Love this store! I visited 15 years ago and met the owners who are great people! Looks like a new location in Astoria but love they are still in business. They inspired me to start collecting Mid Century industrial furniture items and now selling as well. Bravo to you guys!
Excellent displays, large variety. Prices for all budgets. They're a super nice business, with knowledgeable employees. Jen knows her stuff! I love their seasonal window displays.
Whether in the prior space or the new, we always enjoy taking a stroll through the collection. Looking forward to our next time in Astoria to wander through here again!
This store is awesome! I watched them grow from humble beginnings in the Norblad building, but unfortunately haven’t been able to visit their latest store in the old JCPenny building. Always was a treasure hunt looking for some interesting antiquities. Definitely worth a visit when in Astoria.

Decent store. Good selection, and fine prices. The issue was with the clerk. She gave my younger siblings their items for free. I didn’t except anything for me since I’m much older and I was buying more stuff. When I got to the counter she asked if I was with them, I said yes and she said “I can’t keep giving things away for free”. I said I don’t expect that and that I had more items so it makes sense. Then she asked me to pay for their items and I said I would rather not since you gave them for free and they likely wouldn’t pay me back. She asked a few more times and I kept declining. Eventually she tells me my total and I pull out my money and she said she’d only accept my payment if I paid for their items as well. I should’ve just walked away but I finally agreed after several minutes of arguing.
Overall decent store but with the aggressiveness and hostility of the clerk, I don’t think I’ll ever want to return. Do not offer things for free if you are just going to demand payment from someone else in their party.
If you hear someone near you get something for free, do not claim to be with them or she’ll demand you pay for her mistake.
This place was SO cool. I got a couple goodies that I’m very excited about. I’d skip the upstairs portion as it’s (personal opinion here) kind of ugly compared to the vintage beauty of everything downstairs. Things seem to be reasonably priced for the most part. Didn’t really like that I heard the cashier talking nasty politics with her friends, but that’s Astoria I guess. Just keep it out of the workplace.
Love this place! They have a big selection of new and vintage items. They have some great antique furniture worth checking out. Upstairs you’ll find some really cool vintage clothing, art and housewares. I found coffee mugs from my childhood home on the coast and it was so nostalgic! I highly recommend checking this place out. The prices ranges vary. I found an awesome line shirt for $10!
What a wonderful eclectic store in a wonderful eclectic town. My interaction with the owner and her colleague was delightful and they have curated many styles at many price-points. I can see myself being a frequent flyer here.
Some great items and salvage, but you are definitely paying for it's curation. Some of the items are a little absurd- five dollars for a single basic drawer pull when you could go down the street to another vintage shop and get a bag of them for that price.
Great place to peruse for fun and pick up an interesting piece or two. I'm an avid vintage collector and wearer and the only thing I thought was meh were the prices of the upstairs clothing vendor. They were much higher then buying online or in larger cities with not much indication as to why. Otherwise we picked up some goodies and had a lovely time.
This place is amazing. They let me put a very expensive picture on layaway and make small payments every month. They also let me put a $700 table on layaway. I really appreciate that. The staff are wonderful and the things that they have for sale are always gorgeous. No junk here!
I LOVE this place! There are a bunch of one-of-a-kind finds like a freestanding staircase with drawers and built-in cabinets. There is an excellent assortment of drawer pulls, too. We bought a porcelain door pull for our closet that has a compass rose printed on it.
What an amazing place to visit! There's so much to see I'm so many more things to buy than I did. LOL I received very friendly customer service and my family and I we're delighted and how helpful they were and answering our questions. They have a plethora of items that there's truly no where to begin. I love how things are set up like displays. I came by for this Penny squishing machine and we stayed for almost two hours shopping. :-)
My wife and I really enjoy this place. The owners have been great. One does a lot of big work like creating long tables out of vintage pieces, the other does upholstry and other creative work. This is always a go to stop when we're in town. Their staff is very helpful too. Plus they're great at sourcing things too so be sure to tell the if you're looking for things.
Love this store! I was worried when they lost their cool old storefront, but they took the new space and transformed it into the PERFECT setting for their fabulous inventory. I have two LARGE pieces in my house from the shop and will likely have a few more before too long. I particularly love the "Boneyard" area - bits and pieces of old furniture that is so fun to hunt through and usually reveals the perfect bit for a project.
