a manager of an Auto Part Store, you SHOULD be expected to know how to change a headlight. That is something so basic.. This manager didn't even know how to do a simple headlight exchange, had to get assistance by the younger employee. I had been at this store years back when it 1st opened in Frazer and recieved a completely different experience. A pleasant experience that made you come back. NOT ANYMORE..... Don't bother coming here. You will receive a better experience at pepboys a block away or simply a few miles away in Exton where customer service is mostly a plus. I truly hope that Management takes their time and read customers reviews so that they can improve and not allow these simple mistakes to happen again. I hope they stay in business unfortunately i will never go back...

You know, this particular location of Advanced Auto Parts in Frazer Pennsylvania is the only location I ever visit. It's only about an 8 minute drive from my house, and I always have an excellent experience at this location. This store is very clean, very well lit, and very well organized. The associates working behind the counter are always so friendly and helpful. No matter what's going on they always have a smile for you, and that kind of makes you feel good when you go in there, because some of those times you're having a bad day with a broken down car. Employees are always very eager and helpful, and more importantly, unlike most other auto parts stores, they let you see their computer screen as they're narrowing down the search for your auto part. Many times you can help guide them because you know more about your own car than they do, such as the age, the model, and the engine size can be very important as well. There have been a few occasions where they don't carry the part you're looking for, and in those circumstances they have always been quite helpful, helping me find somewhere else that I can find that part. In many cases it's a Dealership. So I really think Advance Auto Parts deserves five stars because I've never had an issue, and there is one other thing which I really love. You can go to their website, order up and pay for your parts, then drive to the store. They'll have them ready and waiting for you. That is just awesome if you are in time crunch or you're just really on the move and have a lot of things to do. Asta La Vista.., Au Revoir..!

These guys are amazing! Especially Pete. They help you the second you walk in the door and look up everything you need and discuss different options for you. Pete installed new windshield wiper blades for me and helped me with my oil and windshield fluid since I was having some issues. All around stupendous customer service from him and also Chris. Definitely will be back!

Went to Advance Auto today to have a wiper blade replaced. After I paid for the part Kristine (employee) was supposed install the blade which was under an one minute job. There were a few customers in line after me and Kristine asked if I would wait till she rang them up. I said yes and I understand. The problem was that customers kept on coming in. After waiting over 15 minutes, I said this is getting to be too long and could you install the blade. She said no. I notice that the other cashier had a customer who came later then I did and he went out and out to help the customer with the battery while I stood and waited. At that point Kristine said she would give me a refund. I ask if she would install it and she said I had to wait. Now I was already in the store for over 20 minutes and if customer continue to come in I didn't know how long I would have been there. The time Kristine took to refund my money she could have replaced the blade. I took the refund and left.
