Amazing service and the most friendly and nice people you could ask for. Very long story short, my wife and I were in a small car accident 30 minutes into our vacation and A&S helped us all along the way to make sure our car was safe and our trip wasn't ruined. Seriously, could not have asked for kinder people and better customer service!

Quick and friendly! Called yesterday as my brother in law had broken down at the Sutherlin exit. Within 15 minutes a driver was getting him on the truck and on the way home! From start to finish everyone was friendly and efficient! Thank you!

Considering the circumstances, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Alternator died on a Thursday night headed on a college for my daughter. Got ahold of Angie and she dropped what she was doing to help us out. Her husband came out to tow the vehicle, and she came with a separate vehicle to take us to a hotel. They were able to get a new Alternator and install it by the next afternoon. Price was very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible company had to file with better business Bureau. They wouldn’t let me have essential personal property. Had to go through hoops so I could get prescriptions refilled new medical braces a new phone. All of which I had legal rights to get and also personal mementos of dead parent that are irreplaceable. I just can’t believe a company can be that shady and immoral.I understand monetary things to recoup bill but things like meds and phone with personal info and sensitive documents on it. It’s sickening knowing I’m probably not the only one they did this to.

I was driving from Sacramento to Portland for vacation. On the way to my destination, my Jeep thermostat was starting to have issues. Because of this, I had to park my Jeep and get it towed to a repair shop to fix the issue. Fortunately, A&S was able to tow my Jeep to their repair shop while I rented a car to enjoy my vacation. They were able to fix the issue and the Jeep has been performing well since then. The owners were understanding, helpful, and nice!

Towed me from a rest area. Arrived quickly. 2 hours later replaced my starter on my Ford f250 diesel. Fair price. Recommend

A&S towing was a life saver. In addition to their incredible kindness, they were swift and got us where we needed to go asap. Super trustworthy; hopefully we don’t breakdown again, but if we do we’re calling them up again.

Expert level service. It seemed a bit expensive but the job got done in a hurry and with no issues. This is my second tow with them and great both times.

Great service by Sam and his wife. Both know how to run a business, very friendly and respectful. From 1st call to the end of tow just mind blowing service. I had radiator blowup on me. We developed transmission problems in the middle of the Wildlife Safari. Our older motorhome was blocking one of the two lanes through the park. It was a VERY HOT day. We couldn’t leave the motorhome without an escort - think roaming elk and buffalo, up close and personal. Then we had to leave the park when it closed. Now we’re in a hotel, trying to rent a car. I had been dealing with Good (Bad) Sam for a day and a half, trying to communicate with people whose accent was so thick I could barely understand them, having to start over the 4-6 times I had to call back when they didn’t call me back as they said they would. Enough about Good Sam, as at last they connected us to you. You were so helpful and kind and empathetic. I felt like we might finally be rescued. Perhaps you sensed the desperation in my voice. I know I felt better after I talked with you. Then we met your most wonderful husband and his helpers. I just hope we added some enjoyment to our tow. Who has to dodge rhinos and buffaloes during the course of their business after all?! His expertise was amazing. The care he took to not damage our motorhome during the tow was so appreciated. The quickness he hooked up was something to behold. Truly he made it look easy. We know better. Heartfelt thank you to you and your husband. You’ll never know how much your sweet voice calmed me and how your husband’s professional expertise infused us with confidence. We highly recommend your business, 100%.

Awesome and honest people here! Not only did they tow my mom's Jeep but they checked it and found a very loose oil plug. They saved us a ton of repair costs and were honest about it! Thank you guys, I will always use your company if I am ever in need of your services.

Best town experience I've ever had. I have good Sam platinum but I got the run around from them. My rv was stuck in the middle of a lane on the freeway. I couldn't wait any longer for good Sam to get me a tow.The patrol officer hooked me up with a&s towing. I'm glad he did.

Just had one of the most expedited and effective truck tows I've ever experienced. Broke down at Love's Roseburg, called A&S and just an hour later - Sam pulled up and saved the day (At 2AM). Got me to Portland with ease. I won't bother with anyone else when it comes to a central I5 breakdown. Thank you Sam and Angie! You're the best.

I would give more stars if I could A&S is the best towing in the area. Semi broke down and they came quick even faster than the time they had told me, towed it to a safe place. Really went outta their way to help try and repair my truck. 10/10. Only place I will be recommending for tows and repairs.

Broke down , called the first towing company that was listed in Sutherlin. Boy I’m glad I called A&S . They came and got my car , offered to fix it and had an alternator in it in about an hour or less . I am totally using them for any towing / repair needs from now on . So kind also .

A&S Towing rescued me and my Mustang in the middle of the rainy night from I5. They dropped me and my girlfriend at Motel 6 and took Bessie back to their shop for a new fuel pump. What started as a disaster was solved by their good work and smart practical thinking.

As my car died at the off ramp by the chevron and the woman that i later found out works for this company stopped in her pt cruiser to offer help or so i thought. Not one mention that she worked for a tow company. She offered me her gas can then went to make a phone call and came back to tell me she couldn't help me for less that $45, now don't get me wrong the gentleman that drove the tow truck was very awesome and helpful. However this woman should have first stated she was stopping as a professional for a tow company. Secondly she should never offer help to someone when their car is broken down with out first explaining she is not a decent human she is a business trying to make money. And last but not least if i had known she worked for this company i never would have called them for a tow.

Sam showed up, assessed the situation and determined he needed the “big” truck to get our 41-ft motor home out of the traffic on I-5 in the middle of the night. He and Angie showed up with lights, cones and immediately went to work. They were kind, compassionate, capable and fair. Thank you for rescuing us and getting us to a repair shop! You guys are amazing!

Angie and Sam are wonderful people serving the greater community of Douglas county and way beyond. They are hard working, fair minded, accommodating, efficient, quick to diagnose and repair. Hard to find a better pair of mechanics with loving hearts ? I highly recommend them I’m sure you will also. Happy trails ?????

I have had occasion to call on A & S Towing at least three different times and every time I have, it has been a great experience. They are always quick and very reasonably priced. The last time I broke down, their quick response was the reason I got to see my grandson receive his diploma. I cannot express how important this was to me. Thank you, Angie and Sam!

Angie and Sam were helpful on a busy summer day. My trailer hub and tire blew out and we were 100 miles from our destination and over 300 Miles from home. Sam was going to be a couple hours out and we were stranded on the I-5. Angie drove out in one of their tow trucks and blocked our trailer and truck with their flashing lights until Sam could get there with the flatbed. Great customer service by these two in an industry that typically lacks it. Family owned business! I hope we don't meet again but if I'm in a pinch I would use them again no doubt.

I was on a road trip with my 3 yr old daughter and her grandfather, when we stopped in Sutherlin for lunch. We couldn't get the vehicle to shift into park, or start, leaving us stranded just hours into our trip. When we called, the owners were out running errands, but they quickly got one of their tow trucks, hauled us to the shop, and set about figuring out the problem. Less than an hour later, we were back on the road to continue our trip. So very grateful for their fast response, and quick and thorough work to get us back on our way!

Amazing! These folks seriously saved me. My alternator stopped working a few miles out of Sutherlin. It was a Sunday, my phone was dead. After walking to town, I charged my phone. These were the first folks I called, and thankfully so. There's no other tow/repair shop in the area. They came and picked me up and took me back to their shop, and then towed my van in. They quoted me one price and it turned out to be less!!!! I am extremely grateful that if i had to have car trouble that it just happened to be slow to this place. P.s. Their dogs are really sweet.

Excellent, no BS service! I stumbled onto A&S Towing and Auto Repair after two other mechanics told me they were too busy to work me in. Twice over the last month we've unfortunately had problems with two different vehicles, and both times, Sam got us right in and had us back on the road the very same day! Service like that in this day and age is hard to find! His prices are more than fair and both he and his wife are extremely nice and have gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Whether you need towing or auto repair, look no further than A&S.

We tried calling a few places to get our car towed this afternoon when we stumbled across A&S towing. Everyone I called at other places sounded very annoyed that we had questions about prices and how this all worked. I reached Sam, at A&S who was more than happy to help us out and answer our questions. He got to us when he said he would, happy to help us. He was quick, nice, and fair priced. We will definitely be going back to him when we need anything done to our cars, or need a tow, as well as spreading our positive experience with him to others!
