Forgive me, I didn't catch the lady's name. But she has helped me a couple times in the store. I had few issues with parts. She made such a stressful situation very pleasant. Helped with exchanges and refund without a issue and kept my truck on the road. I will continue to go to oxford because she is behind the counter, amazing customer service.
Very friendly and helpful employees. Now stocking milwaukee tools also! Prices seem lower than comparable auto part stores. They seem to just care a little more. Thanks again!
Yes, I looked up NAPA online for Ram 2500 Brake repair kit. The website stated part #3275 was available.
The TRICK is: part will be available after you arrive at the Rising Sun autopart store and order it for (same day delivery) 4 hours later.
At $7.50 a gallon for diesel....could have ordered it online and selected, NAPA to deliver the part.

The store had the part I needed, but actually getting it was painful. I needed a serpinteen tool along with the part & the staff didn't know what it was. They tried, but quoted me two tools, only one of which they had in stock, that were $60 each. I requested to check out with just the part, but even that took time. To pick up my part it took 27 minutes. The store wasn't busy so it got ridiculous, trying to keep them focused on getting the part & checking out
I enjoy the 3rd Street location in Oxford. Parking directly in front of store. Easy access. Convenience and good customer service. What more do I need. Ive never had a negative issue there. Also, we need to patronize the downtown stores. They are the backbone, small retailers struggling to compete w/malls.
