John was a lifesaver. I was completely frazzled after my steering link snapped in the middle of an intersection and he took the time to help me walk through my options and made sure I was completely taken care of.

My car was totaled and towed after an accident. I was pretty overwhelmed by the accident process and how quickly the (many) tow fees added up. A-1’s Driver, John, was so kind and helpful. I had to call for a jump 2 days in a row. Come to find out my battery was no good and I had to replace it. But, with both calls, , the wait times were not long and off I went! Thank you again
A long overdue review but Herman with A+ towing is incredible! He's rescued me on two occasions when my battery died and my tire popped since my car doesn't come with a spare tire. He make sure to bring my car to FIrestone since they are the only tire shop open on Sundays so I could be back on the road ASAP.
Post came all the way to Ashland three days earlier than we had scheduled and saved us a ton on fees at the lot our car was at. He was so warm and friendly. He made the whole exchange so easy and pleasant. Even gave me some tips on finding another good car. Would definitely call again and ask for Post!

Jason towed my lowered bmw and did a fantastic job. Not a single scrape or scratch and he took his time getting it on the trailer. The car was new to me and I didn’t have a tow hook with me but thankfully Jason was prepared and had the right one. I’d 100% recommend and use their service again for towing any car.
