We were road tripping to King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley California from Buckley Washington and Travis saved the whole trip!
I’ve worked in the industry over 13 years so I always do the work myself and ordered the RV alternator we needed online. This Napa location was the only one between all three states that had one in stock. Amazing! The issue? It’s Sunday and Napa closes at 5pm and GPS said we wouldn’t arrive until 5:19pm.
Travis was our hero by getting the authorization from management to wait for us to arrive to pick up the alternator. We added some batteries to our order to make it extra worth his time, but what an amazing young man for doing so with zero complaints or hesitation. He really went above and beyond for us out of towners, on a weekend night, when he could have easily said “no we can’t”. This is appreciated far beyond words.

Great resources available for all you repair needs. The well educated staff are extremely helpful. I went there looking for parts to put an air compressor hose back together which was not an easy task. They worked diligently to make it happen! I had low tire pressure and was worried.
Came here in the am and they fixed it up quickly in 15 mins to ensure the tire pressure was safe and had a lovely chat that made it seem like no time at all!

All the guys in here are super helpful. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need in stock and if they don't its usually there the next day. They will take all kinds of batteries from lawnmower to large equipment batteries for no charge.
We are on the road from Northern Wa to Central Ca and our check engine light came on. Ran the codes and got a P0307 code and we prepared for bad news. The nearest mechanic with the best reviews was Sutherland Auto and we quickly found out why. They had a full lot and still squeezed in time to take a peek at our truck. Luckily it was just a spark plug wire that had jostled loose. They had us back on the road in leas than 10 minutes and even let our little one use the facilities. They were so kind and honest to a fault. We won’t ever forget this place! Thank you a million times!!
I needed wipers and a turn signal bulb.They had what I needed and installed them for me. It is a great convenience to have this done. Lots of places to go but I have confidence here.

Ron personally ran back and forth to get the multiple parts we needed. Mike stayed late to repair all the issues we needed fixed to get back on the road. Great pricing, AMAZING service would recommend repair to anyone.
These guys are the best in the area..they have so many books and can get pretty much anything! I was almost living there working on my 1951 Studebaker bus for well over a month.. these guys definitely know their stuff... i completely trust their opinion and fully recommend their expertise. I have been shopping at Napa in Sutherlin since moving here in 2013. I have NEVER been treated badly, or looked down on because I am a woman. They are helpful, kind, and straight forward. So overall an awesome place to shop, although they run on the high price side, and Im ok with that. I DEFINATELY would recommend to friends, and family!!!
This was a AWFUL experience. Went in on June 12, 2018. Ordered a head gasket set, he said it would be in first thing in the morning. So we returned to NAPA in sutherlin Oregon on June 13th at about 1:00 pm gave them a few hours to get there orders. We walk in and get a couple hand fulls of fluids (we are re building our engine after all) and we wait in line about 20 minutes. An older man helped us and was not very happy we got so many items. I could see him glaring very snarky.
So then first I say we ordered a head gasket. Its not even even in the system as ordered! No head gasket was there. Then they charge me for battery cables I never received .THEN to top it off he refused to give me ladies 10% off on wend. Said "he never heard of it" wow... Will NEVER return to this napa. oreileys ALL THE WAY! Thanks guys for the AWFUL experience
Blew a turbo hose at the Sutherlin exit. They had someone bring me a new clamp and back on the road. Thanks Sutherlin Napa Auto Parts. You saved the day.
These guys are super friendly and helpful I had to return like two things after I bought them cuz it was the wrong things and they were more than happy to oblige wasn't their fault they were the wrong ones
One of the guys ignored me when I tried to ask about something. The older guy stepped in and helped me since the other guy was ignoring me. They are a little over priced compared to other auto stores in Roseburg.
