This company doesn't hold back on making a potential customer feel like home. They are indeed a group of people who honestly want you to have the best experience one can have in buying either a new or used vehicle. Their transparency in all aspects of Vance Auto Sales are above all other auto sales companies. I will recommend to everyone who is looking for a different vehicle, Vance Jeep and especially my personal sales representative, TJ Burden.

I experienced an electrical system failure and needed a diagnosis that typically takes 4 hours of scanning. The dealership had time for me the next day. They could have simply charged me for two new batteries without replacing them (they’re under the two front seats) and I wouldn’t have known any different. They didn’t do that. They charged the batteries and assured themselves, and me, that all was right with the vehicle. An ethical auto shop… a bit refreshing! Now, if they would just resurface their parking lot and driveway…..

Absolutely recommend this dealership. I had an abs sensor issue and they did everything they could to get it fixed. Everybody there was patient and kind and made me feel welcome. 10/10 experience. They give dealerships a good name. Thank you!

I took my truck there for a few recalls and my truck was having a DEF issue. While I was there, I also asked them to do an oil change and fuel service. They called me and told me my truck was ready. I went and picked it up and settled up and went home.The next day I took my truck to town and the check engine light came on. I called my mechanic that lived next-door to come check my truck out to make sure it was safe to drive it back to the dealership. He checked it out and found multiple problems that were not there before they worked on my truck. I now have a transmission leak and a power steering leak. These are things that they did not even work on. Underneath the front end of my truck is completely saturated with power steering fluid. He also told me that they did not change my front fuel filter because the fuel filter had all kinds of dust on the casing and if they would have replaced it that would’ve been clean. Took my truck back and the service advisor come out and looked at the issues. He told me that they never worked on the power steering so I must’ve done that on my way home. He told me he trusted his mechanics and they would not have left things like this. After he told me that I must’ve done it I was upset and I asked him to have his general manager to call me. I explained the rest of my issues and I felt like he just blew me off. He called the next day and told me about half of the list I gave him to fix. I asked him about the other issues that he didn’t mention, and he kind of hohummed around that everything was fixed. He also got lippy me and asked me what would you like me to do put it back on the rack and check again which I stated yes! I get there to pick up my truck and go in and talk with him and the service manager and they both told me twice that it’s 100% good to go. They also explained to me at this time that they broke some things on the power steering pump line when they were doing the recalls and also damaged my transmission lines when fixing my DEF issues. Please note that this is the first time they ever explained to me about them breaking anything on my truck and having to fix them. They told me the power steering fluid that was leaking was residual fluid and that they cleaned all that. They blame that on the mechanic said that they did not do their job correctly. I ask about the fuel filter on the front and they said that they charged two out on the ticket so they must’ve changed it end of story on that. I told him I did not believe that they did it and I told him I was gonna take to my mechanic to have it done correct. They offered to refund my money and I told him it was not about the money it was about doing what was right. So after all the bickering back-and-forth, I went out in their parking lot and I crawled around on the gravel parking lot underneath my truck and found out that my truck was still leaking transmission fluid. I went back in and confronted them both and the service manager did not believe me so he went and crawled underneath my truck and found the leaking transmission part. He stated that he would have to order a new part and he would give it to me so my mechanic could put it on and I told him no why would I want my mechanic to get involved in what you guys have done to my truck. Ice cream how hard it was to fix my truck right the first time and he had no answer. He just said he was sorry once again I asked to talk to the general manager and they said he would have him call me. I spoke with the store manager and he was not surprised of this. In my opinion. He told me that he only trusted one of the mechanics out there and I asked him about the service people and He said that they are not his employees. The service manager called me the next day said that they fixed the problem and he would bring me my truck and again 100% the problem was fixed crawled under my truck when they brought it back and did not notice anything at this time. Ask again to have the general manager called me

The service guy was great, he helped me all along the way. He even took me back to look at the truck and explain what they did and is needed to be done soon. Very professional. Thank you. Wish I remembered his name.

My contact information is public but I don't mind sharing my feedback. I'm usually pretty hip to what to ask and all that good stuff when purchasing but we totally screwed up this time. We had a vehicle that was breaking down non stop and we inquire on a 4000. Vehicle and get called back about a different one that was around 29,000. Under 100,000 miles with warranty. We told the guy could not get approved he assured he could get us approved so we did the paperwork thru text and email first he said we need down payment co signer and the truck was ours now thru but the entire thing we stated we needed payments around 500 a month he agreed he understood we get there with trade in co signer and down payment we are told oh that truck isn't available but I have this one which is just a Lil bit higher but what they meant was it was 34,000 plus higher I told them we wanted a full tank of gas I have never in my life purchased a vehicle that didn't have a full tank I know you don't keep a full tank due to theft reasons but I am purchasing. We agree to the truck it's 2021 Chevy rst z71 who wouldn't when they have a 1984 f150 that don't want to stay running. So in the back signing paperwork I over hear the guy who sold it bragging about how much he makes the guy we are signing paperwork with stated something a past employee doing this and that's what I assumed he was talking about. In the middle of signing paperwork he stops and says oh you are signing the wrong papers so we ended up signing all those papers again and we repeatedly heard how much we were paying for the truck and us being excited we didn't even realize we never once heard how much the finance charge would be on it. So we login to check payments and such the payment is over 300 more then we said we felt comfortable at. And the finance charge is over 30,000. That's us pretty much paying for 2 vehicles so I started checking things out and apparently it should have been a red flag when paperwork was switched bcuz it's a thing at dealerships I honestly thought he just made a mistake and now I'm not so sure he didn't go over those papers it was sign here it's the same as page whatever he never showed us a pointed at what was on those papers and the same company that we are financed thru sent us several denial letters after we had the vehicle in our possession and our credit continues being checked weeks after. Which too many inquires counts against your credit. I don't think for a second your staff was up front and honest nor is the paperwork done correctly you have the buyer as a co signer and the co signer as the buyer so when you sent the title we don't know where it ended up we never received it had to run in circles trying to tag it because we had nothing. Now we don't receive any of the paperwork on it bcuz the co-signer doesn't live locally. It has been a disaster ever since we have had this vehicle and you said make the payments the finance company will refinance you in 6 months no no they will not they shut that down bcuz they don't Refinance anyone you have to get a loan somewhere else. So that was another lie we got told. So that's why you got a one star which in my opinion you didn't deserve that they told us oh hey we filled your tank but they didn't it wasn't even a half of tank. So thru out the entire situation your company lied to no extent while we were being honest. How fair is that. Your company took advantage of the situation and that switching paperwork in the middle of signing is a huge no no. I'm not sure how to go about it but you can bet I'm still looking into what I as the consumer can do I feel the issue should be reported to state and let them investigate it because we have since heard of this happening to several others and all of them were your customers not a different dealership but specifically this one. How would you handle it if this was your situation?? I can't trust your company due to previous lies so what should be the next action I take.

My 78 year old mother in law went to purchase a vehicle here. She gave them a 500 cash down payment and picked up the car, 2 days later they wanted her bank statement. She then picked up her temp tag, a day after they called wanting another 850 down payment. They asked her if she would be willing not to tell the bank of her first 500 down payment, she told them absolutely not. She is not liar. They seem to be very shady. I recommend not to buy a car here!!

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover our experience here. I came in with three specific vehicles from their website that I was excited to see — not a single one was actually on the lot. All were apparently “in various shops.” Since we had already made the drive, we decided to get a trade-in appraisal on our 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn Edition. This was the fourth place we’d gotten a valuation from, and the offer we received here was offensively low—just $6,000. That’s nearly half of what other dealerships in Tulsa and Joplin were offering us ($10,500–$11,000). The real kicker? I’ve been servicing this truck there and had been receiving texts from them asking if I’d consider trading it in for “top dollar.” Apparently “top dollar” means thousands less than their competitors. When we mentioned the better offers we’d received, we were told they couldn’t go a dollar over $8,000. In the end, we happily bought a vehicle in Joplin without the drama or bait-and-switch. I won’t be returning—and I definitely won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone looking for honesty or transparency.

I have NEVER been talked to or experienced the kind of way that I was talked to by the woman in this service department from a business ever in my life. Called to ask if a part still had a warranty and the reply I got from her was one of the RUDEST responses I have ever gotten from a business. Also was charged $180 for a diagnostic check. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. One thing I can guarantee is that this location will not get another dime from me. I wouldn't buy a spark plug from this location. The customer service in the service department is NON EXISTENT. Will not be back and will make sure to spread the word about this location 💯

I've not had a bad experience with the work done on my Jeep, but customer service management is toxic. My husband is so annoyed at the poor service he said that we will never buy from this specific location again. We have bought several personal vehicles and business vehicles from this location and have had good relationships until this new management took over.

I WOULD NOT ADVISE THIS DEALER FOR MECHANIC WORK. I WOULD GIVE THIS A ZERO IF I COULD. I had my car worked on here and their employees stole items out of my trunk (specifically subwoofers and an amp, over $400 worth of items). Nothing was handled by their company nor did they even care to try and figure it out. I also took my car here before, and everything was really costly with vehicle breaking down within the next several days. TERRIBLE. I promise there are better dealers out there that will handle your vehicle with care. (edit: the reply mentions management discussed it with me when they have not. they just made excuses on why my items were stolen, inconsiderate overall.)

Great buying experience! I had been looking for a truck for almost a year, and in this crazy market I was very suspicious and skeptical of dealerships. However, Mike and the crew at Vance-Miami were absolutely awesome, professional, and non-pushy. I got a great deal and great truck. It was worth the 1.5hr drive from Tulsa. Old school customer service. I Definitely will buy from again!
