Rivers edge towing was very responsive to our request to tow our Yukon XL. Darren loaded it on the flatbed quickly and carefully and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future needs.
I needed to have my vehicle towed about 20 miles to Les Schwab after a tire blowout left me stranded. Driver was really friendly. Interior of truck was clean.
I had been given two different prices over the phone by two different people at this company. Once towing was complete, the price had gone up again. It wasn't a huge amount. Just seemed a little annoying that cost went up from $180 on first call to $200 from dispatcher, then to $220 from driver. The driver was not equipped to provide a receipt for my cash payment.
I would use this company again if I needed a tow but would verify quoted price prior to my car being loaded and would only pay by card so that I have a record of $ paid. Rating four stars because the driver was such a kind human.
Service from the Towing people was great. Driver contacted me for location gave my info.in less than 10 min he was there. Once there he assessed the situation loaded the car and dropped car at address that was given. The driver was friendly and helpful
Great towing experience. Called to tell us they would be there soon. Wait time was not 90 minutes like originally told. Much faster! 45 minutes early through AAA.
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the handling of my tow request and the report made by your driver.
The driver stated he could not locate the vehicle. This is not accurate.
The vehicle was in plain sight along the road. I provided exact GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), clear mile markers, and specific location details. Despite this, the driver claimed he drove up and down the road twice and could not find it.
On his second pass, another vehicle—a 1997 Ford F-150—was present at the location with people standing there, including my son, who had been waiting for over an hour. No tow truck arrived during that time.
I have photos documenting the vehicle’s exact location and can provide them upon request. Given the visibility, directions provided, and people present, the claim that the vehicle could not be found is not credible.
This caused unnecessary delay and placed my son in an unsafe situation.
Five Stars. Because every professional towing company really deserves five stars. My reasoning, because it's just one of those industries where you can do everything great.And sometimes people , unfortunately , still are not happy. Five stars for Brandon! Five stars for Pam!
And my car isn't even on the truck yet. Doesn't matter five stars!!!!

Brandon is the man! Super professional, friendly and beyond skilled! Our cherished Vandalorian was loaded and driven away with care - so nice having a phenomenal local option for towing around town or even to Portland.
Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, I was stuck in the bay of a Valvoline in Hood River for over two hours. I was so embarrassed as they redirected customers to bay one as I was stuck in bay two. The boys at Valvoline used two of their chargers to no avai and then used their personal vehicles to hook up to my car which didn’t work.. Valvoline finally pushed me out of the bay with absolutely no charge, power steering , nothing to my vehicle as I sat behind the wheel and did my best with grit to get it into a parking space while I called AAA. Thank goodness Brandon from Rivets Edge Towing came as it took all of two minutes with his fully charged tiny battery charger to get me on the road to home. I’m grateful for his insight as I explained Valvoline had used every charger they had and personal vehicles to charge me up to no avail; then Brandon used his fully charged battery pack after being pushed into a parking lot and discarded and Brandon’s charger were worked!!
Arrived within ten minutes. Loaded the car on the flat bed and had me at the Les Schwab in Hood River right away. Daniel was super helpful recommending a restaurant while waiting repairs. 5 stars, hands down. Thanks
After hours, in the rain, on the interstate in the dark and Jason seemed happy to come to our rescue. Showed up super fast, immediately put us at ease, dropped off the car, shared great advice, and gave us a ride home. Great guy, highly recommended.
So Thankful this company took our call after I tried three other towing companies. My daughter had locked herself out of her vehicle while doing DoorDash, I live on the other side of the country and she had no hat and gloves, Her car was running and she was in tears and within 15 minutes they were there to save her which I will forever be grateful!
Fast! Knowledgeable! Friendly! Got our vehicle running within five minutes! We thought we were going to need a tow… But he was able to get our battery working in our vehicle started!
The drive released the electronic parking brake which had been stuck. He repaired it enough so I could drive it to the repair shop. I didn’t need a tow. Very friendly and helpful.

Derek was great. He changed my tire quickly and made sure my daughter and I were comfortable in our car. He also went beyond and called the Oregon State Police to notify them that my tire was flat due to the crash by Mosier. He was very sweet and professional.

Our truck was totaled and Rivers Edge was called by the police on scene. Our experience with other tow companies had been frustrating but Rivers Edge was refreshing. The driver arrived 10-15mins after called. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and overall just wonderful. He def knows what he's doing. We're from the PDX metro area, and Rivers Edge offers affordable rental cars, so we weren't stranded and able to get home. They made an incredibly overwhelming and stressful situation manageable and easy.
The driver was friendly. Considering we were 170 miles from home he helped the time pass quickly Very confident and professional. I was surprised how quickly they arrived. The driver went out of his way to help us get home safely. We just fit!
