I called to get a simple price on a trailer tire and the guy on the phone was unbelievably rude. He couldn’t even bother to clearly tell me the cost. If this is how they treat customers, no wonder people don’t want to deal with them. I’d rather pay DOUBLE at another shop than give a single dollar to someone who doesn’t have the basic decency to speak respectfully or provide a straightforward price for a basic tire replacement. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great experience and service! Came to the shop around 11pm and i was out and fixed within an hour. Ed was amazing,fast and professional The price is affordable! I definitely recommend this shop!

Typical shop… mechanic was sleeping at shop, wake him up and explain issues of my truck .. he said call to shop number ask once they authorized then I can work, so I called that number they answered but without knowing problems they said don’t have ,,,meanwhile mechanic was sleeping, this is how they doing business,,when mechanic available then he could have checked my truck , most probably don’t need any parts, mechanic is lucky without any work he is getting paid maybe, its not his problem because honestly he said im free now if they call to work… so keep it up owners

I HAD AN EMERGENCY AND I SEARCHED UP THE NEAREST SEMI TRUCK AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND AND UR GUYS’S SHOP POPPED UP AND IT SAID 24HRS BUT WHEN I ARRIVED U GUYS WERE CLOSED.

Billy was really kinda and well knowledged. I had some questions and he answered very thoroughly and professionally and help me understand how the air disk system worked

This is my go to company for any tractor trailer breakdown of any kind, they are fast, do good work and have always left me satisfied at the end of every service. Glad i found them on NTTS website. my saving grace in the middle of the night. if i could give 10 stars i would! Love you guys

4 days ago had a place replace a drum and shoes for 300. Needed another set on another axle. After a ridiculous quote I asked for just shoes for now to get by. 330 for 1 set of shoes. Yea I'll go to the amigos again next time.

Worst mechanic , will charge you $600 for attempt diagnostic with a laptop , has no clue of the software. Call them at your own risk , very rude

Very very bad mechanic worker here My tire was flat on i80 near ta gas station First i went to ta and ask them for exchange tire but they was busy and told me to wait untill 2 am morning but i had less time for delivery and i call here for exchange tire .the owner of this shop told me on phone you can come here and we can do right way. But when i arrived here mechanic said i dont have time now and started debating with me . Very rude person and mental . I recommend everyone pls dont come here or you gonna waste your time

Billy was the repair guy for my truck. He was quick and easy and friendly. I am not going to speedco or pilot again. Crowley is lucky to have him

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely rude and not helpful. They will talk you like you are a kid. I will not trust their services at any cost. If you are around there area and in need of help please google bressler's garage. They are more helpful and decent.

What a wonderful shop. All employees are very well trained.They have updated equipment to get the job done right and at a fast rate. We take many trucks here to get worked on and could not be happier with the service, the owner is amazing to deal with very fair and respectful. They do not over charge for the work they provide. Extremely nice service truck equipped with all the tools they need to get the job done right alone the road. This people are terrible,! They very dishonor like steal money from anybody? I got some truck repair on my truck . They over charged so many hours , a simple rotor and chamber , and a hub seal ; charge me $3,$4000, ! Believe me same job they did I ended going next day to another shop so they can do it right … they are the trash don’t go there …

Very happy with the service and fair rates. Most certainly would recommend to anyone in need of road service ! Thank you and keep up the good honest work!

Kevin Cromley, needs training on how to treat customers. Very rude unprofessional, he had my truck in he’s shop, and he told me you can’t call me, if you call me again I’ll n’t work you truck and you will stay couple days, beside that he charge me $3000 for one axle 2 used tires with rims and hub and drum, after that, he told us he don’t take card he wanna get cash cam check and he don’t know how to use, we give two express code $1500 each and he cash and he told us the express code invalid and the money in his account, I don’t know what I can call this man!

Good people all around gave me 200 off my tow bill when company I leased on with was giving them the runaround they could of done same to me but they treated me with dignity & respect appreciate ya until next time ????

Our Cascadia Freightliner derated and we were forced to google a mobile mechanic near Milton, PA. We spoke with Kevin from Cromley Truck & Trailer repair over the phone about the issue. Kevin sent out a mobile mechanic and said the radiator needed to be replaced. Cromley towed the truck to the shop approximately 30 minutes away and replaced the radiator the next day. My driver went to pick the truck up and the bill was $3600. I called Kevin and asked if he could reduce some of the excessive accessorial charges, but he refused to reduce any of the charges. Never in my life have I heard of a $3600 radiator job. Robbing trucking company's blind who experience unfortunate breakdowns near their shop.

Spoke to the gentleman on the phone explained my situation told me 1/2 hour he was there within 20 minutes.his name was Keith very fast and professional will recommend.thank you Keith..hey Keith 5 stars is what you deserve and everyone who is receiving our calls..truck life..approximately 9:00 am. 194 westbound.

They answered the first time I called and offered to get to my driver quickly (30 - 45 minutes.) If another company I had called hadn't called the driver to let him know they would be there in 10 minutes, I would have had Cromley do the work. The gentleman on the phone was professional and personable. Definitely keeping their phone number.

They responded quickly and did intelligent, resourceful work with an unusual job getting my scissor lift onto a uhaul. However, the dispatcher told me the job would be $200 (which was already high for a 30 minute task, but the operator of Cromley's wrecker then charged me $300. Be warey of bait-and-switch.

I drive for TMC and had my ICC bumper broke off by a shipper nearby. From the time I called and the time I was back on the road was less than 2 hours. Great guys and quick even in their busy times.

I had a airline break on the converter gear on a st of doubles. My company found Cromley and they were to my location in a very reasonable time. The technician was very professional and fixed my issue quickly.

This is an awesome company. We called for roadside assistance for a blown trailer tire. He arrived in around 30 minutes and went right work. Within the next hour he had us back on the road. He was very professional and reasonably priced. This should be the model for proper roadside assistance.
