3 degrees outside and the wrecker driver and dispatch, Teresa, were absolutely wonderful help !!! Could Not have asked for better service!!!!!!

These people are horrible, they were rude and tried to scam us. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t get your car towed here , don’t get involved with these people at all.

Do not use. Unprofessional, expensive and cash only.

My sports car was impounded..I was able to pay and get my car. The 2 gentleman help me load my bumper that was torn from car during an accident . They were so helpful.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I gave it a couple days to call the towing company back and asked what they charged for mileage and the " Dispatcher" Front desk receptionist. She was rude. I asked a legit question and all she can give me was we sometimes go by miles but sometimes we don't. Looking at the invoice from the receipt it stated that they charged 17 miles. She also was mad that we had called ohp and who ever they go through to file a complaint as the lady does not provide her name as well as she was rude and has a terrible attitude. What also mind baffle's me is that they don't have any change if you happen to over pay so they are basically ripping you off with not having change to give you. She has threatened to block our number when they had our property which is extremely illegal. This Company is by far the worst company to ever have any vehicles towed with this company. This company also put my boyfriend's motorcycle in the garage with out asking him if he wanted it in the garage and asked him if he would sell if for scrapes. There was nothing wrong with the motorcycle besides a few cosmetic damages. We drove it home and it was perfectly fine. The invoice stated that the motorcycle is not driveable they also had a 2005 GMC 5500 pick up the motorcycle which doesn't make any sense as you could just get a trailer to tow the motorcycle. This Company is a straight scam and I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with the front desk person.

If I could give them a zero I would. Mission towing company! I do not recommend them. The front office lady is very rude. She hangs up on you if she doesny wanna hear what you have to say and will threaten to block you while they have your property.

Drivers and staff were professional and courteous. The whole crew were a great help on our problems. Thank you very much.

I’m from Texas. I used Mission to get my truck and RV out of a muddy spot at an RV park. Response in about 20 minutes and very professional, helpful and reasonable on price. If you need a tow in Payne county, I highly recommend this company.

Was stuck in mud and ended up locking keys in truck as well. Wrecker got there fast and unlocked truck before pulling me out. The driver was awesome and was only one that was willing to get me out. Will call them first next time for sure. Very professional & quick. Thanks!

Super friendly service!

When a drunk driver hit me on the night of Dec 19th I had my TOTALED vehicle towed by this business. When I went to pick up things from the vehicle they did not have my keys that I had with the vehicle in the ignition. I left the keys in the ignition because the car cut off due to the back end leaking gas. I was not expecting the wrecker to keep my keys. Needless to say I’m without the nostalgic memory (key fob) of my old car. Not to mention someone has a key to my house and I don’t even know who it is. Really would recommend using someone else. Was told the keys weren’t with the vehicle but I couldn’t even remove the key from the ignition at the time of the accident. It could be because I was so frantic I didn’t think to switch gears before attempting taking the key out. Although one wouldn’t expect to be able to sit still and be in drive at the same time but the damage was that bad. I realize I need to make sure I have my house keys next time (hopefully never again) because this company will allegedly lose them. EDIT: I am not sure what other “mission towing” it would have been in Stillwater but okay. My police report says it went to your location and that’s where I went to collect my things out of the car. ??‍♂️

Friendly and helpful employees. No one wants their car in a towing/impound lot .... but if you do ... this is a great place.

I was stuck in the mud and couldn’t get any other tow services that would come to me and pull me out. Brayden came at 10pm and was super nice and professional and got us pulled out. He was definitely my hero that night.

I received excellent service from mission towing and recovery. I had a flat tire late in the afternoon on a country road. He came out quickly and changed the tire. He was very professional and I felt safe while he was helping me. I recommend this business to everyone who has a problem in the Payne county area. I have used this business for towing and auto repairs. They have always been upfront on costs and needed repairs. Grant manages the business and I just dealt with him this week. Helpful and professional.

This place is a dump and their businesses practices are unethical! They will rip you off and overcharge you ! i swear the front desk lady stole cash from me. They only take cash and yet they have no change to be able to give you back ! They also would not let us get our belongings out of the vehicle and where trying to keep our car... unbelievable... i can’t believe the OSU police department uses them.They are crooks. Don’t use them for services you will regret it !
