Was able to find what I needed and the lady at the front desk was respectful but seemed bored with her job. She also spoke through the card process like a robot trained to say the same script on repeat, despite the fact that I am fully capable of following the prompts on the card reader. It was kind of rude.

Your driver was in the parking lot and pulled out in front of me, no stop, then went under the speed limit, then gunned it after holding up traffic. Really erratic driving for an “auto” store. Maybe drug test?

We just moved to Astoria a year ago, and every time I go into Napa, they are all very helpful and know their stuff.

Very pleased they’re an auto parts store, but I called them for some totally different. I needed it to find a Moble mechanic because my alternator went out and they were willing to help me. They took their time to find a guy that they thought was great and he end up coming in and helping me out. I was able to get back home.

Prices are high and sometimes they are short on help. It's ok but not great.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I am extremely dissatisfied with my service. I am actively going to college, working a job, and my vehicle isn’t running :(. I understand they are understaffed and very busy, but the workers there could at least show some decency. I have been actively trying to get a fuel filter for over a month. The first one that was given to me I brought all the way home only to open it and realize it was used. When I was finally able to get back in there for another one they gave me the wrong year for my vehicle. Then, about 2 weeks ago, they promised to put another fuel filter on order for me, give me some credit, and call me when it’s in. After waiting I finally decided to give them a call for them to only tell me they have no knowledge of my order and my credit they promised me. I was confused and asking some simple questions about my account for Ron to tell me “I’m busy and there are more people on the line”. I was on hold for 10 minutes, which is no problem, but you think I could at least get my questions answered and shown some respect. It’s worth the drive across the bridge to another parts store. I PROMISE!

As a fourth generation astorian, I am grateful we have a Napa auto parts here; it's one less thing I have to go over any of the "bridges" to get something i need. Today I noticed there were only two gentlemen working the counter. The phones were ringing off the hook and those poor men were trying their best to satisfy all of the caller's inquiries. However; In the span of 15 minutes 3 people ended up in line waiting for service.. And in the end; three people walked out to take their business elsewhere. Nobody was even acknowledged. I felt embarrassed for walking out but clearly they did not have time for us. I ended up having to go to autozone in Warrenton To purchase all new glow plugs and 2 of the highest cranking amp batteries for my 6.6 diesel duramax 2500. Perhaps it was just one of those days. And of course I'm still going to come for parts. I'm just a bit disappointed And just thought that I would share that here.

It seems as if every time I go to Napa auto parts in Astoria Oregon they do not have what it is I need and do not seem too inclined to try to find it for me i.e. Today I was told I should call the Toyota dealer to Find out what kind of a bolt to use on my starter, isn,'t that kind of a part person's job?I've done this before Myself and that was part of my job...so All In all I ended up with the wrong bolts, Which I have no use for so I will likely bring them back and give them to the counter people when I bring back The $30 miniature oil can (that was used)which I purchased about a week ago when I was also charged $40 for a quart of acetone, my bill was $73.73 for a quart of acetone, a $30 USED, leaky oil can and a quart of automatic transmission fluid. That coupled with several other visits which I will not take the time to relate because what's the point I think it's safe to say that I will not be doing business with Napa auto parts of Astoria Oregon again anytime soon. I would recommend that the employees are a bit nicer and more helpful and maybe possibly act as though they even liked their jobs that might be a thing...Jus sayin'.. I'll be spending my$$ elsewhere from now on. Yours TRULY! A DISSATISFIED FORMER PATRON P.S. The 2 star rating was me being generous

Spent an exceedingly costly $350 on a battery for my car and motorcycle. Turns out you have to buy it ONLINE and then pickup in store to get 20% off so these folks ripped me out of $70 and I have spent hours circling through the napa customer folks getting nowhere trying to get a refund. Why do promotions not match? Why do they frustrate their customers with confusing discounts/promotions that don't work or cross between web and physical stores?? Does every customer of theirs that does not follow this weird exact procedure of standing in the store and buying online on their phone before 'picking up' have to whine to mgmt to get a discount credited?? Edit 1 - let it be known the staff there are exceedingly helpful and this review is critical of process and administration ONLY. thanks have a great day!

I usually go to Auto Zone. However, I needed help and Bob at Napa - went out of his way to give me assistance. I very much appreciated that. I will return to Napa in the future. Thank you Bob! Great customer care!

Extremely helpful. It may be a bit more expensive than other places but they make your business felt wanted unlike other auto part stores around the area. They've gone above and beyond for my family so we're loyal to the Astoria Napa.

Came in due to leak in power steering, they helped us figure out it was a loose but, and found the right wrench to tighten down. great customer service, very kind and helpful.

I still hold by my five star rating but I do remember a time when NAPA Auto Parts was not owned by Sunset and there was more personal customer service. However I understand Under New Management that new management would not want to risk their employees being liable for negative recourse. But I do remember when.

Customer service is absolutely garbage, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 5 employees were talking and on the computer. A friend of an employee came in and was immediately helped while I was still standing there. I walked out and took my business elsewhere, I will never shop there again. Rude is an understatement

I stopped into get parts for my daughter's car. And they Easley could have sold me the parts. Instead he gave me free advise. And saved me around $400 that's priceless.

Returns... don't count on it. Purchased a DeWalt buffer and attempted to return the item because with the pads that were purchased damage was done to a customer's vehicle. Buffer was only used once and was in immaculate condition. Store claimed that because there was nothing wrong with buffer they couldn't refund it. They did however take the two pads back *and gave $18 for pack of two-those pads cost A LOT more than that. Didn't want to argue so took the buffer and will attempt to sell it private party... Anyhow, took a huge hit on this purchase and rather disappointed that could not return the item.

Its hard to love a place that means your car is broken in order to go, unless you are just buying accessories. Either way, at least the NAPA peeps will help to get you moving again.

Great staff, quick service, usually have what you need or can get it quickly. Prices a little higher, but selection is better. If you need a part now, you can usually get it here.

Wrote a bad review a while back about customer service. Owner was very responsive to us and so we tried again today. BIG change - like 180 degrees - very friendly and helpful - thanks for fixing the problem!

These guys are really helpful. Went out of their way to help me when I had a flat tire. Very good selection in stock. Also lots of knowledge and wisdom.
