If I could leave zero stars for this company I would. They're completely irresponsible and release property to anyone apparently. They don't correct the issue but simply denied responsibility for the issue. Definitely reporting them to the BBB and filing charges against them. Absolutely Disgusting place definitely NOT a good recommendation ?

I had to call for a tow after my serpentine belt split this morning. The woman I spoke to was super nice and had a driver out within 10 minutes. He was very nice and took good care of my car as he loaded it up onto the wrecker. Because of an issue with me knee, I couldn’t climb up into the cab, so he called his mom (who was the woman I had called and spoken to) and she came to pick me up, let me get my car situated at the shop, and then drove me home. They turned a kinda bad day into a better one just by being kind and compassionate. I definitely will be using them again in the future if I have any more issues with my car.

I am so thankful that I reached out to Cowboy Towing for help. The team was professional, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. I was also impressed that they keep in constant communication for updates and to reassure me during difficult times.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! cowboy towing is amazing!!!! They helped me when I got my car high centered on a curb, just moving here and getting established and was down on my luck!!! Roads are iced up, so I'm slow. Pulled into a store and I still managed to hop over a curb and 1 wheel off the cliff. They stopped and helped me out, didn't even ask for payment. This is how a friendly business should be . Goodness this crew.

A few months ago we had Cowboy Towing hail our mini van down to our machanic. We have never delt with a more professional, kind & reasonable company before. We will always use them in the future!

10/10 would recommend Cowboy, suck on the side of the road, need the new project towed home, whatever the need the folks at cowboy towing are going to take care of you! Always kind and ALWAYS careful with your vehicle, but dont take my word for it call em and find out!

Having the husband I do! They are our absolute go to when hauling all his "masterpieces" home, and even with the amazing prices everything was delivered in perfect condition. Won't call ANYONE else!

This company is absolutely amazing. I got in a pickle last night and they showed up and helped out so fast. What could have been a horrible night ended up great because of them. They really are the best!!

If you're ever stranded within a few hours of Stillwater, OK, I wholeheartedly recommend Jesse with Cowboy Towing LLc. Not only was he very communicative about how long it would take him to arrive (texted and called multipletimes with updates), but he took us twice as far, charged less than Simon towing quoted (who didn't even show up!), and checked in on us the next day to make sure we were still okay. He's my new hero.

The only people between Guthrie and Stillwater that would/could tow a RAM 5500 off the side of I-35. David was wonderful and dropped the truck off at the tire shop and then dropped us off at our hotel for the night, which was incredibly helpful.

The driver tried to rip off a mutual friend of mine. Quoted her $300 and asked how she was going to pay that with just her and her son, then when her husband showed up he told him it was only going to be $175. Never will I recommend them to anyone ever again. I'll be telling my father not to do business with them either if any of his work trucks break down.

Took great care with my Jeep and dropped off the key for me at the mechanic shop.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I was stuck in a ditch on a red dirt road after it had poured.. I’m not sure anyone but Jessie could have gotten us out or would have even tried! After working hours to pull us out he even made sure we made it back to the interstate without getting stuck again. This guy is an expert at what he does!

Levi with Cowboy Towing was absolutely so helpful. We had an issue where the trunk of our car wouldn’t open but wouldn’t fully close. He came to help within 15 minutes and got it open and fixed so fast! We truly appreciate him and his work! Will be using Cowboy Towing again if ever needed.

I booked cowboy towing to tow my daughters car from campus to the dealership. Booked them at 9 am for 4pm. They forgot to send someone. When my daughter called at 4:20, they told her they forgot, someone would be there asap. By 4:50 no one showed up and she had to leave for class. Terrible service, terrible follow up, terrible communication

Tonight was a long night came out to my car and after working a 10 hour day my battery was completely dead and I tried jumping it and everything I decided to call onstar and they connect me with Cowboy Towing and Jessie is who helped me tonight saved me and I am so grateful he was able to get my car started and everything was great! No tow or anything only a blow fuse out of the whole situation and Jessie that help me deserve a raise for sure! Thank you so much I am so grateful

After the nightmare I had to deal with regarding a local mechanic and his complete lack of business and people skills, this tow company was a huge help in getting my car back so that I can find a mechanic to help me fix it who won’t try to screw me over. I’m just so grateful for their kind and speedy service and understanding the stress of the situation. This is a business that is truly in the service of helping people! Highly recommend if you’re in a pinch and need a reliable business to help you with a tow!

Absolutely great folks. Was able to help me with my tire when i couldn't afford a tow and the roadside assistance company didn't have a driver- and he even paid for my toll on the road before I got to the booth. Greatly appreciated their integrity and assistance while travelling cross country! Good to know there is still great people in the world. Thanks a million!

Had car trouble in the middle of the night. First company I called couldn’t help. Called Cowboy and within 5 minutes they were on the way. They drove over 30 miles out of town to tow my car in the freezing cold weather. Driver couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.

Had a tire blow out on our trailer, and wasn't able to get one of the lug nuts off the stud was just spinning with it. They ended up having to take the trailer back to their shop to get it fixed, I had a vehicle full of hungry kids, he gave me his address and told me he'd take it to the shop and start on it and told me to go ahead and take them for some food. This was probably the best experience I've had dealing with a tow company, he was very friendly helpful even hooked me up with an extra wheel and tire that he had laying around as a spare.

I called from Tulsa last minute had to have my mom's car moved right away and they were there for me. Have used them for years when I lived in Stillwater and we used them for the cab company Cowboy Country Cab. Always there for us never any issues polite drivers and know what their doing.

I won't give 1 star because I have used them before and they were good BUT my insurance called them to change my flat. Said it would be about an hour. They never showed or answered the phone or called

I went to jail for a traffic warrant and with storage fees my balance went over $600. After i was released i contacted the owner and explained my hardships hoping they would work with me a little. Not only did he refuse to come down a single cent, but he also made it as difficult as he possibly could for me by demanding to see documents that should not have been required. I believe his ultimate goal is to keep people's vehicles long enough to declare ownership and auction them off. Quite a racket if you ask me.

I called on a Sunday to help get a flat changed. He arrived close to his estimated time and was super nice and helpful to me. He calmed me during a stressful time. He also took card, which was also a plus since I did not have cash on me. Super great!

Called him on a Sunday to help my daughter change a flat tire on campus at her dorm and he was there and helped her out within 3 hours. Thanks so much for getting her back on the road. Highly recommend!

Go anywhere else but Cowboy Towing. They are rude, are not going to want to answer any questions, and will take your money without providing any service. They actually loaded my car onto their truck, and then forced me to either pay $85 for them to unload it right there, or they would take it to the impound lot. So they actually refused to tow the car anywhere, and bribed me to get it back. I have never in my life encountered a business like this. I suspect the driver was having a particularly bad day as he was acting unstable, but still, the fact that they would do this to anyone suggests you should try every single other towing business first.
