Waste Magement has been our service provider since moving in 5 years ago. They really do a great job in all elects of the services they provide, and we believe ths5 their residential collection prices are very fair and competitive.

Either yall are incapable of answering the phone or are extremely lazy. People do not want to deal with bots. Its impossible to get through to a person. Its incredibly stupid to implement a bot that cant answering or understand simple sentences. This business is unprofessional and lazy

No local number for questions but here are prices for waste disposal. Can also recycle glass, cardboard, tvs, computers, car batteries , and car oil without fees. They will charge $25 for no cover/tarp on your load.

I'll make a $5,000 wafer to any WM executive that can order a 10 cu ft container delivered to a residence in Forest Grove or. Within 35 minutes and without being transferred at least 3 time to someone who can't help. The worst communication from a corporation I have ever experienced one must assume it is by design and they just don't give a rats ass. I gave my money to another company that actually did answer the phone. The transfer station is fine. It's the company that sucks.

We love our garbage service!! They are always in time, very professional and smiling. Every time the neighborhood kids go and wave they are always waving back. Forest Grove drivers are the best!

Horrible customer service help line! super lots of they even contact you at all. The online chat is a joke! Got on the chat and never once In 30 min did anyone even get online to help. WM really needs to improve their service ! They SUCK!!

Has anyone ever thought of picking up yard debris every week in October & November, and maybe skipping a few weeks in the spring? I recently noticed that lots of leaves fall in the fall but not in the spring :-/ Just sayin'

While the Waste Management drivers are wonderful, the company is unresponsive, inefficient, and leaves you with garbage pickup sometimes for three weeks. In addition, they send inaccurate emails, add extra charges even when their snippet of video does not show an overfilled can and they fail to correct the account. Furthermore, their automated phone system and chat bots are useless and send you to the wrong place, leading to more calls and wasted time.

We have been with WM for a lot of years now and we have never had any complaints with their service or their drivers! Their drivers are great! If a can gets cracked or split I just call and let them know and they replace it on their next pick up day

Wow!!! $105 for a tiny 4×8 trailer with nothing but some wood, maybe 15 pieces and it cost 105! And the lady up front was rude when I was shocked to hear their outrageous price! Mcminnville would have been 40.00$ for that small load! Never again to me that felt like theft. Also the dumpsters are so tall you have to lift everything over your head to get trash into the dumpsters!

Double the rate of everywhere else. I paid 48 for the same load in mcminnville. They don't even weigh it. This business is ran of weight. Avoid at all costs.

I tried to call but could never get through so I guess I’ll leave my 2 cents here.. this morning (10/4) one of these drivers aggressively honked and threw his arms in the air as I loaded my son onto his school bus. The bus driver and I were exchanging a few short words about safety concerns that lasted MAYBE a minute but apparently that wasn’t fast enough for your driver. As someone who has been stuck behind these recycling trucks countless times, honking at them has never even crossed my mind, probably because it’s rude! Your driver was already on the clock and paid to sit behind that school bus. Not ok. Do better.

I was calling to schedule a roll away. Their online portal said I had to call to schedule. I was transferred three times to “a department that could help me”, I was on hold for almost an hour while listening to a recording of how easy online scheduling was and then hung up on when the recording told me the third department did not accept calls!

Overall I am very pleased with the service provided. The service date changes through email is great. I have noticed that the drivers are sometimes a little sloppy putting the containers back down. And sometimes the trucks seems to go through the neighborhood too fast when they have little to nothing to pick up.

Your garbage service HAS BEEN MOST EXCELLENT! We have talked twice to your out of state accounting department. Twice if not 3 times, we have requested to have our bill be automatically taken out of our checking account, 2 months later will receive a msg our garbage will not be picked up due to our not paying the bill. So once again we will call your out of state number and go through the motions of giving the info. to have it automatically taken out. The telephone call does not end right, and I know things didn't go as plan. So, we are now waiting for the msg saying we are not going to have our garbage picked up unless we pay our bill.

Having to pay for a week of service that was never performed is THEFT plain and simple. No credit to account. They think they are being fair by not charging extra for the accumulated trash the following week. I had no extra trash anyway. Apples and Oranges. What a racket these people have.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Just try to contact someone about a billing problem (created by WM). They double-billed both me and my landlord for 4 months and it is impossible to get them to respond in any way about it. And I wasn't even living at the address for any of those 4 months. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and whatever state consumer agencies I can. WORST COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

For the most part WM is great with residential collections. They are not so good with costs for loads of trash. Highly unattainable for some. This makes it difficult to clean up neighborhoods or areas that need it due to the cost. Things could be quite different if they offered cheaper services or a once a year event where you can take a load of random items. Not just the 3 large items the offer. It could make for a much cleaner community. Especially with the homelessness and trash that is left for homeowners to clean up.

I have had Waste Management for over 25 years as my trash service and I highly recommend. The drivers are dependable, conscientious, fast and courteous. Whenever I have had to call their office, every single person has been very professional and helpful.

We are retired and have been customers for 30 years. Our son was visiting from Germany and we were away last evening until very late. This made a situation where we missed our morning pickup by 30 minutes. The trucks will pass back by here later, but I was told I would have to pay an additional $35 to have them come back. I then asked if I could put extra out when they return in 2 weeks and was told that would be another $8 per bag. Living rural and retired and being 30 year customers apparently means nothing. At the very least, I would think that because they did not pick up, I would not be charged for today. My garbage will be quite rank in 2 weeks with the heat wave coming. Not happy.

Had no complaints before now. Service was cut off at my husband's business due to him being in hospital for a month. Paid off the collection amount and now no one in their customer service can help get service reinstated. They just connect us with multiple service representatives and say the payment doesn't show on their end even though our account online shows 0 balance due. Even gave them the confirmation number for the payment and they said they didn't want that. What the hell. Really need to change your customer service. And live chat is with a chatbot.

Always reliable. Great service when I need to call for an extra pick up. Our drivers are friendly and always smile and wave. Auto pay is easy to set up and paperless billing is nice so I don't have to look at anything.

We have had WM service in Forest Grove for over 8 years and we are not happy with their service. If they miss your pick up you have to wait another week for them to come back. If it was my fault I get it. But my garbage is always out the night before. We need a second choice for service. Having to compete for business might just solvoe the problem. They will charge you $60 to come out to pick up your garbage that they missed so WRONG. Bad customer service for sure.

Very easy and convenient. The price is also very reasonable. The service was nice. Didn't smell and was very clean. The flow was very efficient. We were able to get in, empty our entire car and roof loaded box springs, and get out very quickly
