I cannot stress how much I appreciate this company! My car died in a low clearance parking garage in Salem and I was denied by 4 different tow companies who despite me being very clear about the low clearance continued to send out drivers who were not equipped to assist us leading me to have to leave my vehicle unattended overnight. Medinas tow worker Jesus was super professional calling me ahead of transport to ensure they had the proper equipment for the job, communication was impeccable and I appreciated knowing a competent person was finally taking care of it. Thank you for the excellent service and I applaud you guys for being apparently the only tow company around that could tackle the beast that is a low clearance! 😁👏
Owners are very nice and helpful, they work with you and are very quick to pickup at any time you ask, I’ve had 2 cars totaled parked infront of my moms house and they came and picked up both cars on different years at different times and they have picked up impressively fast.
They picked us up off the side of the road when our car broke an axle in a pothole. They took the car to storage while we worked out insurance and repairs, and even have a ride to a hotel for the night, since we were still an hour from home. Good people!

I had to call for a tow truck earlier today after my car broke down unexpectedly, and I’m really impressed with the service I received! The dispatcher was friendly and got someone out to me quickly, and the driver was professional, courteous, and really efficient. He arrived within 20 minutes, which was way faster than I expected.
