John was a lifesaver. I was completely frazzled after my steering link snapped in the middle of an intersection and he took the time to help me walk through my options and made sure I was completely taken care of.
Lightning fast arrival and excellent service. Our driver was a miracle worker, Michael knew exactly what was wrong with our Honda and took us exactly where we needed to be to help us fix it and get back on the road again.
What could've been a long and exhausting trial was solved in moments thanks to these guys, you can trust them.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Zack that just towed me at 1:30 AM this morning. He was incredibly kind the whole trip. Got me loaded and home in about 30 minutes. First thing he did was make me laugh and get me off the road and sitting safe in his truck while he got my vehicle loaded!
Not the first company I called due to others being closer to my location BUT it will be now. One place wanted to charge me 300$ because it was “after hours” except their page said open 24hours.

Car issues make me have anxiety. Today I had an excellent experience with A Plus towing. Excellent customer service from the first call with the dispatcher to the driver that responded (Brent), who was there exactly when he said he would be. The anxiety was taken right out of it for me. They also quoted me $47 less for the same distance another local tow company gave me.
I'm putting APlus' number in my phone & will not bother calling another company ever again. Thank you for your service.
Encountered one of their drivers on the highway a couple of times. This guy does not know how to drive. Goes slow in the left lane and refuses to get over then flips me off. I’ll recommend these guys at all.
Matt with A+ was a scholar in getting a SEMI truck out of a sticky situation - he helped the driver deduce the best way to leave the site with the best results possible. Hands down the best people you could ask for when you’re stuck in the mud or otherwise!
Thank goodness for John! Our car was totaled over the weekend, and we came to the lot to empty it out. John was extremely kind and helpful, even grabbing some tools to help us get our tags off, (they weren’t easy to get off). Car accidents and losing a vehicle, even if everyone is ok, are difficult times. Having a friendly and helpful person in the midst of it all made such a huge difference. Thanks so much!
They were eager to tow MY car parked in front of my house that had a note saying that it was my car…even when my neighbor said “ that’s her car, don’t tow it.” I payed $350 for no reason. What a day.

My car was totaled and towed after an accident. I was pretty overwhelmed by the accident process and how quickly the (many) tow fees added up. They remained patient, helpful and friendly working with me to the end to get everything squared away. The driver was very professional, kind and did a great job with delivering my vehicle home. A-1’s Driver, John, was so kind and helpful. I had to call for a jump 2 days in a row. Come to find out my battery was no good and I had to replace it. But, with both calls, , the wait times were not long and off I went! Thank you again
A long overdue review but Herman with A+ towing is incredible! He's rescued me on two occasions when my battery died and my tire popped since my car doesn't come with a spare tire. He make sure to bring my car to FIrestone since they are the only tire shop open on Sundays so I could be back on the road ASAP.
A few days ago went to start my vehicle before heading to an appointment.. to my frustration it would not start, even messed with battery cables..Called a tow truck.. now expecting a hefty repair bill that I just can not afford right now. John showed up in estimated time frame and asked what was going on.. he was so kind to trouble shoot, and turns out this did not have to be a spendy repair.. I was beyond thankful for his help and getting me back on the road. I have used this company a few other times in the past and had friendly service. But really want to give John a huge KUDOS as it had already been a rough week, and I could not have been more grateful for his help.. will always reccomend these guys when asked!
Post came all the way to Ashland three days earlier than we had scheduled and saved us a ton on fees at the lot our car was at. He was so warm and friendly. He made the whole exchange so easy and pleasant. Even gave me some tips on finding another good car. Would definitely call again and ask for Post!
Amazing! Last night I was stranded with a blown out tire on the 5 with my 2 year old, 1 year old, grandma, and aunt. I called A+ towing and they were there to help us in 20 minutes. Jack was so kind that he even followed us to meet up with his coworker John to make sure our tire was aired up properly and good to go. He also let my toddler see how cool his truck was. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area. Thank you for getting us back on the road!
Our tow truck driver, Post, was amazing! He was so communicative about the process and when he’d be there. He got my broken down car out of a tight spot like a pro. Turns out there was a wasps nest in one of the doors and they didn’t like to be disturbed. Post got spray out of his truck and took care of them, then kept on working. The whole process only took half an hour. Post was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend having Post get you out of a tough spot if needed!

It may have been a simple tire change but I was nervous and Billy took the time to explain what he was doing and offer advice and assistance. I really feel he went the extra mile for me. While I hope I won’t need your services too often, I will remember and recommend A+ Towing.

A + Towing - They are awesome folks one of my drivers broke down in Eugene Oregon. I googled tow companies in the geographical area and called several tow companies. The quoted fees were all over the board and I’m not one to be taken advantage of even when in a vulnerable situation! I reached out to A+Towing and Christine answered the call, I knew right away I had called the right company. She was professional and empathetic to our situation sitting on the side of the road in a not so safe spot. She quoted me very reasonable rates and dispatched two trucks immediately to tow my truck to the dealership for repairs and my 53 foot step deck trailer to their lot to store it until the truck repairs were completed. The rescue drivers were professional and proficient as well took my driver to a hotel. I don’t know the owner or the driver’s names but can tell you they are a class act. I’ve had many trucks towed in for repairs over the years some good experience’s and some nightmares. I can tell you this was one of the best Tow companies I’ve personally had dealings with. Believe me when I say there are some rogue tow companies out there waiting on there next victim A + Towing isn’t in that category.

Jason towed my lowered bmw and did a fantastic job. Not a single scrape or scratch and he took his time getting it on the trailer. The car was new to me and I didn’t have a tow hook with me but thankfully Jason was prepared and had the right one. I’d 100% recommend and use their service again for towing any car.
I have to give big props to Herman the tow truck driver. I broke down on I 5 and he came to our rescue through Triple A. He was the most courteous professional. And I don't think I've ever had anybody take the time to send a picture and video to verify that my car got to the place that it needed to be. I would most definitely highly recommend working with this company and if you can ask for Herman. Absolutely awesome experience with this tow truck and driver.
