Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Except I nor the workers knew my vehicle, a 2012 Chevy Malibu, doesn't use power steering fluid and even had the guy recommend which one was the best to use 😂 I can't be upset cuz I mean it's my car and even I didn't even know. But the guys in there are generally really helpful and of course, always friendly.
Great customer service, usually got what I need in stock if not they have it their in the afternoon or latest the next day. Prices are ok, I mean you can find parts cheaper on the web but then you have to wait a few days and most times you need it right then, unfortunately no price match for prices on the web, but will price match with other auto parts stores in town, also will give Veterans discount.
The plus size worker watched me stand at the door for thirty minutes before opening while he was doing absolutely nothing. Obviously being good people isn’t high on their list.

Ordered parts as soon as the store opened this morning they said they would be there by 2:30 so I tore my car apart and got it pulled for the warranty because the lower ball joint they sold me failed while driving I go to pick up my parts and they sold them to someone else if I make an order for a part I should be the person to receive said part especially when I came at the time they stated
When all else fails this is a place to go for your parts. Or maybe you just have a part that’s hard to fine… These guys are very helpful and very professional. But they can also be down to earth we need them to be. These are the go to guy’s When your car is making a certain noisy not sure about so you can repeat it and tell them about where it’s at and they can figure it out almost instantly. If you’re running an import car it’s easier to find parts here. Trust and believe. Also they have a good selection of aftermarket parts and services. If you need your rotors resurfaced/turned these guys are able to do it at a very more than reasonable fee.
I have always had good service here but they have 2 guys here that dont know what they are doing. will not so business when these 2 guys are working. Dont waste your time here go some where else
Order a value cover gasket that was 30 something and told my wife it didn't come. So she had to order another one and the prices didn't match when she got home. The actually gasket was there and over looked. When I went up there they did me right. I was only out two trips up there.. Other than that great service!

Most helpful employees I've ever experienced in an O'Reilly's & I've been to many all over the United States. Always have a solution to the problem or task at hand & the fact that they can have just about anything there in 24 hours is a huge help. Thanks for everything you do!
Tonight, we blew our heater valve in the 6.0 on our way home from the lake. Limped it into O'Reilly's, not expecting them to have what we need. But Jacob was so helpful!! They had the part and everything else we needed. The guys were just doing their job, but they made a horrible situation not so horrible just because they were kind!! thank you!!!
Easy and convenient store to get to, especially if your getting your car worked on at Vance Ford or another local garage. We use O'Riley for most all our parts.
These guys are wonderful! My elderly mother needed a new battery, went there and they installed it for her. Thank you for taking care of little old ladies!!!!!!!!!!
