Our can ran out of gas on the highway and because of our location, AAA first quoted an hour wait before they’d get a tow truck to our location. Shortly after that, David called saying AAA asked him to help and he’d be there in 20 mins. He was super professional, worked fast, brought us to a gas station to fill up, and gave our car battery a jump since the hazards had been going long enough to drain the battery by then. We appreciated that help more than I knew I would, great service!

I just spoke with them to get some help for my daughter, boy did they let me know they do not care about your student. Do not use this company if you have children in the state they will take advatage of your college student because you aren't in town. Now that they have responded I should add more I was only trying to figure out what was going on when they hung up on me. No customer service to figure out what was going on, just pay cash and you can get your car back su per sketchy, I will be reporting our cash payment to the IRS to be sure it's being reported.

They did not notifying me or the owner of the vehicle when it was towed which is illegal in the state of Oklahoma. It made me believe that my car was stolen. When on the phone the operator was giving so much unneeded attitude. When picking up, it was quick, but $273 accepting only cash, and not having change is kind of crazy. They had my car for 1 and a half hours and $273 for that amount of time is crazy.

For a few years now Pokey Tow has been my number one request with AAA. Because the driver David Nallie is quick to respond and always courteous and very friendly and professional, a good listener, and I know he can be trusted to get my car where I request in a fast but safe manner. He has come to my residence twice to tow to auto shop and twice at businesses. I am so glad to have him based close in Ponca City! I have been left in a storm by AAA calling a different company that never showed!! So I always request Pokey Tow and David as the driver! 100% Satisfaction!

Yeah, it's not thrilling that I got towed. That's on me and I'm only frustrated with the property owner that didn't extend me some grace for a clear mistake by an out of towner. It would be nice if they called the police department before they took my car, because of course my first call was of course to the police. That's my only knock. The team was polite, patient, and helpful when I needed to get my wallet out of the car before I could pay them. Bonus points because they towed my electric vehicle correctly and did not damage it.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. $411 for 3 miles. The rates that this place charges are absolutely criminal and the customer service is terrible.

This place only accepts cash and does not even have change. Over $400 is outrageous. The customer service was not friendly or easy to talk to.

Caleb was amazing! My car died in a parking garage, and he showed up quickly and was very kind. I was upset, but he calmed me down and made the whole situation so much easier. Super timely and professional — highly recommend!

Towed my truck and tore it up, after they scratched it all the way down the side. Then was over an hour late to meet me to get my truck. Nightmare of a company.

My grandpa had his truck stolen and these people were called by the worthless cops (who didnt even find the car in the first place) and put it on their trailer, when we got there they said it would cost $650 just to get it off the trailer (we didn't have that). So they take it all the way to Stillwater from Drumright (passing my grandpas house to get there). So then my grandpa had to get a ride up there just so he can pay the $650 extortion fee, just to get his own truck back that was also missing a headlight and other things due to the person who stole it originally. Yet I still think the cops and the joke that is this towing company are the real thieves in this situation.

5 stars for Caleb today!! Would be more if I could. Our keys got locked in our car early in the morning so we called and he came out and got it unlocked before we even knew he was at our house! And the best part was the price. We was worried it was gonna be expensive but in fact it was extremely cheap!! Thank you again Pokey Pullin and Caleb.

If I could leave a negative review, I definitely would. This company towed my daughter's car over the weekend on campus (which is understandable—it happens). She’s an OSU cheerleader and a very responsible young adult, but mistakes happen. My issue is with the owner and what he said during our phone conversation. I suspected some of his statements were illegal, and after some research, I’ve confirmed that his pricing is, in fact, illegal. The rates for nonconsensual tows are regulated by the state and published online. According to these guidelines, my daughter’s tow and impound should have totaled around $168, with an additional $80 weekend charge for Sunday pickup. Her car was there for less than 24 hours. However, he charged her for two days of storage and added a series of other illegal fees, as confirmed by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. To make matters worse, they refused to accept any form of payment besides cash. I asked if we could use Venmo, CashApp, or any other digital payment method, especially since my daughter was there alone without cash, and her ATM card was locked in her car. The owner insisted on cash only and charged her $421, nearly $200 over the legal amount. It’s appalling that a business owner would take advantage of young adults who may not be familiar with the law or regulated rates. There’s no place for unscrupulous practices like this in a college town. I will be demanding a refund for the overpayment and will be spreading the word to other parents to help prevent this from happening to another hardworking student just trying to get by in school.

Just wanted to everyone to know the staff and drivers are amazing. I had an issue with my car this morning and needed to get towed. As most of know, if your battery goes out so does everything electrical, meaning I could not even shift to neutral. The driver came with a jump set and noticed some of the wires were loose and the connections. Tighten things the best he could and got my car started. He was great and offered recommendations on what I should bring up to the shop.

I had to have my car towed from my work to the mechanic and the woman on the phone was so nice and got a truck dispatched within 15 minutes. The operator was incredibly kind and got my car up on his truck and safely secured within minutes. He made me feel safe and that my car was in good hands. This is a tow service I’ll use again if I need one.

My car would not start due to a faulty battery and Pokey towing came within 30 minutes to jump my car. They even followed me to O’Reilly to make sure I could purchase a new battery smoothly and then again to the mechanic shop to make sure they could install it for me! Tim was super friendly and helpful throughout this whole process because I had no idea what the procedure was. I will definitely call them if I ever need help again!
