Absolutely 10/10 experience! Called Roland on a Saturday morning when my car was marooned due to a failed fuel pump. He picked up the phone, clearly explained the pricing, told me he’d be there in 20 minutes and was! Hookup was super quick and efficient, pricing was as he explained (no surprises) and he dropped off my rig at my mechanic. Even offered to give me a ride home. Look no further. I hope to not need his services again, but if I do, it will be an easy call!

Roland did an excellent job towing my 2001 AcuraIntegra . This car is my baby and it was stolen twice last year and once this year. Both times he towed me and arrived fast, retrieving my car quickly out of a highly risky situation . He was so fast, and immediately came to my aid - my car was in a really difficult place to tow it and he removed it with ease while another local company refused me saying it was way too dangerous because it was jammed between two cars in a homeless camp . I didn’t have to wait around like I have with triple A or State Farm’s the past . All business and fair priced . I didn’t have insurance on my car so I couldn’t get help for the towing from an insurance company and he was so fair and helped me a ton. He even gave me a jump so I could drive it to a safe place to store the car. 20/10 will recommend to my family and friends. Super friendly professional and kind . Thank you :)

He accurately estimated pick-up time, helped ensure my safety and the safety and comfort of my dog, and took care of everything - including removing and reinstalling my heavy drop hitch (which was necessary to get my truck off the flatbed without incident). In today's world it's rare when a business actually delivers what they promise let alone exceeding those expectations... well, Roland's towing does just that at a very fair price! Roland was referred to me by a business in Portland when I asked for a recommendation on a Towing Company I could trust with my 1969 Mustang show car. I just had some new interior upholstery work completed and did not want to drive my car from downtown Portland through city streets and then to Beaverton. I called Roland and made an appointment. He showed up on time and was professional, calm, took extra steps to get my prized Mustang on the truck, secured extremely well, and then off the truck. The car has a low profile and Roland was very meticulous making sure everything was done perfectly.
