I am so glad I called. Jose was able to do a service call and fix my truck while I was stranded. He was kind, honest, and just all around a great guy. Its refreshing speaking with a mechanic who is a straight shooter and so willing to help his customers instead of trying to get the most money out of his customers. Jose was a life saver for us. We broke down on the side of Hwy 35 and nobody wanted to help us (motorhome). Jose drove his personal vehicle to where we are, assessed the situation and made some phone calls to the right people with the relevant information and "voila" we had the proper tow truck to take us back to Portland.

Daniel Guzman saved my son who was stuck on the side of the highway for hours because of a flat tire and not having the right tools. We called multiple roadside assistance services (in Portland) with none of them having the right tools and being hours away from being able to tow him home. Daniel was there within an hour. (My son was 45 mins away, right outside of Portland) He had the right tools and educated us on what we need, so that we are never stuck in this situation again. He was extremely kind and in my eyes, a god send. This is what awesome local home town service is. Thank you again Daniel!! Forever Grateful!!
Mr. Guzman came to the rescue today in the heat and when he was already very busy. He was kind on top of competent. He me out of a rest stop after my old camper van wouldn’t start. It’s rare to have such quality service and I appreciate it.
Jose saved us big time on New Year’s Eve. Repair shops were closed and parts stores were starting to close. We were prepared to have to stay an extra two nights because of New Year’s Day. He was so generous with his time and effort. And not only was able to get the parts we needed but was able to do the work and get us on our way back home. We have told our car story to friends and everyone has commented what a guy to help us when and how he did. Thank you Jose!!
Jose was so great! My car was broken down on the side of the highway and he was able to drop the car off at an auto repair shop and he brought my roommate and I to a hotel. His professionalism really helped to make the situation less stressful. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone having car trouble. 10/10

Stopped to get gas and when I went to leave I could not move my shifter out of park. Called Guzman for a tow and he walked me through how to fix the problem on the phone in less than 5 minutes. No charge just great, knowledgeable service. Can't praise enough.

Great company, showed up fairly quickly. Diagnosed my problem, "car wouldn't turn over' less than a half hour later I was back on the road. I'm pretty good with vehicles I wouldn't have figured out the fix.

I don't usually leave reviews but in this case it is my honor. The people at Guzman Brothers are some of the most honest and caring people I've met in years. They are not what you would expect. They are close to 90 miles from me but I can't think of another towing company I'd use.
This place talked my niece in to having them tow her car after a fender bender. Then wanted $ 500 to get it back. We drove 3 hours with a trailer. T pick up a car the started and drove just fine.
Jose went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. We broke down on 84 on left shoulder. He saw us from the other direction turned around to tow us to a safe spot. Thank you Jose!

I called Guzman's today from the road - my 82yr old mother was stuck unable to get her car started. Mr Guzman, not knowing if it needed towing or not, found her, jumped her car and got her started home to White Salmon and would take nothing from her. I am so grateful he took such good care of my momma. There are plenty of good men and women in this world, and this is more proof of that. I hope your business and life is blessed beyond measure.
Today, by mere coincidence, I happened to be at Napa Auto Parts in Hood River where I was attempting (big emphasis on "attempting" because I am no genius when it comes to cars...nor do I aspire to be) to assess my Suburban's non-working tail-light. I clearly know nothing about vehicles & I had the owner's manual in-hand...Jose, driving through the parking lot & minding his own business....made note, stopped, helped, took over, diagnosed the prob...got down on the ground, underneath my car, on his back & spent a half-hour figuring my situation out. He then fixed my car! Gratis! What this means topically: the car has a working blinker & tail-light...cool! What it means on the human-level: CHIVALRY IS ALIVE AND WELL AT GUZMAN BROTHERS MOBILE REPAIR & TOWING....What it means on the spiritual-level: Thank you, Jose...what goes around, comes around. It is gestures such as these that make humans, human...& there is great beauty in this.
