Got my car inspected last month and they said my water pump needed replaced on my Ford Edge. They said the estimated repair cost was over $5,000. I got a second opinion on the repairs and the cost was only $1,400 for replacement but business was very nice to me and treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me out with getting my car in in a pinch

First time using this facility, very pleased with the efficiency and professional atmosphere from the staff. Had major engine work performed on my F150 and estimated 3 to 4 days and was completed in 1 1/2 days. This will be my goto place for maintenance and service work on all our vehicles. Great job to all that was apart of this experience .

Paula, Noah, Jordan and all the rest… you guys are Christmas angels! I certainly didn’t plan for my van to break down on one of the most stressful days of my month, ( and when my van the the absolute nastiest! 6 kids will do that!) , but Paula was absolutely wonderful and they took my van right in. They picked me up from work (right down the street) and got me home. It was done in 2 days and it drives so well now. From the customer service, to the work well done, to the Christmas gift they gave me, to the payment option through Snap, they saved Christmas for my entire family! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and you definitely have a customer for life!

I’m a first timer at Oxford Automotive, I had my oil changed with them last week. The experience was phenomenal! The office staff were friendly and attentive. The cost of the oil change blew my mind and when I told some friends they could t believe how inexpensive it was. Also, I expected to be there about an hour, but they had me in and out in 15-20 minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased.

It was my first time at Oxford Automotive, recommended by a friend! I had new tires and windshield wipers installed! Both of which were of excellent quality at a great price. The employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable and so friendly. I was given a printout of everything they serviced, plus the status of fluids, brakes, etc. A complete checkup! I was so impressed with the service that I received. Oxford Automotive is my new auto repair shop!

I was referred to come here after a not so pleasant visit at another auto shop. I cannot explain clearly enough how kind, thorough, and easy to work with this team is! First off, Paula is absolutely amazing and goes way above and beyond in communication and customer satisfaction. I had an unfortunate need to have my car checked out and they quickly got a diagnosis and while I worked through some of the details, they kindly let me keep my vehicle on the lot for a few weeks while I got things sorted out on my end. Would definitely recommend people coming here!

I had the best car repair experience ever at Oxford Automotive! I called with an engine issue and within just a couple hours, the car was in the shop with troubleshooting and the investigation underway. The extra effort to get me in the schedule was noted, as I could see they were very busy that week. As an engineer, I was really impressed with the quality of the investigation and report. It was well written and complete with photographs and test results. Communication back and forth was fast and easy, with convenient text options, web links, phone calls. They even provided a loaner vehicle so that there was zero interruption to the family's busy schedule. When I got the car back it ran like new again! I noticed a significant improvement in engine performance. They treated our family like their family. I am very grateful for the team at Oxford Automotive. They run an impressive operation over there.

Service was exceptional and timely and I truly appreciated them providing me a shuttle from my house to their site to get my vehicle. The oreo cookies left in the car were a nice surprise as well :)

I was informed about some issues with my vehicle when I had it inspected and the evidence was made clear by the inclusion of photos on the print outs I was given. It was clear to me that the work needed to be done. I was quoted a price and the total cost was right on the money. The work was extensive, but completed sooner than I had anticipated and I am completely satisfied with Oxford Automotive.

James and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced so I could travel to New Hampshire. They take customer service to an entire new level. Truly a heart warming experience. 11/10

I booked an oil change at this location, standard procedure everything was fine. In addition, because it was my first time, they did a courtesy overall inspection of my vehicle, very cool of them. Because of them, I know I need new tires, though I was suspecting that already, they just confirmed it. Paula, the assistant manager, was SO helpful, she answered all my questions diligently and was patient with me, since I know very little about cars. The price was good and I do recommend coming here. I think I found my new service shop.

They are very thorough and give you a full report on the health of your car as part of their routine. They were great about getting 2 of my cars in last minute. Love the treats they leave you!!

When I brought my Honda Civic in for an oil change, I ended up with a long list of recommended repairs from Oxford Automotive. I never followed up on the work they suggested. Days and weeks later, I received calls from them urging me to address these repairs. For my next oil change, I chose to go to a Honda dealership and had a multipoint inspection done. They found no problems with my car. I am giving a 2-star review due to the shuttle service and the oil change experience.

Doing the repair requested right the first time is the minimum expectation, but these guys go well beyond the minimum. Front office staff was extremely helpful with great communication from setting appointment through delivery. Shuttle and loaner car made an extended repair due to damaged replacement part easy to deal with. Full eval and report of car conditions was nice info, with no pressure to do additional work. 3yr warranty on repair is a great addition. Repair made to satisfaction. Thanks for really great service.

My exp with Oxford Auto was fantastic. I needed my air conditioning fixed, and their shuttle made it possible as a solo person to drop my car and get home. They got the works done quickly and for a lower quote than I had gotten prior. My air now works great. The staff was extremely nice and courteous too. I’d def recommend this shop.

Great facility and great employees! It’s hard enough to find a business that you can count on and trust… well Oxford Automotive is definitely no exception. These guys are on to something… great local service and great follow up and an honest business. Let’s face it, most of us hate visiting the dealerships, Oxford Automotive changes the ball game and provides great friendly service, they actually listen to their customers! And they provide solutions! Paula has been my service advisor the past few times and she makes the experience great! Actually my grandson turned me on to this place. He had some work done there and raved about it. So when my work truck needed an oil change and tire rotation we gave it a try. The service was 40% cheaper than my normal shop. Today I took my Bronco for a synthetic oil change. We got the same great service ! Easy appointment scheduling, extremely friendly and courteous, clean office, and quick completion of service at a fair price. I moved to Elkton 8 yrs ago and for the first time feel confident that I have finally found my permanent local mechanic. I genuinely appreciate the customer service. I don't think I've ever had a better experience at an automotive shop. I feel like they're very honest and do a great job with repairs and maintenance. I mostly appreciate the transparency they use when evaluating my vehicle and the communication and keeping me up-to-date with everything they are doing. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here.

I booked my appointment online which was super easy. When I went in the receptionist was super pleasant and got my keys back to the shop immediately. The waiting room was comfortable and had a stocked mini fridge as well as a little coffee bar. It smelled nice, not like a typical auto mechanics shop. They suggested tires but they were not pushy like other shops can be. They pulled my car right up to the door for me and there was a little note and treat in the cup holder. I will absolutely be back and recommend Oxford Automotive to friends and family!
