Drove into a ditch and called these guys to pull me out. They got there pretty fast considering where I was, the guy was cool, made me sign a paper so they weren't liable for any damages. Hooked me up and pulled me out just scraping my vehicles underside. No damage and it still drives. All for only $225. Not a bad deal for saving my life.
Shot out to Shane! This was our second scheduled tow company through the insurance company. Shane dealed with the insurance company who only requested a tow for our truck (wich included a travel trailer). Thanks Shane for getting the insurance company straightened out! You were very professional, kind, and refreshing to deal with. Our driver was also very kind, methodical (on how the truck was placed on the flatbed) and that the trailer could be safely towed. We highly recommend AE Towing!!
Between the dispatch to the driver that came out to help, it was a very positive and professional experience. The truck was to me within 30 minutes and the whole ordeal (even with it be dropped at a dealership) only took about an hour. I am very impressed and will recommend them anytime.
AE Towing was awesome - called me within 10 minutes of me filling out the request with my insurance provider on the easy online tool. Said it would take 30-60 minutes for the truck to arrive, but the driver, Brett, called me about 10 minutes later and was already on his way! The overall load up took about 20 minutes at the most, and Brett hauled me out of a grocery store parking lot with ease. Lifted my car straight up with no need to haul it on its own wheels, thanks to the clever towing equipment. Thanks for making a tough situation so much easier!
Really not sure what to post. The last time I tried to use this place and use insurance I was told I had to pay for the service first and then get paid back by insurance. This time insurance called them and they towed without me paying out of pocket. So really if I had to choose I don't think I would use this company to my towing needs.
I will say that the young man that helped this time took great care to make sure the car was hooked up correct and towed with care. At least the tow truck drivers are nice not so much so for the office staff demanding customer pay when insurance called them out.

job done. My situation was atypical and required finesse to ensure the vehicle was not damaged. There was also a wasp's nest right next to the car. He worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and get me driving again. AE Towing is lucky to have an employee like Fernando!
Our driver was so awesome. He worked through difficult circumstances with a great attitude. Hauled a 3500 with a camper like a pro. Super nice guy and he was available on short notice. I'm going to use this company again when I get my transmission fixed. Highly recommend. I can't say anything negative about the service I got.
AE towing was contracted by Geico's road side assistance to tow my car after a breakdown. I was initially sent a message saying they would be there in an hour. That hour came and went and I was sent another message that said it was moved to 2 hours. They eventually showed up after 2.5 hours. On our way to the destination, the tow truck broke down on the highway. We got going again after about 10 minutes and finally arrived at the destination. I would like to add that the driver was absolutely professional and none of this should reflect upon him or his performance. He was doing his best with the crap sandwich this company served him. Really surprised they asked me for a review. Strongly recommend using another tow company.
My car’s engine blowed out all oil because I did not cap it well. It’s stuck at 9:40am. So I called the towing. About 11:00am the tow truck came. The driver was really friendly. I’d say it is very fast to get the service. Thank you.
There were several delays in the service that were frustrating, but once they showed up it was all good. The tow driver was young but very conscientious, took his time to get the setup correct ( he had to drop the drive train since the van couldn’t be put in neutral), and he made sure that all the details were right. I was worried about the tow (it was for a sprinter van rv) but it went well.
These guys were great, my motorcycle was stuck in gear and couldn’t move. They took their time and made sure to secure my bike. Great customer service as well. The case manager kept me updated the entire time because it took longer than normal. All in all great experience

The communication via text message was consistent and accurate. Brett the driver answered our questions with kindness and professionalism. His actions and experience made us feel confident that our vehicle was in good hands and would be taken care of. Would highly recommend.
The person who towed it for me did it without me having to be there and was super friendly. When he towed it to the Hotel where I was at he parked it perfectly as well. Mind you my parking brake was up and I had my steering wheel lock on too! I am grateful for the wonderful service I received that night. Thank you again!
Would not recommend this place in the slightest. They were trying to charge me 300$ for a 5 total mile ride because “its after hours” but their page says open 24 hours. Just got A+ towing for a total of 140$. Go to A+ not this predatorial place.
Just an FYI that price shows you are completely out of touch with reality. I make a decent wage but 300$ is more than I just got paid for my 10 hour shift.
AE Towing did not disappoint! They were dispatched through a roadside assistance option on my cell service. I received accurate updates on their ETA, which I appreciated, because the cell benefit updates was incorrect. I was able to connect with their live disoatch agent who verified that their info could be counted on.
Francois arrived with a flatbed, he took pictures at every stage, including the drop off location. Professional through and through.
My benefit only covered a ten mile tow, and it was less than $5 for the additional mile.

Bo did a great job moving my motorcycle after we nearly wrecked from a loose axle nut. He was very careful not to drop it and also took extra care to make sure the straps were not going to rub anywhere that would damage the bike. Great job!
I used them for lockout service. Both the woman who took my call and the driver were friendly and helpful. My rating would be higher but I feel like over $100 was a bit steep for such a quick and easy job.

We were in a rental car on a road trip and got a flat tire about 30 minutes South of Eugene. I had my wife and 3 children under 10.
Francois showed up very quickly and was very empathetic, helpful, and professional. He loaded the vehicle and went the extra mile by waiting for me after the first Uber that showed up didn't have enough space/seating. His priority was definitely keeping us safe.

On a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend I needed my motorcycle towed roughly 65 miles back home. The truck took a bit to get there, but the truck was clean, the driver was clean, he took his time to carefully make sure that my bike was secured and would make trek safely. He did just that. He was very respectful of my Harley. Thank you!

Wish I could give them 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help us get our motorhome off of I5. They had a special trailer they used that accommodated for a 12 ft tall motorhome that couldn't be towed the traditional way. The communication between us before, during and after was great, kept us in the know. They towed us from between corvallis and Eugene to north Portland. They were also very careful not to scratch, dent or damage our rv. Two other people with the company came to assist the driver. I highly recommended this company and their drivers. They were also very reasonable on their price. It was around 120 miles from where we broke down to the shop they towed it to.
Excellent service. Ford assistance use them and they really came through. I'm sorry I forgot the drivers name but he did a great job. He is in one of the photos!! Highly recommend AETowing.
