Just wish they were honest since the start, called for a unlocking a car service said they would be on the way and never showed up after waiting hours. A call back would of been nice at least
Called them to scrap a vehicle and they told me they will arrive in an hr. Called them back after an hr and half and said they will give me a call back...waited 30 more min and they didn't call me back. Now 3hrs passed and they did not call me back or answer my phone call. Very unprofessional... do not recommend at all.
Not happy at all I spent hours with this recovery driver only to have him call another wrecker service costing me more then double I truly don’t understand why I had to pay 2 fees for 1 service 🤷♂️ regardless I was to blame I just think it could’ve cost less considering it had to be completed by someone else
M&M wreaking yard lied to me and sold me parts that they knew wouldn't fit my vehicle. I tried to return them right away and was told to call the cops. Worst customer service since the DMV. 0 stars
Towed our trailer 3 miles and was charged $800 for it. Worthless and pathetic company. Their dispatch could not answer and or make sense at to why the charges were the amount they were. Not surprised as this companies reviews show evidence of needing to be put out of business.
One of the employees is very dishonest and none trust worthy with a temper hired me to clean up some areas I was working off a car did a lot of work got paid very little and no car the owner seams nice but needs to be more selective of who he hires and set some rules for all employees

This company is the WORST!!!! Owner went thru my friends vehicle after towing it for us, we had been in a 5vcar pile up via freeway on the way back to eugene from portland. Our car was TOTALED /: While we were at the hospital and calling our insurance family etc. The owner of this operation was criddling our car😡........ As if things werent already HORRIBLE 4 us at the time and we were going thru ALOT.... This guy has the nerve to ROB us and than simply refise to give our stuff back to us /: We called the day after our crash to go and retrieve our things and we were shocked and apaled to find out our vehicle can be gone thru amd our personal effects missing. We were told the owner had our things and would need to bring them into the office. So even though this company KNEW our car was destroyed and we had to find a ride from eugene to salem to retrieve our things they failed to inform us that our things had been stolen from the car by the owner of this tow company /: We were than tokd we would need to find a ride yet again and return the following day to tey and get our things which the owner would need to brign into there office. Cause for some reason he took them with him home /: Short to say DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!
The dispatch is the owners wife FYI so no use complaining there. And pretty sure the only other tweeker like driver is just a family friend or something. The whole buisness is SUPER SHADY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We have been doing what we can to report them to the state and plan to take the company to amall claims court soon. Do your best to avoid these people as they are THEIFS AND TWEEKERS
The people that work here are knowledgeable and very eager to help you with whatever part your looking for. If they don't have it they will find out who does and and send you that way.
They don't stand behind anything they say and there back stabing I bought a truck and it was only. Needing a brain and that was it but i got the truck home and under neither it was stripped out and the batteries were stand the rims and tires were tooken
Car was stolen are recovered by these guys I asked of it still ran they said yes it still ran they didn't have the common courtesy to tell me my vehicle was completely totaled and undriveable so after I paid them the money in woodburn they said it was in there holding facility in salem so I drove back to salem to to get my car and found out it was totaled when I got there so I paid for a car that they got to keep because I couldnt drive it out
Scheduled a pick up to have a vehicle towed at 2:00 in advance, and after three phone calls to the towing company, they finally arrived at 5:20.. very dissatisfied with the service we received!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are thieves, they are rude, and they are completely irresponsible. My mother and I were in an accident, our vehicle was completely totaled a week before Christmas. The Sheriff was called while we were in an ambulance, and waiting with our Vehicle until M & M came and towed it to their lot.
When my Mother and I went to clean out the vehicle. EVERYTHING was gone. They even stole the 10 year old floor mats. When my mother called them, they told her they would call her back, they never did. Everytime she tries to call, they give her an excuse, and tell her they will call her back and it never happens. They don't even deserve the one star rating they have.
Completely uncooperative and very snippy and rude receptionost hung up on me. They Provide police towing for Clackamas county when Clackamas county is arresting in multnomah county. Shady business practices and they hide behind "that's company policy" .
Called for a tow they told me within a hour. 2 hours later I called baker and baker they had a truck out to pick me up in 20minutes flat. at 4 $ a mile instead of 5.
I called on a Tuesday, hoping to schedule a tow to the mechanic for Thursday. The lady on the phone was very curt with me, saying she couldn't schedule that far ahead, and I should call back Thursday morning. I did, and was given the time frame of about an hour for a tow. Two minutes later I get a call back, with them saying there weren't any drivers available for me. I explained how I had tried calling on Tuesday, and then asked if I get one a little later in the day, or possibly Friday or Saturday. She kept responding with "I just don't know when one will be available", and then told me my best bet would be to just find another company. Well, I did, and I won't be trying to take my business here again. I'm not really sure how they can function without some sort of basic scheduling system? Very frustrating.
