Excellent service. We were on vacation in Florence and needed service to avoid getting stranded. Even though the garage was busy, they took us in and squeezed us into their crowded schedule. They took care of us and did not use our situation to price gouge us. I recommend them highly.

Tony's garage is by far the best shop in town. They have the best mechanics and pricing of any other garage I've been to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I don't take my car to anyone else. Excellent work.

Tonys garage is the best auto shop in Florence. When I had a problem with my 2003 duramax I had my truck towed to this shop. They quickly diagnosed my problem and got me back on the road. They are very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of good honest mechanic.

My Husband and I are traveling with a tow behind trailer. The fan on our truck heater/AC stopped working we drove to the local Ford dealership which was a joke! We then went across the way to Tony’s Garage and received excellent service! They got us right in, diagnosed, had the part delivered fixed the problem and got us back on the road! Both employees we dealt with went above and beyond. We highly reccomend this shop!

Grandson's car was making a slapping noise. Sounded like it was coming from timing belt and they told Tony's that. Tony's checked it out and said it wasn't the timing belt. Said he need new strut and sway bar links. Grandson and my son took it to cousins' house and did the work. On the way back to there house the timing belt broke. Needless to say I'm not very impressed with Tony's anymore.

If you need automotive work done in Florence Oregon, this is the best place to get it done, hands down. Reasonably priced too. Kyle, Kevin and Devon rock!

I couldn’t be happier with Tony’s garage! Yes, there’s a bit of a wait to get in. Wish that wasn’t the case, but it is what it is. I like that they’re small and local, and they stand behind their work. But what has me REALLY excited, is that Tony’s fixed a problem that no other mechanic had been able to. The passenger side of my car has not made heat for 5 years. Multiple mechanics (outside of Florence) have tried. We’ve replaced countless parts. Hundreds of dollars spent. Well, Tony’s replaced the blend door actuator, which almost solved the problem. The car was making weak heat, but it was heat and not the freezing coastal air I was accustomed to. I took it back and they did some more work (at no charge!) and voila!!!! HEAT!! Finally!!! Thank God!! And thank you, Tony’s! You’ve made a loyal customer for life.

My wife and I simply cannot say enough good things about Katie, Kyle, and Kevin! They work on all of our vehicles as well as the kid's cars. I am a disabled veteran so I have to watch money and try to make things last as long as possible so it is important to have good mechanics whom we trust. My wife bakes them fresh goodies as our way of saying thank you for such great sevice!

Such an asset to locals and visitors as well! Grateful for the whole crew! Most recently, "Katy" took care of translating the "code" and resetting our truck's diagnostic system with her expertise and kindness!

My girlfriend brought her vehicle in for a repair and the bigoted mechanic sent her away with a refusal to diagnose and fix the issue because he didn't like the way she looked and thought he knew what her politics were and didn't agree with them (he doesn't even know her and she is the nicest person in the world). Yeah, that is the type of unprofessional people that work here. High prices and hateful people, that's what you get when you go to good ol' Tony's Garage. Edit: Tony's responded to this by denying the literal facts of what happened and making it sound like they care. Be assured that they do not. This kind of thing is becoming very common in recent years with them, and getting worse. Some of their workers do profile their customers. Some of their workers do deny work based on how they profile people. And Some of their workers absolutely do do substandard work for some of the people they profile.

We had trouble with our Jeep while visiting Florence from out of town. Tony's identified the problem and fixed it that day for a more than reasonable price. Refreshing to know there are still honest and skilled service professionals out there. Thank you Tony's Garage! You're the best!

This place is great. We live in Bend, My wife and kids were leaving Florence to come back home when she had a huge issue with her car. They were able to look at it same day, diagnosed it and fixed it the next day. They were friendly, easy to work with, and a life saver. Thank you all for your help

I will never bring my car here again. My vehicle had some serious issues, I did a lot of research for local mechanics and everything seemed like Tony’s was the go to spot. I had them diagnose my issues and was told an outrageous amount for the work over $3k. My main issue were brakes and they said I needed to replace my rotors, calipers, pads, the entire system. I finally was able to afford all the parts they said I needed and had a friend help me install. Turns out my front brakes were completely fine and have easily another 20-30k miles left on the pads. All my rotors and calipers were perfectly fine, I just needed new pads in the rear! My friend laughed when I showed him the quote. Do not trust them, they will obviously do anything to make extra money from their clients. So much for an honest mechanic, I will stay very far away from Tony’s from now on. So disappointed with the service and honesty I was given. I’d definitely recommend anyone to find an honest mechanic rather than these scam artists.

I’m relatively new in the area and needed work on my truck. I was recommended locally by everyone I asked to go to Tony’s. They were very very friendly and professional. They are also honest and do great work. It’s nice to have a garage that you can count on. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with auto repairs I didn’t do myself. I highly recommend! UPDATE: I’ve taken both of my vehicles here for the past two years and they are always honest, fair, and reliable. I’ve never had this good of experiences EVERY TIME working with any garage, especially one so busy. They are just fantastic and a well run business. If you’re anywhere near Florence, this place is worthy of your business.

Absolutely the best at diagnosing the issues with my truck. They got me in within a couple of days of calling to see if they could do a tune-up. They call before doing any work to tell you what they found to be the problem, with an estimate. Excellent work, quality parts, and friendly service.

8 hour drive for vacation turned into near disaster with engine problems. Tony's got us in right away, and within 2 hours we were back on the road for a great vacation. They were so friendly and professional. They quickly helped diagnose what was wrong, get parts from their downtown location and helped us along the way to getting back on the road. Answer to prayer, and so thankful for their excellent help!

The best recommendation came from another automotive specialist, "Tony's is where we all take our cars." It doesn't get better than that for me. I appreciate their friendliness and attention to detail. I was there for an oil change and asked to set up an appointment to check on an engine light. Rather than make me wait, they immediately came out to the truck and scanned the system. Customer service is a high priority. Almost 3 years later, my initial review is still spot on!

I was having my husband work on my mustang's head gasket. Lone behold after 3 days he discovered he did not have to correct parts for the job and we decided to have a shop finish the work. I called Tony's Garage and inquired if they were willing to take over the partially started work, and if so what the price range was going to be. I was able to work out an agreement with Tony and had the car towed to the shop the same day. Estimate was provided prior to me arranging my vehicle to the shop, though it took a little longer than anticipated, I completely understand as they are a busy shop. Parts took a while to arrive, but yet again I had no reason to be upset because Tony's was in constant contact with me when there was a delay. Overall I had a decent experience and will be going there in the future.

I've been there just once, but I got LOTS of work, as i have 5 Toyota's (Lexus has Toyota engines, i got 2 of 5 Toy's) so I'll do a more complete review down the road. But the belt on Lexus was on time (they are a VERY busy place and I was worried... AND they were friendly & helpful! I loved it, my wife now want our taxes to do her Lexus! PRICE WAS REASONABLE!! I'll/we'll be BACK! P.s. only reason for NO 5⭐ is I NEVER do! 4 is my high!!

Out on vacation my van broke down. Made an appointment for Wednesday. I had it towed in on Sunday, gave them my keys around 12:30 pm Monday. Got a call right before 5pm that day and drove it out of their lot. Awesome service! VERY reasonable price! I told my son, who is a mechanic, what they charged me and he flat out said I got a great deal! Love these guys!!

We found Tony's Garage to be helpful. They provided us with contact information for several tow companies. When the car arrived they worked 2 hours after closing to finish the car so we could get back on the road and get home that night. The price seemed fair, especially with the difficulty they ran into with the repair. I would rate them as friendly and helpful.
