Had my vehicle towed. Driver was ~2 hours late. Got charged more than the initial quote because they brought the wrong vehicle for the job, but the driver and his apprentice were able to get the truck out of a very difficult spot and took reasonable care to avoid damaging it more. I think it was a very good price given the extra time it took and their long drive.
Top notch service. Took my car in for a noise in the back end. Technician sat in the back seat, head in the trunk trying to figure it out. Back at the shop took interior panel off and ended up finding the reason I'd been having water get into my trunk...pressure valve. Ordered part for me. Said the noise was the shock which I'd already had it into Les Schwab twice and was told they couldn't figure it out.
Work was good. Communication could have been better. The repair had been scheduled for months, had to pick up the car 4 days into the repair because they said one of the parts came in damaged. Then bring back the car 2 weeks later. Not the best experience, but not awful either.
Classic Bodywerks is the best body shop I’ve ever taken one of my vehicles to. They’ve seen my truck twice now and they’ve always done an amazing job repairing it. The added bonus of a great detailing job makes me want to get in an accident again just for them to clean it! Haha
Making up repairs to charge insurance more money. Won’t answer calls about these unexpected repairs and when talked to in person very combative and defensive. Told my insurance I needed a new headlight because of a crack in the housing. When I asked him to show me he could not locate it but assured me it was there somewhere. Absolute dirtbag of a shop.
I am extremely happy with the service that I received at Classic Bodywerks! It took a little longer than I expected, but the work was perfect and they even detailed the inside of my car. Hopefully, I don't have to visit them often, but I would send them my business again. Great service overall!
Guy who owns this place is insanely combative. He's effectively holding our car hostage in order to try to squeeze more money out of our insurance company. Sounds completely unhinged and like a total tweaker over the phone. We will be traveling to Portland next time we need repairs, the heartache and uncomfortableness of listening to a crazy dude rant and rave isn't worth it.
Called this company to inquire about a vehicle that towed that was still registered in my name, the guy that answered yelled at me, refused to answer any questions, wouldn't let me speak to anyone else and denied towing the vehicle. I have the notice in my hand that says they are the company that did the tow. Pretty unnerving interaction with what is supposed to be a business. The guy sounded unhinged. Would not recommend dealing with these people.
They did a fantastic job on our 2007 BMW. Not only was the bumper repair perfect, but the car had been cleaned inside and out. My wife thinks she is driving a new car. What more can a fellow ask for?
Our car was towed in after a collision. Usually tow-ins don't get prime attention over scheduled work. However, inspection of the vehicle occurred quickly and the details relayed to our insurance company. It wasn't a cut-and-dried process since this was a new model with numerous features and electronics. We were grateful for the quick response and the explanations we received along the way.
They do amazing work. Got my Buick Encore back today. She is gorgeous. They matched the paint perfectly. Bob & Jesse got my car in & fixed quickly, took care of dealing with insurance Co. For me also. I'm very pleased! Thank you guys.
Honesty integrity and frankness these are the words I would use to describe Classic Bodywerks. Bob and Jesse are definitely in a class of their own when it comes to body work and car repairs. I hit a deer and damn near totaled my car, I'm sure my experience wasn't within the norm because of complications that transpired from GEICO and other variables (Manufacturing Strikes,etc). I do know the quality work my car received and clear communication I experienced throughout the process of fixing my rig was just another day in the shop for these guys. Thank you Classic Body Werks!

Nobody wants to have to repair their damaged car, but EVERYBODY wants to use a shop like Classic Bodywerks. They got the damage cleaned up, paint matched perfectly, and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was 100% satisfied by sourcing parts from multiple retailers in order to find the perfect match for my scenario. Even cleaned up some overspray from when the previous owner had damaged and repainted the same part. This is the only time I’ve gone out of my way to leave a review for a business on google, because it was that good of an experience. Use these guys and you will not be disappointed.
I went into classic because my moonroof was leaking. My car interior was really in need of some cleaning which I hadn’t had time to get to. Not only did they fix my moonroof below their original estimate, they also vacuumed out the car and returned it to me clean and ready to go. It’s hard to find good, honest car repair and I’m so glad we have Classic in our town.
My car was a victim of a hit and run, and I was rattled, scared, and unsure of how to proceed. I brought this car to Bob at Classic Bodywerks, and he was so professional and helped me get a bid for my insurance. He reassured me if the steps and what it would look like. Then when the work was done, my car came out perfect! And the timeliness of his work was exactly as he quoted. I would come here again and recommend anyone, wish I could give it more stars!
This morning we got a tow from a young man named Thomas. I just wanted to say that he did a more than excellent job not only at taking care of my car and getting us safely home but, making sure that our comfort from start to finish was a huge priority. Our truck was broken down and Kyle came to save the day. Classic towing is the best, they always have good service and are very punctual. Kyle is knowledgeable, kind and knows what he is doing. If they happen to be running behind its only because they are taking care of the police accidents which need to come first in order to keep the roads accessible. Awesome job guys. I would definitely recommend Classic Towing, thanks everyone.
Scott is the most sincere honest man I have ever dealt with! As a female I would like to say he is a wonderful man to have show up in the middle of nowhere to help you. He was super caring and well spoken he helped me even though he honestly didn't have to and was kind to me! These guys handled an insurance repair after my ride was involved in a hit and run in a local parking lot. There was relatively minor damage, but the whole bumper cover had to be replaced. They did a great job with the paint match and after an appropriate cure time they installed the clear protective wrap that goes on the flat area near the trunk. Super nice bunch of guys in the front office, easy scheduling, even did the clear wrap when I accidentally showed up a day early.
They also handled my wreck after a head on collision destroyed my Mini Cooper.
I am so happy with my service at Classic Bodywerks! They repaired the back end of my car, replaced many parts, and paint! My car looks almost brand new! I appreciate Jesse and the team for their dedication and hard work put into my car!
They towed my SUV after it had been rolled . Great honest and friendly customer service . They showed my understanding and a loyalty to me as a customer I was expecting my bill to be worse than it was but when I got there to recover my personal belongings.was greatest with kindness and before I left I was granted a bill adjustment and treated with grate respect from them and there staff. Plus I was amazed that everything was still in my vehicle. Thanks for all that you have done for me.
So far, I’m really annoyed. My car has been outside of their shop for 2 weeks now. Every time I call and ask if they have worked on it and came up with an estimate; Their response is, “it’s been raining here. I don’t want to send my men out working in the rain.” So I asked, “how about in the next 3 days? Will my car be worked on then?” They responded with “no.” 12 days rolls by, my mom gets a sweet relieving call on Saturday from someone who works at this body shop. He leaves a voicemail explaining there’s a new estimate on my car or whatever, text or call me when you can. I got off late from work, so I didn’t want to bother him with a call, so I sent a text. No response what so ever.
2 days later!; Now today! I’m hoping they would just check out my car and hopefully be truthful with the estimate. I’m very frustrated with this whole process.
I’ve had a previous car of mine that was at this body shop before, but they were quick with it, there were no excuses, no issues at all!
It’s been 2 weeks now.. all I am doing now is waiting for them to do their job.
I don't even know where to start about this company. So I'll just start from the beginning we decided to head to the beach for a great family day and unfortunately as soon as we hit Astoria our vehicle went into limp mode over a hour away from home there was no way we could baby it back, we were so worried we called our insurance to get us a tow and they were zero help but when we got a hold of classic towing they were so happy to assist us and even showed up much sooner then expected our tow truck driver Justin was amazing he got our vehicle on no issues and made sure the 3 of us were safe in his vehicle before starting the long journey home he was quick polite and very efficient. We made it home safely with our young son and could not recommened a better tow company. Thank you so much classic towing for all your help!
They did a great job fixing my 07 Camery they matched the paint perfect and very professional even vacuumed my car too!! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the communication could have been better with time frame of when done and informing me of the extent of damage after they started the work. Would definitely recommend to others
Service is non existent. Claims they are 24hrs but becomes rude and argumenitive with you if it's after 10. Especially if use AAA. I had a good tow from them once at about the same time at night and he was completely nice and helpful, but not the case anymore. Just use the other company in town I believe they are called Affordable Towing.
So here was our deal. We were going on for a long weekend in Ocean Park when I hit a deer. I was able to limp my truck to the condo we were staying at and called the insurance company in the morning. They had Classic Bodywerks come and tow the truck to Astoria for a damage estimate. They also ended up doing the actual work on the truck. It took about two weeks for them to finish with everything and then I went to pick it up. It looked just like I remembered! Everything worked fine (actually a little better than before) and they were great to deal with. They answered any questions I had and were accommodating in when I could pick it up. Great service and a job well done!
