Not possible to give negative stars for this situation or I would. To the rude unprofessional cashier Zachary. @6:35pm 11/26/24 @Florence location Last night’s behavior from Zachary Definitely earned the bad review for this store. His demeanor and attitude towards my elderly father (that’s very knowledgeable about his vehicles as a mechanic & machinist.) Treated him like a child and spoke to like one for asking questions about making sure he’s not missing hardware like previously? Completely unacceptable & unprofessional behavior. Asked you to not be rude twice towards my father. Then leave your store to the parking lot to yell at us? Is this proper behavior after spending money and being treated poorly. Zachary Definitely needs some education on customer service & respect for your returning customers.

Kevin is a lifesaver! Went above and beyond in helping me get my van rolling again! Spent about 2 hours in the pouring rain fighting with an old stubborn sensor that decided to come out in pieces(an hour and a half of which was after the store had closed). Whatever he's getting paid isn't enough! That man deserves nothing but the best! Very kind,helpful and informative!

Zach was a tremendous help! i had broken down while traveling the coast and got towed to O'Reillys, stayed there for about two nights while Zach would show up early and help us out and stay late after work to tinker as well!

Ive been buying my oil and filters etc from other parts stores in town for years now., 2 years ago i meant Kevin at another parts store , All the employees were good but Keven seemed to talk a little slower and take better care of me when he wasn,t to busy that is , Now that he has moved to O 'Reillys i come the extra mile for their sales and his good service I'm getting older now and appreciate the kind of service Kevin gives me when theres not a line of people thanks for hiring him

Had an oil and battery issue on a coast road trip. They had everything we needed in stocks and went above and beyond in helping me get back on the road safely

We came to O'Reilly's because we discovered a nail in our tire. The store associate Kevin not only came out and helped my husband patch the tire but also let us use his compressor and gauged all our tires to make sure we were good. I will from now on go to O'Reilly's for any car needs because of Kevin, we are so grateful to him! If anyone is in need for any car parts or assistance, come here!

Sold Radiator cap and it looked a lot different than original. Leaked at cap after van heated up. Tried to return and was told some of the most stupid things Ithat the cap can't lleak. Argued, belittled Me, than finally gave refund. Worst service ever!

An essential place manned by awesome people! I had a flat tire on my Highway 1 road trip and I kinda am grateful to have stopped at this O'reillys to meet Kevin who helped me not only fix the tire but taught me a lesson on Character! Love you Kevin! Super helpful and to the point! Definitely recommend ?? Just stop by here to feel nice even if you don't need anything. Trust me it'll be a highlight of your trip! #Blessed

Had some car issues while on a road trip down to Florence. Ended up going to this store and got such great help from the staff member Kevin. He not only helped us figure out what was happening with our car but also got us the right supplies to help us fix the problem. Would come back to this store to get assistance from Kevin again! Store is also very clean and the staff are great.

We had an electrical issue in our '99 Expedition while on a driving vacation from Arizona. We were staying near Florence Oregon and were fortunate enough to get to the O'Reilly store there after calling ahead to get some good advice from manager Lu. Once we got there we were diagnosed, had a new alternator, got installed and didn't lose more than 2 hours of our vacation. Kudos to Lu & her head henchman who really saved our bacon.

Give Kevin a raise. We hit a giant hole and he helped us through it even stayed after hours to help fix the problem. We are out of town and were just passing through. Thank you Kevin really appreciate your kindness!!!

Lu and Zach to the rescue! Stopped in as my windshield wipers were making a mess, not clearing the rain properly and creating a driving hazard. Zach quickly located the exact sizes and offered to install. Before driving off, I tested and noticed that streaking was still occurring. Lu and Zach quickly replaced with a different brand, no hassle to me then ensured the newly installed blades were working. Lu was not thrilled with the outcome and proceeded to go above and beyond, cleaning the glass and using a lubricant to ensure everything was as safe as possible. It is refreshing to receive outstanding customer service, from folks that take pride in the work they do and understand that they may be the difference in someone arriving home safe. Will be an O’Reilly’s customer moving forward thanks to Lu and Zach!

Mike and Zack were so incredibly helpful! I needed something they didn't have and they couldn't get and they pointed me in the right direction to our local RV store. I always appreciate when I'm helped even if they're not making a buck. Thank you gentlemen for helping this girl with her side quest!

You know, I've done a bit of business at O'Reilly's since they've come to Florence and have had excellent service. Unfortunately my wife was sent down there to get her battery tested yesterday and got laughed at and belittled because she doesn't know anything about cars and didn't answer (the guy behind the counter) Brian's questions properly. Now my wife's a tough woman and I can tell you personally it takes a lot to get to her, but this experience nearly brought her to tears. You've lost my business for life! Great place to send your wife gentlemen if you want to see her get belittled and laughed at. Don't worry, Thanks Dan, at Les Schwab, for helping my wife while I'm working out of town. ......Update......A generic automated message here with a link to your website isn't going to, as you say, "make the mark"! If you really want to make it up have Brian reach out to my wife and personally apologize. We are not hard to find on social media. The whole community knows us. That will be the only way. I doubt you will though.

Anthony and Dustin were exceedingly helpful when our van broke down. They helped us get everything running so our family could continue our road trip. It's scary being broken down so far from home, but the staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Excellent service from Lu and all. Had an alternator go out on our 2003 F250. ORileys had all the parts and made great suggestions too. Had extra tools that missed our tool box. Thank you for helping us out!!

If I could, I'd give this place 100 stars! I was stuck in Florence on a Saturday afternoon 75 miles north of home when a serpentine belt shredded. Chris at this store got permission from the manager to give us a hand. Believe it or not, he replaced the belt and had us on our way within an hour. What a great guy, and what a great store!

Today, Monday at 930am, I went in to get an air filter and washer fluid. Brought my things to the counter and stood there like I was invisible. I said “Hello?” a couple times. I could see two people working in the shelves who could very likely see me, but did not address me whatsoever. Then finally a guy came up, gave me no eye contact or greeting whatsoever. The only words he spoke to me was my total, and asked if I needed a receipt. I was not thanked or given any sort of pleasantry. Made me feel like I was bothering them. What a bummer.

I needed new head lights. Ran into O'Reilly's not having a clue what I was looking for. Lu helped me get all parts needed AND replaced the light bulbs. Amazing customer service!!! For all our car needs, we're going here

Has to be the worst auto parts store their is. At least for customer service. I walked in to a empty store and started talking to the guy behind the counter. A second later the phone on the counter rang and the guy I was talking to told me to hold on and he answered the phone. Well after about 2 minutes of him being on the phone he started looking something up on the computer for the person on the phone. I was their first, and he just ignored me and continued to help the phone call. I finally said thanks and just walked out. Will NEVER go back to that store!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. I had a good experience with them when I bought a car battery several months ago. And, when I locked my keys in the car today, they kindly let me use their phone and wait inside, even though I was not actually a customer this time.

We went to get new wiper blades for a 1997 Mercedes. Devon and Joseph spent quite a bit of time on it, were very professional and did a great job for us. Congrats on two good employees.

Great place for auto parts and availability/networking checks. Knowledgeable staff who are also honest about their knowledge limits and what they recommend. Only drawback is the same thing affecting all of Florence: understaffing. Be patient and they will get you the right parts with a courteous attitude.

To begin with the store was immaculate and the customer service was amazing. I was passing through and needed a few things and the service reps and manager Bud helped me find everything I wanted and found the best cost. My family constantly goes through Florence for our summer sand dune trips and I will be back just to shop from his store. The parts I needed had a 1 day turnaround and the manager offered to ship them from the store to my location in Washington which still was a better deal than any shop around. Thanks everyone at the Florence Oregon Oreileys auto store. I will be using you all in the future and will recomend your store to everyone I know. This is a true 5 star store and don't let any other reviews tell you other wise. Thanks everyone. -David
