Great dude. got us back on the road within 30 mins of calling at 11 at night. Price was extremely reasonable. Even made sure we made it to the fueling station.
Outstanding service!! Glover came out to Lincoln County last night to rescue us on a pretty bad dirt road. He had one heck of a bad ass Ford tow truck that I truly think could pull a submarine out of the ocean. Super nice guy and excellent customer service along w a very fair price. I highly recommend this towing company for any tow need you have.
Worst experience ever! I had an old rear wheel drive car towed 1.5 miles off of highway 50 and they tried to charge me $500! When I called to dispute the charge I was told it was a mistake and they charged me the off hours rate. The dispatcher adjusted the rate to $380 which came out to over $400! I had this same tow about a year ago and was charged $150 and I thought that that was a lot for less than 2 miles. When I told him I would dispute the charge he said he would impound my car! Avoid this company like the plague!
Glover was absolutely great, fast response and made sure we were taken care of before he left us, gave us a ride the rental car and everything, great guy and service
I got my vehicle stuck in mud on the side if a dirt road. He came to my location, when others said they couldn't, and pulled me out of the mud. He got to me quicker than I expected, and the price was reasonable.
We blew out a brake line on the interstate. Glover spotted the problem and was able to tow the van to his shop. He and his crew had it fixed by Noon on Monday both the towing bill and the repair were much less than expected.
I highly recommend G&R over the other recovery services in the Chandler area.
