If you order from this place, be prepared to pay upfront and wait two months to find out the part isn’t gonna be shipped anyway because they misjudged the freight prices get wounded around and wool around hoping for a refund soon
For this to be a used parts service location they don't have many options to choose from! No starters, alternators, which is like 2 main and most popular used parts, they also told me they don't have windshields! Businesses please do better! The name is misleading!
Drove 30 minutes needing a radiator, and Charlie at the front desk was absolutely amazing, he was super friendly and had a big smile the entire time. The service was fast and great.
Their okay, Lil pricey I paid about 90 for a car window I could have gotten at a pull your part for 35 if they had my vehicle available to pull from. And I called ahead to inquire about shipping which would have cost 125 plus part cost so i told them id come pick it up that day and drove from out of town and the part wasn't ready when I got there. But nice place and ok people there. 2 1/2 *
Friendly customer service and decent prices. Purchased a 1.4 LUV w/turbo that was priced as such. Engine seems sound but the turbo exhaust housing is cracked across the waste gate port. This should have been reported with their inspection as it's clearly visible and noted with the sale as it devalues the part. I don't know that it was purposefully underhanded but I was unsuccessful in getting any of the purchase price refunded. Learn from my mistake and check your purchase thoroughly.

Sadly one star is to much. This place sells bad parts & then doesn’t honor the warranty. The warranty is only covered from the start of the first bad part. So once the first one is replaced your warranty does not start over. Needless to say once they sell you another bad part & the warranty expires from your first purchase date you are SOL & they won’t do anything for you. Extremely bad business. Save yourself the time & money, go to a place that actually honors their warranty. This place is definitely not it.
I CALLED ASKING FOR A 2014 CHEVY CRUZE ENGINE AND STEVEN WAS VERY HELPFUL. I ALSO ASK IF THEY CHARGE TO DELIVER IT TO THE MECHANIC SHOP, AND THEY DID IT FOR FREE. 60k miles for $2600.00 Thank you A TO Z.
Terrible place that doesn’t even deserve one star. They don’t know what is on their website. They sent the wrong part and so I sent it back for a refund, and both the owner and sales associates ignored my calls and emails. So I never got my refund. They don’t honor their warranty and have rude workers who ignore you, hang up on you, and have no idea what’s going on. Save yourself a headache and do not do business with them.
Wonderful experience. During my phone call to find out if they had the part I needed, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Then upon arrival, they worked to get my part quickly out to me. Would highly recommend.
One star is too good for this company. I own an auto repair shop and ordered a transmission for a customer from them, when I purchased the transmission I also purchased the warranty that covers parts and labor. The first transmission went bad after a few weeks, so they sent out another transmission, this transmission was bad from the moment we installed it. I contacted the company again and they sent out an adjuster to inspect the transmission. The adjuster determined the transmission was faulty so I contacted A-Z and they informed me they could not find another one and I was on my own. It took me around a month and numerous contact to receive reimbursement for the transmission that I paid for. It then took 2 months to receive a check for the labor that they were supposed to pay, however, when we did receive a check it was less than half what it was supposed to be. I have tried multiple times to contact the owner and left numerous messages. In short my feeling is, this company does not care about their customers they only care about making sure they make money. I lost over $1000 because of A-Z. Thank you A-Z for your amazing customer service.
Bought my engine from here, after having my mechanic install it we heard a knock, it was a bad engine they sent me, took them awhile to refund my money back, after they sent an inspector to check if the engine was bad, it was a bad engine the inspector said, even after the A-Z parts told me if was run tested and was good. Took awhile but got my refund but now they wont answer when i try and to call them, bad customer service
