The owner is an amazing guy! He got my truck picked up off the highway and let me use his shop and tools to fix my truck so I could get back to the hospital to be with my wife!
These guys are amazing. Ran right out to my driver (semi with trailer) got him safely off the highway and bet their own quote. I cant thank these guys enough and I can't recommend them enough. If you're on I44 in OK between OK city and Tulsa and need a tow, call these guys up.
I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, nor am I in the habit of leaving reviews of anything less than perfect service. I called and asked for a quote, I got it in a minute maybe 2. I asked about insurance options and as a small business owner I know insurance sucks to deal with. I was so so happy to pay out of pocket because not only did they take me to it. They gave me a ride back so I knew everything was perfect. From hook up to drop off the service was incredible!!!
Most outstanding costumer service I have ever experienced! Everyone from the wrecker who picked me up on the side of the road to the people in the office were exceptionally patient with me after being wrecked on the turnpike. (Janine, in the front office, went out and replanted my ivy plant that had been destroyed in the wreck!) Highly recommend if you need a tow around Chandler!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this wrecker service. They charged exorbitant fees with no clear justification, including a shocking $15,000 for towing our trailer a mere 8 miles. Additionally, they refused to allow us to dispose of the load without any explanation, and then demanded an extra $100 just to come pick it up. The level of overcharging and lack of transparency is appalling. I strongly advise against using this company’s services.
Straight up robbers! These guys hit us with charges left and right for no reason. They moved our trailer like 8 miles and had the nerve to slap us with a $15K bill—seriously?! On top of that, they wouldn't even let us get rid of the load, and then tried to charge us another $100 just to come pick it up. Scammers, plain and simple. Don't mess with this wrecker service unless you wanna get ripped off!
Not a bad company although the price to get a car out of impound was $240 for 2 days and you can only pay with cash although they will take a card for all there other services.. I guess they only take cash so that there's less of a trail of them ripping you off .. also there was mud smeared around in my car and my car had been gone through...
When asked to tow to a shop , they said they have a shop.
Long story short, the ruined my engine by running it hot with back pressure and they had the truck about a year, they took the CC off, and let it sit. This business is under new ownership from what I've been told. I just wish I'd gotten told what I did sooner. It would have saved my truck.

But that's not how it was at all. They were polite and respectful. Absolutely no problems.
Good place no problems with anything. The whole process was fast and easy. Just a little info for everyone they don't take refrigerators or any fencing other than that no problems. We will be returning with more junk.
You have to make clear the prices for each load classification, what they classify your load as, and be sure you do the math yourself when you find out how much you weigh! It also wouldn't hurt to weigh your load before you get there if possible, just in case. I went there twice they told me they would pay gor short iRon. Once I unloaded they tried to pay me $130 less then the agreed price. They got really upset and a little rude, that I pointed it out!
One of the most disrespectful, hateful experiences I have ever encountered. He charged me an exorbitant amount of money for my tow, kept bringing up the reason he had to get my truck, would not honor my sales tax exemption that I am entitled to, by the oklahoma tax commission, and tried to call the police when I asked for a breakdown of my charges. He charged me to open than made me wait over 2 hours to get there. I had to remind him that I was a 41 year old man and I didn't appreciate him talking to me like I was a child, which at that time he tried to kick me out and keep my truck. -10 stars is what I really want to give this establishment.
My father bike was brought there after a guy pulled out in front of him and cause a pretty serious accident. The bike was broke in half and they were nice enough to bring the skid loader to load it for us. Thank you guys for all the help
Seems like the new owners are of to a good start. I got a good price on some used tires the other day. I was told that eventually all aspects of the operation will be up and running shortly.
Worst experience ever! My husbands 18 wheeler caught on fire. The dry van the trailer he was hauling had a load of water in it that was sealed at the time of the fire. The wrecker company took the truck/trailer to their yard and broke the seal on the trailer contaminated the load of water. They held our trailer which with held my husband from going back to work for almost one month. The communication with this business is horrible! The owner is hard to talk with due to his temper and not being able to handle issues like an adult.
