We were driving from Illinois to California and our check engine light came on in our motorhome and we had a loss of engine power and we located the OReilly's in Chandler OK. We were able to get it there before it closed on a Saturday. The store manager, Ryan, was so very helpful and was able to pinpoint the issue. We were able to purchase the part needed get it installed and we were on our way. Ryan and the staff at this location is just outstanding. We were so thankful to him for his knowledge, patience, and kindness! Thanks Ryan!!
AMAZING STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Donna was so friendly and professional, diagnosed our bad battery so quickly and set us up with the replacement. Also told us about the available exhaust repair kits! Then, Cheyenne helped us with some tools to switch out the battery. Attitudes of all the staff there were amazing. Just a great experience when in the middle of a car problem!
Me and my mom broke down on the highway outside of Chandler. Called these guys and asked if they had the part I needed they did but the tow truck couldn’t get us there till after they closed and they allowed us to stay in our trailer in the parking lot awesome staff. I believe it was one of the managers even came out with a bowl and a bottle of water for our dogs. If you need parts on the turnpike between OKC and Tulsa stop at this O’Reilly’s Part store.
I was stranded with a dead battery. Purchased a battery from oriellys. When I got the battery installed, it was dead. Upon further inspection the battery they sold me was 5 years old. Oriellys made it right and replaced it with a new one. I have Purchased several batteries from oriellys and they always ask for the box from the new battery to store the core in. I suspect, I was sold an old core that was inadvertently placed back upon the shelf.
Our car broke down coming into Chandler & we ended up here to figure out what was wrong. The employees were very friendly & super helpful with everything, including tools. We spent a few hours here & thankfully got the issue fixed.
I was in town and had a unique problem with my Toyota. I needed a Hood Lift Strut which I could not locate through any source. I brought the part into the store and the gentleman ordered it. I picked up and voila! It fit and worked perfectly!
I am VERY happy that the staff at the Chandler O'Reilly's takes the time to help me locate the part I needed and, although it had to be ordered, the part was on hand in a timely fashion.

Wether you're working on a project car or need new windshield wipers the employees here are absolutely on point. Seriously ask them anything, bring your car, ask for some advice for your build...somebody here has the knowledge to help.
What happened? This place used to have great prices. Still good people & service but the price for a cheap-made-CHINESE radiator is "Rediculous"! But $270.?? I found the same one for "$80.00" Brand-New!

They really do make it simpler... ordered parts online and then received reminders on other items that I may want to order... which I did. Later returning cores was simple.
Very upset. My wife went in earlier today and I’m not sure who the employees were but they were very rude and disrespectful. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. She is 30 weeks pregnant and was carrying in parts and asked for help with some truck batteries to be carried inside and was ignored multiple times and had to bring them in herself STRUGGLING while the only assistance or help she got was from another customer. Not acceptable.
Fast and dependable service from employee Rick. Store looks stocked to the gills with merchandise - nice to see large fully stocked O'Reilly store in rural area of Oklahoma.
I love this store. I like the little gadgets they have, but most of all the service has always been good. I have never felt out of place or uncomfortable there like I have a lot of auto parts stores.
While traveling from OK City back to Arkansas, my wheel bearing went out on my 2001 Dodge 3500. I was able to make it to Orielys in Chandler OK in bad shape. The staff there was not only courteous, but went above standard expectations to assist me in getting my truck back on the road. A staff member retrieved jack stands from his on truck for me to use, brought out a large floor jack from the store, and reassured me to simple ask if there was any way he could help. I was very moved by their kindness, understanding, and support. Truly a bright light for the Orielys cooperation.
Rick is by far the best worker up there. If you need a part he is the one I would recommend you go to. God bless you rick and thank you for helping me out today the world needs more people like you.
They were open and nearby on our trip through this area. Needed some supplies while traveling and was happy to see that this location was open on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. Not sure how they are all the time but the folks were pleasant and helpful and we were able to get what we needed when we needed it. ?
Very good service and very helpful! I came in at around the last hour of their shift and they never once acted as if it were an issue. And they changed my battery out for me! Thank you!
Used to be an excellent place, but called them tonight to see if they'd wait because we needed a brake caliper, found it was bad as we were trying to change brake pads. They said they would wait then locked up before we got there and they said it took us too long to get there from Davenport. I'll never spend another dime at that place. Very poor attitude.
Michael, Cody and Ricky; and pretty much all the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. They've saved me time and money on several occasions. Sorry, nobody gets 5 ? rating. Ever. Except Jesus Christ.
I went into the O'Reilly auto part store in Edmond for wiper blades, only to find out they didn't have the correct size. They offered to order them, but I was just passing through and decided to shop closer to home.
After getting off the Turnpike at Chandler, we stopped at the O'Reilly store to see if they had them. The man who helped me was so nice, and knowledgeable about what I needed, plus showed me the difference in price verses quality. He had just the right sizes... my Nisson has three different size wipers!
After I purchased them, he put my new wipers on, and took the old ones to the trash.
I have decided that the Chandler store is where I will do all of my auto part shopping from now on. This one man showed me what real home town shopping is all about!
I was driving out of town from Northeast Oklahoma/Northwest Arkansas today (July 4th), and my battery indicator light came on, so based on good counsel, I decided to drive to the nearest O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. My friend and I wanted to visit an elderly couple we know. There were no shops open where I could tow my car to replace my broken alternator belt, and unfortunately, I didn't know how to do it myself. The saff at O'Reilly Auto Parts were very helpful, and I am also thankful for a customer who noticed our need an volunteered to help put the alternator belt in for us. If this O'Reilly Auto Parts was in my town, I would definitely be going there!
