Called right away to give me a time frame, called back about half way to the expected time to give me an update and arrived when expected all along. He was very efficient at getting the truck hooked up and ready. Everything went smoothly. This was a heavy truck tow due to mechanical failure.

I was at Walmart ready to go home when all of sudden my vehicle would not start…called my insurance provider and requested a tow truck service to either give a jump start or tow me to the mechanic shop… the tow service arrived within the time they gave me. Mike texted to let me know what time he would arrive and he was right on time with his tow truck. He was professional and polite so I felt safe giving him the key to my car. He worked carefully but quickly in loading my car and towing it to the garage. I was very pleased with the service and will gladly recommend them to others.
Towed my car to my house while I was busy making dinner for my family. My electric car died on December 23 on the way home for a Christmas family dinner. I left it where it died and they handled it from there. Put it in my garage where I could charge it so it was ready the next day. So easy! Great service

A&E was chosen by the warranty company of my nearly-new all-electric vehicle. They responded faster than expected and while they started with the wrong type of vehicle for the job, they rectified it and towed the vehicle to the dealer.
Nice and communicative people that understood some timeframe issues and responded to them accordingly.

Other than the fact that I booked through my insurance roadside assistance which took much longer than if I had called directly I’m sure. But it was a great experience! AE Towing has come to the rescue twice for our 34' Monaco Dynasty Class A Motorhome. Coachnet arranged the tow each time, but the 2nd time we actually requested AE Towing if another closer vendor couldn't be arranged. Our luck, AE was available both times! 1st tow was on a Sunday evening and 86 miles and 2nd tow on a Wednesday afternoon and about 20 miles. Dispatch is extremely polite and prompt, drivers are well educated & professional. They answered our numerous questions patiently. Top notch service. We were not a bit worried about our 29,500 lb coach in their capable hands. They got us to the shops we needed and saved the day both times. If we need a tow again in the Eugene/Salem, OR and surrounding area, AE Towing is our preferred go to!
Quick arrival through insurance. They called to let me know an approximate time for arrival. Driver called 20 min out. Nice guy, he loaded my car quickly and his truck was clean. Rode with him to the shop. Quick unload.
Shot out to Shane! This was our second scheduled tow company through the insurance company. Shane dealed with the insurance company who only requested a tow for our truck (wich included a travel trailer). Thanks Shane for getting the insurance company straightened out! You were very professional, kind, and refreshing to deal with. Our driver was also very kind, methodical (on how the truck was placed on the flatbed) and that the trailer could be safely towed. We highly recommend AE Towing!!
Between the dispatch to the driver that came out to help, it was a very positive and professional experience. The truck was to me within 30 minutes and the whole ordeal (even with it be dropped at a dealership) only took about an hour. I am very impressed and will recommend them anytime.
AE Towing was awesome - called me within 10 minutes of me filling out the request with my insurance provider on the easy online tool. Said it would take 30-60 minutes for the truck to arrive, but the driver, Brett, called me about 10 minutes later and was already on his way! The overall load up took about 20 minutes at the most, and Brett hauled me out of a grocery store parking lot with ease. Lifted my car straight up with no need to haul it on its own wheels, thanks to the clever towing equipment. Thanks for making a tough situation so much easier!
Fernando was professional, friendly and got the job done. My situation was atypical and required finesse to ensure the vehicle was not damaged. There was also a wasp's nest right next to the car. He worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and get me driving again. AE Towing is lucky to have an employee like Fernando!
Our driver was so awesome. He worked through difficult circumstances with a great attitude. Hauled a 3500 with a camper like a pro. Super nice guy and he was available on short notice. I'm going to use this company again when I get my transmission fixed. Highly recommend. I can't say anything negative about the service I got.
My car’s engine blowed out all oil because I did not cap it well. It’s stuck at 9:40am. So I called the towing. About 11:00am the tow truck came. The driver was really friendly. I’d say it is very fast to get the service. Thank you.
AE Towing did not disappoint! They were dispatched through a roadside assistance option on my cell service. I received accurate updates on their ETA, which I appreciated, because the cell benefit updates was incorrect. I was able to connect with their live disoatch agent who verified that their info could be counted on. Francois arrived with a flatbed, he took pictures at every stage, including the drop off location. Professional through and through. My benefit only covered a ten mile tow, and it was less than $5 for the additional mile. Thank you for everything!
Bo did a great job moving my motorcycle after we nearly wrecked from a loose axle nut. He was very careful not to drop it and also took extra care to make sure the straps were not going to rub anywhere that would damage the bike. Great job!

We were in a rental car on a road trip and got a flat tire about 30 minutes South of Eugene. I had my wife and 3 children under 10.
Francois showed up very quickly and was very empathetic, helpful, and professional. He loaded the vehicle and went the extra mile by waiting for me after the first Uber that showed up didn't have enough space/seating. His priority was definitely keeping us safe.

On a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend I needed my motorcycle towed roughly 65 miles back home. The truck took a bit to get there, but the truck was clean, the driver was clean, he took his time to carefully make sure that my bike was secured and would make trek safely. He did just that.
