These guys saved my day! I was traveling and my fob's battery was dying. I have to have the Fob in order to drive my car. I had no idea what to do. I took it in there and they took care of it for me. Thank you so much!

Scott at the Napa store is wonderful and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond when it comes to helping his customers. I went in to find a fuel injector cleaner not knowing which brand to select and Scott explained my options and made a suggestion along with going outside and adding it to my fuel tank for me. When I needed to add a cleaner again the store did not have the product but Scott happily placed an ordered for it and called when it had arrived at the store a couple of days later; once again he came out to the car and added to my fuel tank. Another time, I had my engine light come on and they ran the diagnostic and let me know what was wrong along with offering some names of mechanics in the area which were very helpful. Very rare to find this type of customer service where they actually care about their customers. I truly appreciate being able to go to a store knowing they are there ready to help or find a solution, highly recommend this store.

This place is a gem. The customer service is impeccable. They are very knowledgeable and had the part I needed in stock. Even though the part was around five dollars (blinker light) they took the time to install it for me without charge.
Scott at Napa was amazing and helped me track down the unusual part I needed, saving me $300 from the dealership quote. He went out of his way to help. Traveling to California from Washington and had car troubles. Scott and the rest of the team here were amazing! Went above and beyond to help us get back on the road
I came in yesterday for help finding a specific part on my vehicle’s engine. Scott came out to help me locate it. But even more helpful was the fact that he realized one of the motor mounts was completely nonfunctional because the bolt was gone. He found a bolt and we figured out a quick temporary fix until I can get it into the mechanic.
This is probably the first Google review I’ve ever left, but there have been several other times that Scott and other employees have been helpful to me that I wanted to do this shout out

Most of the staff is very helpful, being a woman in an auto parts store it's a toss up on how I get treated. One guy gave me the brush off when I asked about fender clips, said he couldn't help me without having the old one with me. Then manager stepped in and had a book of all of the different options and he actually helped me look up my vehicle to see if they had them. They didn't but gave me a few options of where I could go to get them. .
The guys that work there- Alan, Scott, &Corey- are wonderful and very helpful! They always are kind and responsive to me, a complete fool when it comes to car repair! Thanks!!!
I found the employees of this store extremely helpful. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me take care of my problem. The price of the parts seemed very reasonable. I would highly recommend this store for outstanding service.
Stopped by with a cracked brake light. Scott removed it and repaired it with silicone and put it back. Also ordered new supports for hatch since mine weren't working. When they come in, he'll install them for me. Could not have done it myself. Thanks so much!
I've come in twice now for myself, and both times Scott assisted me. Today it was a head light and he came out in the rain and helped me put it in and explained how to do it for the future. Everyone in the store is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

There’s a younger man that works there who was unbelievably helpful when I was in a bind, just changing a simple headlight that turned out to be a royal pain in the rear. He absolutely stoked my daughter and I helping us when we were late for an appointment up in Portland and needed to get on the road. It is an awesome group of people that work there and have always been helpful over the past nine years we have lived in Ashland. Fantastic service and knowledge. Thank you you big time.
Stopped in today for wipers and couple things with 3 small kids in tote. Cory greeted me within a min even though he was obviously busy. He helped find what I needed and came out in the rain and installed wipers for me. Thanks for great customer service.
They are extremely friendly and attentive, right as you step in the door. I was asked what I needed immediately as I walked in.
Everything is immaculately organized on the shelves and walls, I was so impressed. You could tell they dedicated a lot of time to keeping their store nice.

They are very nice company, especially this locslnowned company, as all nationsl brand stores have to be locally owned in Ashland. I witnessed someone calling them 2 minutes before closing, saying their car broke down and askedbif they could stay open until they arrived and they said yes and waited over 10 minutes after closing for the man to show. This is very kind service to their customers.
In a town that is boutique this and single origin that it can get weary-some for those of us living here trying to take care of the mundane tasks associated with middle class living. I'm usually forced to drive to Medford for anything other than bicycle parts, crystals or bad scones. Sooo happy I could drop in and buy windshield wipers and be on my way in less than two minutes, installed!
Please stay in business, hold on even if it's just out of spite. If things get bad you could open a cafe/tap room in a corner of your business and start repairing electric bikes???
