gave me the wrong fluid when asked and now have damage to my vehicle. stay away like the plague. *update - after days of trying to contact the store and them basically ignoring me, i had to contact the corporate office for them to even take my call. The manager tried selling me a complete lie that putting in the even the correct fluid to a near dying system will break it. not putting to much in but just putting in fluid. now they are demanding some sort of lab testing to show that their fluid isn't the same as the manufactures. If you value your time, sanity, vehicle or money just avoid AutoZone and in particular this store. *update - after days of back and forth after contacting them they have agreed to pay for the flush of the incorrect fluid. updating to a 3 out 5 as it wasn't a great experience but they did finally step up and honor their warranty, so i give points for that.

If there was anything less than 1 star rating is what they deserve 🙁. Got set of wipers for $41 in less than 2 months. It’s already leaving a mark on my windshield and their employee on the phone telling me it’s not a good one so I should come buy another one 😱

I've been having problems with my Honda CRV. Check engine light came on a couple times but it wasn't staying on. I go into AutoZone to get a code scan and they said they couldn't do it if the check engine light isn't on. That's not true. Basically they were just lazy and blowing me off. I went down the road to O'Reilly's and those guys were very helpful. AutoZone had always been my go-to auto parts store because they are usually pretty friendly and helpful. But not the other day. From now on I just go to O'Reilly's

Came in for a simple battery replacement, when the guy behind the counter there I asked him which one works with the Honda civic 2013, he was standing in front of the computer and told me to google it so I pulled out my phone googled it and he sold me a battery to the wrong car. Couldn’t take two seconds to help a customer, was rude and talked down to me. This was this morning 11/07/25 at around 9 am, the employee should be fired. Been a loyal customer for years, never coming back.

So I showed up 10 minutes before they closed tonight really in need of a part but was told card only. Wth I thought they were open till 9pm not 10 till. So now I'm broke down along side of road and wasted time and gas of my friend that grabbed me up and get me there before they closed but did no good.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Today on my list of many things to do, I stopped by the AutoZone in Forest Grove because a little orange "maintenance request" light came on in my car. When I got there the two dudes behind the counter told me it means I need an oil change. I told them I just got one, they then told me " well Google how to reset it, or take it back to where you got the oil change because they were supposed to reset it and they didn't. "Okay thanks" and I go to leave .. I noticed another employee outside doing something to another customer's car. He waved me down and said " Hey your back tire is pretty low on air" I looked and was like "crap okay thank you" (add that to the list )....He then proceeded to say he would be more than happy to air it up for me, he noticed it was pretty low and I had kids in the car and he wanted to make sure we got home safe. . I was honestly SO Grateful right , because that's just one less thing I have to do and most importantly THANK YOU for caring about a stranger and her kids.. .He aired up my tire and asked if I got everything I needed and I then told him about the light that came on and explained that they told me inside what to do... He then proceeded to hop in my front seat (with permission) and within literally a second he hopped out and said " your light is off mam, is there anything else I can do to help you out"... This all may seem small and it is but as a woman with no knowledge of cars this guy took time to go above and beyond to help me today and it seriously reminds me that there is STILL GOOD PEOPLE and you sir, are good. I appreciate you taking the time and patience to help me today. YOU are the reason I will continue to come to AutoZone. It's people like you that restore my faith in the world and remind me that not all are bad. Keep doing what your doing Ben, things like this SPEAKS VOLUMES to the community and your customer service was exceptional today. (I've never met Ben before this encounter)

I had the best service came into AZ to get some batteries and serpentine belt, they helped me out i run heaton automotive in Hillsboro so i know service when I see it lol, they were quick to help me and get me what i needed. thanks so much Cameron and kaleb five stars 🌟 from me for real. hands down yeeee

Rude. Stopped in for a Headlight, I said to the guy at the counter I need a headlight for my Truck, he said "we don't have it". I said, "I haven't given you any details yet". He said "we don't have it". Went to O'Reilly's - friendly and they had it, Never going to AutoZone again.

They say they can’t talk used automotive fluids in a clear container, only if I go back home and fill it back into the original container. I tried calling the numbers they have listed on the front door, but none of these guys answer the phone. Try yourself and see before you waste the trip here.

Parts person sold me the wrong part. I found it out after draining all the oil, necessitating returning 40 miles to obtain the new one. I didn't happen to have my receipt with me, and they wouldn't return without it. It's a shame a healthy business relationship can be ruined by Autozone not empowering the local management to make a $5 call. Take your chances with Autozone. Unfortunately, local folks are hamstrung by corporate management.

They have that handy scanner gizmo whenever my engine throws a code at me. And they seem knowledgeable on next steps, whether that is parts I can buy for something simple, or go see a mechanic.

Shopping at WINCO in Hillsboro tonight, I realized I had a low beam bulb out. I’ve got a long drive to my home out past Vernonia. Dark and with lots of deer who like to jump out in front of you at the worst times! I hustled on down TV highway to the west, hoping I’d find an auto parts store. Good news! I see an Autozone store. I pull into the parking lot, it’s 8:53. The outside store lights blink out. I walk up to the door to find them locked! I see people inside, and knock on the door. A gal comes to the door and starts shaking her head and motioning that they are closed. I said it’s not 9 o’clock! She’s trying to tell me something but I can’t make out what. I call the store on the phone, and guess what? She answers!! I say are you closed? It’s not 9 o’clock! She says, I’m sorry sir, we do what our store computers tell us and it says it says it’s 9 o’clock. (It still isn’t 9 o’clock by any clock I’ve got!!) So here’s the kicker. I drive west a little more and find O’Reilly’s. Lights on. I pull into the parking lot, the door is locked. (Now it is 9 o’clock!) A sales guy comes to the door and opens it. I explain my situation. He says come on in, I can do a credit card sale only. Sounds good! I get my bulb, go out to the parking lot of O’Reilly’s, install the new bulb and I’m off. Autozone’s a fine company, but those kids running this store have no clue what it means to be of service.

How do I even begin to have the words to describe an amazing place that literally saved my life. After a series of falls, I was lucky enough to receive a referral to this place of highly educated physical therapists and staff who worked closely with me and tailored my therapy exactly to my needs. Not only that, but they are a kind, ethical place and make you feel good about yourself.

Stopped by on Saturday to return battery for core. If you purchased battery from AutoZone core price is 22.00 and if you did not they will give you 10.00 in store credit. I was happy with transaction. Was able to recycle old battery get 10.00 credit which the next used credit to buy battery hold down kit for 7.00. Also very professional employees. They greet you when you enter the store and let you know they will help when finish with current customer. Great service and knowledgable staff at Forest Grove AutoZone.

I have used this store for awhile and all was great but now the store has gone to garbage. They now are denying to sale me oil that I needed for my car because I only had a 100 dollar bill. The lady said it was drop day but don’t you keep enough money in the store to run the store? Can’t make money when you tell customers no and send them to your competitors. Probably time to start going to o’Reilly’s or Napa

Never really had an issue going here, but I also have a decent knowledge of vehicles and am ready with part info. Busy times always expect alittle slowness since it's usually 2 people working. Seems standard these days. Staff is always nice to me

These guys were great. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Helped me replace my windshield wiper in 30 seconds. And took my trash too! Maybe I'll give him a bigger challenge next time. 😉

I had a great experience with an employee the other day. I think his name was Austin. He was very quick and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He even referred a couple other parts for my Toyota. Love to see people have great attitudes at their place of work, it only makes for a better time for both the customer and the employee. I felt like giving him a tip but I didn’t have any cash on me! Hahaha keep it up!!

This location has wonderful customer service! I stopped by one evening to replace my old car battery with a new one and Donald was so very helpful and was able to install the new one very quickly and easily! :) I came back a few days later to get a new license plate light bulb and Carlos was also very helpful and was able to switch out my old bulb for a new one. Thank you so very much to everyone at this location for all your help and great customer service! :) I highly recommend this location!

Friendly and helpful. Knew right what I needed and where to find it. Recommended something with a decent price. One of the items was for the wrong year of my model car, the exchange process was quick and simple. All in all a great place to go. At another location the employee was more than willing to come out to my car and help me diagnose the problem. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me!!

Long wait today. Despite that they had what I needed and the staff were helpful and polite. They confirmed a bulb number I needed which I had a devil of a time identifying online. Really wish 1 (dare i say 2!?!) more employee(s?!) had been helping customers this afternoon around 5.
