We were traveling west about 18 miles east of Miami when our truck experienced some issues and dropped to low power mode. After we made arrangements for a tow (another story) Vace Chevy was able to diagnose and order a part by close of business that day- mind you we dropped the truck at around 3:30pm- part ordered and it arrived as usual, a day late for me, Vace Chevy was able to have me out of the shop in two days- they were able to provide me a ride to our rv camp spot an when the truck was done they car and got me - we were able to leave the next morning. They added additives to my service without consulting me first. It would be nice to have the option to decline the snake oil additives.

I had them fix something on my car that was under warranty. They had 3 things they were supposed to fix and they only fixed 2. The. They got you with the super expensive diagnostic test without telling you the price before hand. About had a heart attack. I cannot imagine if I wouldn’t have been able to afford it. Pretty sure they should inform that part first. The. They kept my car longer than was previously told. We asked for a loaner car and they were absolutely zero help.

I had the best experience! They moved the car I was wanting to look at to a closer location for me. They didn’t hesitate to explain anything to me and helped me through it all! They were fast about everything!

I recently visited Vance GMC to talk numbers on a vehicle. While we couldn’t quite get the deal to where it needed to be for both sides, I wanted to highlight how great the sales team was. They were professional, easy to talk to, and the negotiation was a pleasure. If you’re in the market, definitely give them a chance to earn your business! And yes it was Armani, wonderful salesman!

Cons: Bad purchase experience, sales staff was confused over what stock is available, had 3 vehicles offered that weren’t available. These were presented to me as options, mind you, not my own choice’s entering the shopping experience. Completed purchase on Tuesday, delivered on Friday from Guthrie. Shouldn’t have taken that long. Car hadn’t been serviced appropriately, oil change due less than a month following purchase. Pros: They helped me get into something following a whole lot of “no” from other dealerships. When I brought a significant down payment and was willing to agree to over 20%. That seems to be everywhere and I am very thankful I didn’t have to settle with a buy here pay here experience.

Went in to buy a vehicle a bit nervous as it was first time purchase. Colton, the salesman who worked with my fiancé and I, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable while maintaining professionalism and a low pressure environment! Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, first time or not!

They’ve done an amazing job every time I’ve gotten my vehicle serviced with them. Prices are always reasonable. The only negative would be, that if you’re getting your vehicle serviced for anything major— tires, transmission flush, etc.— it will take a longtime for them to complete the job.

Salesman was very nice and polite. I purchased 2 trucks both with small issues but in all a good place.

Fantastic service department! I showed up early and they had my service done before the time that my appointment had been scheduled. The waiting room is comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless!

Service was quick and complete. Very happy with the work done as part of the recall on 6.2 liter engine. Took about an hour and passed the test.

Worst experience of my life. My LIFE. First, they sold me a broken car which I didn’t even get to leave the dealership with for months.. because it was in limp mode. Once I did, it broke as soon as I got home and had to be towed back down there for another month.. (I live in Kansas City) They changed the price on me. Sales guy told me a price (had it in text) and when I was doing paperwork, they had another price.. manager was super rude about it and wouldn’t do agreed price that they said it was.. Detail job - car was trashed. I told them I was picky and they said it would be done right they had the best “detail guy” around.. LOL there was still fries under seat and mud caked to the under of car. Had to pay over $500 to get it detailed finally when I got my car back months later.. These people are all a joke and SO unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend going here if it was the last place to go! I mean seriously.. HOW how are they still in business?!

Went in just to see about a truck not expecting to get into anything. We had one of the best salesman ever Armani Davis ! He worked so hard for us didn't matter how late it was he got it done. So if in doubt he's the man to ask !

Jason in the service department was top notch! He's your guy for your vehicle maintenance. I had an oil change done and he worked me right in. They are always quick to get you back on the road.

I took off work early to drive 4 hours to look at their lincoln aviator. I was told there is not a single thing wrong with this car. I get to the dealership and this car has hail damage, rock chips, and obviously someone hit something on the passenger side rear. So there was a lot of things wrong with the car!! Yet, they still want to top price for this car. What a waste of my time and gas. Update!!! The GM called and said he will make this right! Then he never followed up. I guess this is their level of service! SMH

We had a great time buying a vehicle from this dealership. We worked with Jeremy and he was great at communicating and being transparent! They got back to us within 24 hours and we had the vehicle bought the next day. It was clean and detailed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!!

Car purchase was great. Setting up the first service/oil change was another story. I called on a Tuesday and lady was really nice and set up our oil change tire rotation for that Thursday at 4:30pm at Miami Vance GMC. My 16 year old and I arrived at 4:10pm to the amazement of service personnel asking why I was there that late. Their last service time was 3pm. We drove an hour to get it done. Blamed it on the central calling system and not knowing what each locations times were for service. Luckily she was awesome enough to get us in Saturday morning at 8:30am. Spent about an hour or so there and only received $20 off. Would be nice to get a confirmation text/call/email for service appointment. To save face we had the lady send email confirmation for Saturday prior to leaving. They send texts out for reviews but not on appointments? Would have given 2 stars, but since she got us in Saturday giving 3.

I got me a new set of mom wheels on Sunday and I just wanna give a shout out to my amazing sells men who made my car buying experience an absolute breeze. Thank you Colton Lamb and Eric Calleja for doing everything you could to get me out on the road in a car I love. If you guys are looking for a place to get a new ride I highly suggest going here.

We live 3 hours away from Miami, but had found the car we wanted online and started messaging Jeremy, he went above and beyond to answer our questions and deal with our hectic schedule. He made the process incredibly smooth and quick. Could t recommend him enough!!

Had to have my car towed to Vance as I broke down an hour away from home and they were the closest dealership. It was right at the end of a business day, but they were able to get it right in the next day and got me all fixed up. They were very friendly and communicative. Sheryl took very good care of me and the work seems to be holding up just fine. Thank you for saving the day!

Vance Chev is 4 hrs away from our home. We found a truck they had that we loved. Amari was amazing. He worked with us prior to us making the trip to get everything in order and ready to go for the day we were picking up the truck. My wife and I totally enjoyed working with him. He went above and beyond to satisfy. We would definitely recommend Vance Chevrolet and make sure to ask for Amari .
