We had a truck down at a job site and instead of driving all the way to Kenworth, Milton Napa had the part we needed! Roy and his staff are great!!

We drove through the area on purpose just for thus store. We were traveling through on the interstate when our truck started losing voltage. We knew we needed an alternator and this place had the earliest open time! Had the part we needed and recommend a garage service that would be open!

Broke down at the truck stop up the road in our skoolie. This Napa had the part we needed and they even delivered it to us so we didn't have to make the 8 mile walk. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Tonight the workers locked the door in our faces nearly 10 minutes before closing, smirking at my husband while he did it. We were at the store to have an error that they made corrected - they sold us the incorrect bulb for my headlight. Not a big deal, and all we needed was to get the right one. Honestly, this behavior tracks with this place. I only ever go in here for an emergency because the workers are rude, condescending, and generally not knowledgeable. It is definitely worth the 10 minute drive to Advanced Auto to be treated like a person. We will not return, even for an emergency.

Stopped in for a lighted 12v switch, they had exactly what I wanted!

Changing my brake and rotors and BAM, special tool required! No worries just called NAPA and borrowed their tool. Had to place a deposit but got it all back when I returned it and my car is stopping on a dime now. Thanks NAPA

Well I just recently purchased some parts there at Napa they were the only auto parts store around that had everything that I needed plus the discount that I received that they run their specials is awesome you save so much money and time I know I'll definitely continue to keep going back they definitely get two thumbs up on my end.

Dont always have what I want, but the service is great and the products are of good quality.

Literally the worst service ever. Our rental car had terrible windshield wipers so we called ahead to see if these morons could help us out new ones on. We live in NYC and barely drive and we figured out how to put them on! They told us they “have never worked on something that new” (we are in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra) when we asked for help putting them on they wouldn’t even come help us and just stood behind the counter and grumbled. Hire some people with customer service skills. It’s a auto parts store for Christ’s sake! How do you not know how to do basic stuff like replace windshield wipers?? What a joke.
