This place has the worst customer service. They don't even acknowledge your greeting. You have to wait while they finish checking their phones and chatting amongst themselves, and then you end up having to leave. Apparently, you're not important enough for them to even bother asking what you need. There were three men chatting amongst themselves, and one woman who was the only one to say hello, though I'm not sure if she worked there.
Place is really going down hill! Use too come here a lot for parts anymore the service sucks. I call them they out you on hold and after a while put it straight to voicemail. Call in again and they go straight to hold again
Ordered parts online through Advance, I guess advance owns carquest. Got to the store and the guy at the front was expressionless and seemed to be generally miserable. Part wasn't ready yet so I came back and picked it up. While I was there I bought something that said one price on the sticker but when he rang me up it was $4 more. Gave it to me for the cheaper price which is good. Maybe I was just spoiled by my local Advance Auto in Elizabethtown where they catered to me.
These guys are awesome and are now my goto parts house! Huge variety of oils, etc and they carry stock parts, aftermarket accessories, and some performance stuff too. They also have books in the back to find odd stuff the computer can't.
Used to enjoy shopping here years ago. Last couple of visits were bad. I tried to be a good citizen by wearing my mask in the store as the sign on the door asks you to do. Go in the store, and not one employee is wearing a mask. What a joke! No one asked me if I needed help. When I asked for a product, the sales person sitting behind the counter mumbled that what I see on the shelf is all they got. Rude.
2 different times went there, both times what was priced on the shelf was not the price on the register. I dont know if this is due to poor inventory and pricing or done on purpose but will not go back there again.
