On Friday, Oct 3rd... I had a blown out tire while traveling alone on I-180 . I was on my way home from helping my father in Tioga County, and although I know how to get there and home with no map I did not know where I was on I-180. Taylor's had this nice tow truck driver locate me and find me within 20 minutes of my call. I very much appreciate this bc 18wheelers were barreling past me and there was only so much room for me to get off the road . And although I would hope that most people that stop, are stopping to help, u never know nowadays . A truck driver pulled over and was asking me all sorts of questions and I'm sure he had all good intentions, but I was alone and female so obviously this was making me quite nervous. but again Taylor's show up so fast that they pulled up when said truck driver was there and he left knowing I had someone eles show up. Truthfully I was so relieved. I hope this never happens again but if it does Taylor's will be my first phone call bc I really thought I was gonna be sitting there for hours. Extra thanks to the tow driver for finding me , showing up so fast , making me feel safer , and getting me on my way .

I never have a problem at Taylor's. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They even get you home if you don't have a ride.

My son was coming to visit me from Deleware to my home in Montoursville. He broke down in Interstate 80 a couple miles outside of Milton. I went down to help and called AAA around 9pm. It was around 10pm they told me an ETA of 12:30-1am! Called the Milton barracks of the PSP and the nice officer recommended Taylor's. (They are a certified AAA tow company) Jared answered the phone and wells there in 20 minutes and towed my son's car up to the Honda Dealer in Pennsdale. Thank you Jared and Taylor's for the fast wonderful friendy service! You put a dad at peace. What the heck AAA? Why wouldn't you have called the company 6miles away?!!

Needed a haul from Danville to Hamburg. Arranged through AAA, Taylor's to the rescue, great service, very personable driver, his name was Brad..thanks again for getting us and our truck home safely, so appreciate the great service and would highly recommend to others!!

I’ve generally had good experiences with Taylor’s Garage and appreciate the professionalism of the mechanic. Last year, I had a belt tensioner pulley and serpentine belt installed on my Nissan. I supplied the parts and was charged less than $100 for labor, which I found reasonable. I even added a $20 tip for the mechanic’s efficiency and courteous service. Fast forward to June 2025—I noticed a rear wheel bearing was going bad after a recent tire replacement. I again provided the part and called for a labor quote, but was surprised to be quoted nearly $300 just for installation. As someone who works long shifts BUT is mechanically inclined, I decided to tackle the job myself. In total, it took me 70 minutes from start to finish, including setup and torquing everything to spec. While I respect the work the garage does, I find the labor rates excessive—comparable to dealership pricing at $95/hour. For a job that took just over an hour, a $200 quote would’ve been fair. Unfortunately, the inflated labor cost has caused me to rethink using Taylor’s Garage for future work, including upcoming bearing replacements on my Subaru. (Needs all 4) In short: great mechanic, but labor rates are unreasonably high—especially when you’re supplying the parts and the average person can complete the job in less time I was quoted for. I am still in disbelief… $300 LABOR COST to replace a bearing!

This is for the notary part of this establishment. I went to get a title transfer back in 6/24. There were several mess ups on both ends during this process. I had to go in 3 different times to "fix" or "sign" something. I then called pendot and was told I now have to request a duplicate, for one I never even received because they put the wrong address on it the second time. After emailing them I was told I could come in and they would pay for the duplicate, I just need to come in and sign the paperwork. This was in 11/24. Here we are almost February of 2025 and I still don't have my title! I called on Wednesday to get an update and was told they would call me back and I have yet to get a call back! $250 for absolutely nothing but a headache!!

Needed them at 4:41am on a Saturday morning... no heisitation... was at my location in under an hour and handled a difficult situtation perfectly. Even called me to ensure my car was safely delivered to garage 70 miles away from issue. Highly recommend for any towing needs.

I wanted an estimate for my Mazda 3 AC. Taylor work on my vehicle without my permission. He put on a belt and charge my AC. He charged me $250. I still don't have a.c. stay away.

My family was traveling through the area while our 2006 Dodge 2500 started lossing voltage. We weren't to our destination and this little town of Milton had a NAPA & the wonderful employee there recommend this garage for quick service. They had us back on the road within two hours with a new alternator and jump! We couldn't be more pleases - thank you!

I was traveling through Pennsylvania, about 500 miles into my trip when my car broke down. The service station recommended Taylors Garage to me. I'm so glad they did. Taylors provided excellent, timely service and worked on my car while I continued my road trip. They communicated everything I needed to know about the car, and the charge for the repair was very reasonably priced. I wish I lived in town—Taylors would be my go-to garage.

Took my car there to get some servicing done and when I got it back, all of the bolts along the radiator manifold were replaced with zip ties. Where the technician couldn’t fit zip ties, the bolts where not put back in place and things where left in the bottom of the engine bay. This caused two 40 amp relays within my car and a 30 amp fuse to get crushed and destroyed by the movement of the car from daily driving. Also, wiring routing was changed, where I had myself put wiring across the outside of the engine bay to protect it from the heat of the engine, the technician decided to place on top of the engine itself zip tying it to an air line from the after market cold air intake, as well as ripping off necessary conduit in some areas to keep the wiring protected. When I called a few hours later to ask about it, I was told that the tech was out for lunch, left my phone number with the desk in the front, and never received a call back… Over 600.00 for a zip tie mechanic, avoid.

We were 4 hours away from home when the battery light on our car came on. We searched for an open garage and Taylor's kindly agreed to take a look when no other garages were open or available. The mechanic, Lucas, swiftly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to help us to coordinate a tow. Despite it being a very stressful situation, Lucas was extremely helpful, honest, and generous. We are very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Taylor's Garage.

Taylors was great! I just moved here from AZ, and they walked me through everything I needed to transfer my title and register my car. They were so helpful and polite even through all my questions.

I started using Taylors a few years ago due to the location being convenient. Scheduling is always easy, their communication is clear, and service timely. I'll keep going back and recommend Taylors for all your service needs. Since they moved into their new building they have access to more service options like alignments. This is a one stop service shop that's locally owned with great results.

They only do inspections for new cars. for old cars, you need to change everything to new parts. Even if this part is normal, because they don't like it. that's horrible. I paid for the inspection, the money was not returned and the inspection was not done. bro you didn't even look under my car. supported the steering wheel and you made a conclusion. that part is bad. when I checked they don't have any problems.

This is by far the most honest garage I have ever been to. Very helpful, very polite and friendly. I have taken 3 different vehicles there for random reasons with zero complaint. 1 inspection, the next was 4 tires and the following was my mom's vehicle for oil change and exhaust work. They also have a tag service onsite which is convenient when doing an inspection if you are like me and try to get them to coincide with each other. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service! We got a flat while on a road trip and stopped in to get it checked out. They fit us in right away, fixed everything and we were back on the road within 45 minutes at a very reasonable price. Bonus- everyone is very friendly and helpful that works there.

Our tow truck driver, Randy, was fantastic. He is ver knowledgeable, professional and caring. He assisted us getting into and out of the truck. He even offered to stop if we needed to us the restroom. We were towed from Milton,PA to Nazareth,PA. All around great guy! Would definitely recommend using Taylor's for any towing needs!!!

We were blessed with the total connecting with everyone involved with the purchase of my friends new vehicle . Liz I believe the girls name at Taylor's was she was awesome very attentive, encouraging and she knows and does her job well ! Thank you !

My wife's tire had a blowout nearby and we're from out of town. I saw Taylor's garage on google maps and gave a call, the woman who answered was very nice and sympathetic to my wife and our 2 young kids in the car. She was able to quickly dispatch a tow. The driver then called me and was also very fast and kind helping get her a half mile down the road to the shop. While my wife and kids waited, the man there quick and helpful getting the right tire ordered and installed. Everyone was exceptional, pricing was very fair, service was speedy. The whole incident was about 2 hours of delays on her trip. I kept tell my wife "well that person was nice and seemed normal , I'm glad it was a weirdo or predentary sales practices". I can't say we'll be in this town again, but I'm happy a bad thing like this happened near a great business like Taylor's. Thank you for your help today!

Lucas was my mechanic and he went well above and beyond my expectations. I was heading up north to Massachusetts and wanted to make sure my car was serviced and ready to go. He communicated and addressed some things that other shops never took the time too. I appreciate the communication from him and the thorough service. After leaving the shop, I felt confident about our trip to and from Massachusetts and that because of Lucas, this would be one thing I would not have to worry about. I've used Taylor's in the past and always had good service. But today was exceptional. They did an oil change on my car a few weeks ago but a week after that I had noticed the smell of burning oil when I was idling. My husband checked the oil filter and there was a puddle of oil around the filter. So he cleaned it up and twisted the filter back on but then the next day notice the same thing. So I called Taylor's and told them I might have a faulty filter and they told me to come right in. Not only did they accommodate me in the same day, they were able to figure out it was a defective filter, replaced it, cleaned up the oil, topped all my fluids off and sent me home without paying a cent! Even though it was a defective filter it sounds like, they didn't charge me at all for the new parts in the labor which I'm sure was a cost to them. I highly recommend supporting small town businesses like this!

Taylors picked us up after losing a tire 200 miles from home, and was able to get a driver to take us and our truck to our local shop in NJ.

I was on my lunch break and was getting gas and my car wouldn't start back up. Called Taylor's garage for a tow. They were there to tow it to my house within 10 min of me calling. Once the car was back at the house, the driver, JC, was so kind and took time to talk with my husband about why my car let me sit at the gas station. I highly recommend this business. They are great people

Oh what a weekend it’s been! Taylor’s garage was extremely fast getting us out of a ditch! Helped with our trailer & took it off our hands when it was demolished Jarod and one other tow truck driver came to our rescue and got us and the trailer out within 45 min or less, then once we got to the garage Lucas helped us a bunch and let us keep the trailer there letting us slowing get out belongings out. Extremely nice caring people would recommend!

After my '10 Honda Civic was demolished when I met a deer on a local highway at 4:30 AM, I contacted AAA. They dispatched Taylor's to get my car. Wow, response time was great and the driver, I believe his name was Jarod, could not have been more pleasant and calming. He explained everything that he was doing and suggested the car go to their impound lot for safety and security. The next day, I went to the garage to see the next step and Lucas could not have been more helpful. He too, explained the whole process. I decided to have the car go to a junk yard since repairs would have been significant. Lucas made this whole process seamless and was super helpful the whole way through.
