Absolutely the best ever and the sweetest people. I would not go anywhere else. I am blessed with them

Kinda a scuzzy and shady looking operation. Definitely their money is definitely in the owner's pockets with some spilled into the trucks, not in their building or providing a professional appearance. Also the whole operation comes crashing down if ONE person is unavailable... c'mon. Delegate some responsibility, have some sort of hierarchy. Amateur hour operation.

I had an appointment on December 12 to get a breathing machine installed in my vehicle at 8 AM I was there the cell service technician pulled it in the shop and installed it and mess the car up and swore up and down he did not do anything. He would blaming the car where I bought it from and he had another technician look at it and he said it was hooked up right well it might’ve been hooked up right but he grounded out a wire and it blew the fuse to my UCM, which is the computer and I had to pay another shop to figure out what was wrong with it that cost me $625 To get it out of shop and they are refusing to take a responsibility so my advise I would not do business with this company at all

My mom had hit a deer traveling near Enid for thanksgiving last week. She doesn’t live in the area, so her options were limited. She called the HiPo for assistance, as she hasn’t really had a situation like this happen. Luckily, the highway patrol mentioned he would have it towed to Enid and it would be kept there til we get it back for repair. Everything was fantastic. Glad someone could help her out. Fast Forward to today, we were planning on having it towed a few hours away to have it repaired. All of a sudden after about a week of having it there (due to the holiday) it’s $700 dollars and it has to be cash in hand today before the car can leave. No previous notice of cost, no running total, just there in cash today and they would charge even more for the weekend. Upon further review this was not where highway patrol originally said it would be towed, and is nowhere near the estimated $30 dollar per night fee for it being there. Reasonably, $500 dollars on the high-end for the tow and “parking spot” is imaginable. At the end of the day they did tow it and keep it so, whatever an additional $200 is not the end of the world. BUT CASH IN HAND TODAY?!?! After 6 hours of life wasted, and a rather steep bill. It’s unreal this is what it turned in to. Maybe some communication would be great, maybe highway patrol gets a kickback, maybe we should’ve just left the car on the road… but CAN YOU NOT TAKE CARD OR ANYTHING over the phone?!? Even Venmo or cash app?!? Charge the 3% extra, but don’t hold the car hostage for someone hours away. Thanks guys for the towing and the parking spot. I just feel bad for the next person from out of town or out of state that listens to Highway Patrol and ends up in an even worse situation with these people…
