I needed to replace my alternator. The manager helped me by allowing me to borrow the tools necessary to do the job. As I was from out of town and broke down. Great service!

Hello, I live in the dalles and was visiting the hospital when my car battery went dead. I had to walk up and buy a car battery. Not only did i recieve help right away, but I was able to swiftly get the battery I needed to replace the old one. The clerks that helped me were Kyle and Brad. They leant me this rope carrier to help make the walk back to my car (a few blocks away) easier whilst carring the battery. I brought it back after i swapped the batteries. And got my charge back. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Kyle was so amazing! He helped run a diagnostic on my car and really saved the day! Got me my part and back on the road to see my family! There should be more Kyle’s in the world! Thank you and God bless you!

Battery light lit up and we stopped by, then my serpentine belt shredded with the hood open. My man helped install my parts and beat the other stores prices. Best stop of my trip

They have a great staff and always help figure out a solution even if they can't get the part.

Hood River O'reilly auto parts went above and beyond locating a rocker switch for my slide out on RV. Cody is a big help and even offered to go to Camping World in Troutdale as he was traveling into Portland.........they didnt have it either? He found it on Amazon and gave me a print-out.....great people at that shop....recomend them highly...thanks Cody.........Dave......

This store has always been the most efficient, friendly, and affordable experience, and is always my easy 1st choice for any auto parts needs.

This is the only place I go for my automotive needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and are always going out of their way to assist and help me.

Hood river store is amazing. Cody is always so kind he helped me replace multiple lights and even changed my wiper bladed while it was dumping snow!

I went into this store a couple months back. The gal behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with wiper blades and tail lights. The manager, Cody was friendly, funny, and kind. He put my blades on for me. Took him about 2 seconds. Customer service here is excellent!

I was an hour an a half from home after a 15 hr day of driving. I broke down at the Chevron, pulling into Hood River, limp across to O'Reilly's and had the best experience I've ever had with the business. They were able to check codes on my car, and he was super cool about replacing the spark plug and the engine coil wire or whatever And got me back on the road within 15 minutes. Don't remember his name just know he had a beard and his cash app name was Samquatch lol. Seriously, the best experience and the nicest guys I broke down where I did.✅✅✅✅

Tim went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct wipers. Safety was truly a priority for him and I really appreciate that. Thank you to Matthew for helping as well.

Wasn't planning on spending a bunch there today, but the gentleman working was calm cool and collected with a line in the store and seemingly working by himself. Was happy to get everything I needed there instead of shopping around.

Robert the assistant manager was a lifesaver! I would recommend Hood River O'Reilly's to anybody knowledgeable or unknowledgeable of Auto parts as myself is very unknowledgeable and Robert was very helpful and price matched super easy no hassle no fuss and took no time at all! Never had a bad experience with these guys. Always superb and friendly. Above and beyond for problem solving and pricing. Even had them working together to help me solve some engine troubles. Teamwork at its finest. I literally don’t find this ANYWHERE else. Thanks!!

10 out of 5 stars. I rolled in 30 minutes to close, desperate for a patch job. The heavy rain and standing water burned out a poorly-repaired 2-wire connector I didn't know about, leaving me without tail lights 300 miles from home. They got me a few loaner tools and some light, so I could crimp a new connector on, and stayed a little over to help me reset the antitheft that decided to trip when I reconnected the battery. All of this during heavy rain. It's not perfect, but it got us home, which was more than I and my family were expecting at that point. I was so stressed I forgot to get their names... but they went above and beyond and really bailed us out of an awful situation. I hope oreilly's appreciates them as much as we do!

Went by to buy a set of jumper cables to help out my son who’s car wasn’t starting. Robert at the O’Reilly store offered to let us borrow his own personal batter charger unit to take home, use and return next week! I was totally blown away!! So wonderful to know that true customer service is still alive and well!! Thanks Robert. 👍

Called the store to ask a few questions and Adam tirelessly tried looking up my account, couldn’t find it but still worked hard to help. Went in later Adam again nailed it by testing the battery, alternator, and starter. Then set me up with another alternator. The assistant manager Christian was very personable and accommodating. Both going above and beyond to help me out. Never go to the store down the road that rhymes with MAPA auto parts. O’reillys is always the store to go to! Hands down, give those dudes a raise.

Very helpful staff! I needed a panel clip for my truck. Even though I didn't know exactly what it was called, the gentleman came out from behind the counter and helped me find the correct piece. Thank you O'Reilly staff. I'll be back.

The employees here are great. The prices are pretty good. The location is good. Just be aware that, due to the size, this location doesn't have a bunch of stuff in stock. But the location is convenient for anyone on the heights or father south.

My Heros! My windshield wiper went flying off on the freeway when driving from Salt Lake to Olympia. After a terrifying drive through town and a walk to your store the staff was awesome. Thanks for making me feel better after that ordeal.

I had a horrible experience last Saturday when I went to try to pick up parts there was only one person working. The store was extremely busy the phone was ringing off the hook and the gentleman behind the counter kept making excuses. Then when I paid with cash he didn't even have a register and it till ready to go. And he couldn't even find the keys for the cash till and he was running around trying to find the keys customers are there. I was extremely disappointed beyond words at their customer service. On a Saturday they should never have only one person working. Management definitely needs a wake-up call on how many staff members they should have working.

This is where we buy most of our little things like lightbulbs for our blinkers, windshield wipers, etc. Every time I go in, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are quick to offer things like "We can install that windshield wiper for free!"

Employee's were very helpful. Wife stopped needing new windshield wipers, salesman installed them and then even waited outside until she was back inside her car with the door locked. A+++++
