Since Nov 2023, Franklin has provided 2 out of 3 tows I've needed. Have had a run of bad luck. Franklin Towing just left my house earlier this evening actually. They are fast, friendly and professional. They also support Autism. Don't hesitate to call 'em up if you find yourself stranded.
10/10 recommend!! UPDATE: Last I knew, Franklin had 1 wrecker driver, GARY. LOVE Gary and his woman. Keep up the good work Franklin but get Gary some help. He's tired. Lol.
I hired franklin Towing to tow a truck to texhoma ok. The driver made the mistake of not removing the blocks and just drove out from under the truck resulting in over 5 thousand dollars in damage in which the driver apologized for yet franklin Towing will not pay for. You say one thing thing they dont like and that's reason for not taking care of it. Steer way clear of these folks. They are unprofessional ! Very!
Just saw a Franklin Towing flatbed hauling a sedan dangerously sideways, without proper securement. Tried calling the company, but they weren't helpful with a resolution. This aligns with the company's local reputation. They seriously need to retrain their drivers for safety. It was a hazard to be behind them in traffic – we had to keep our distance, fearing the winch might fail.
Someone could get killed!
I had to call AAA today and they sent Franklin Towing out to me, VERY promptly i might add. Brian was the driver and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I asked and expected! He was kind, courteous, and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Franklin Towing and I hope you get Brian as your driver!
My car was towed by these people and EPD had done an inventory list of what was inside my car. Needless to say after this company Franklyn’s picked my car up with police present and took my car back to their lot this person gladly helped their selves to my belongings that was on that car.. I don’t like people who steals and someone from this company sure did!! And I sure WILL GET WHATS ENTITLED to me…
This guy came to repo a car and didn’t even ask for the keys and just dragged the car and now it has front end issues and transmission is leaking! He was rude and never once asked for the keys! He also almost injured a person!
I’ve had 2 experiences with Franklin Towing. 1st one was when I ran over a bolt on 412 and Cleveland resulting in a flat tire. Hunter came to my rescue! Changed my tire and got me on my way home. As we departed ways he made sure there wasn’t anything else he could do to help, if so l just had to ask!!!
2nd was today I was hit by driver going to work, driver didn’t stop and ran a red light. Hitting me so hard that it spun car in the opposite direction that I was traveling. Before I was transported to the hospital, Officers on site asked me who I wanted to tow my vehicle? I said Franklin Towing!
Lacey and the staff their impound yard were all so kind and willing to help , I wanted them to know how much I appreciated their service ,it was outstanding and you couldn’t ask for better service when you need help. Hopefully this makes sense and thank you so much again. ?
We just used Franklin Towing to tug our semi out of our lot, and they were awsome…a real big shout out to Gary, the tow truck driver that helped us, great guy and did a great job…much appreciated Gary and Franklin Towing

Mr. Krichard came out to tow my vehicle this morning, 4/4/25. In describing what my car was doing and what all I have already done to it The place where I was having it towed wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. Mr. Krichard, came back by and suggested a few things that could be the issue. He checked a few things out and repaired some melted wires and the car started right up! Mr Krichard went above and beyond the job of a tow driver! I am very pleased!
We were yesterday in a critical situation with our vehicle that was towed y the Compa y and Lacee helped us. She went out of her way to inform , assist, even help us jumping the car. She was professional and the best of best!

Needed to get my car to the shop the Sunday or Monday before the winter storm came in this past week in OKC. Could not get it started, it wasn’t a battery problem & needed to get it towed. Hunter, with Franklin Towing came on a Sunday evening to do the job. He was running a little late because of another job & he called & let me know, which I appreciated. He was so friendly & very helpful when we couldn’t get the car to go into neutral. He was also very conscientious about getting the key into my auto shop’s key drop. He called me to make sure the key was where it was supposed to be. Great service, great guy! I recommend them if you ever need a tow!
The name of my Driver escapes me at the moment but today is 2/18/25, its the week of the ice and snow and frigid tenps of minus belows. He picked me and my car up and towed me 17 miles away to my home and while here he went above and beyond with not only positioning my vehicle in my icy driveway but took it upon himself to put some type of salt agent under my wheels to help sustain traction to aid in helping the vehicle to not slide. We talked the whole 17 miles about an abundance of things and even laughed a few times. He's a very pleasant young man and his future is very bright in this field. If I could give him 10 stars ? I would, that's how impressed I was with him. Again my apologies for not remembering his name, it's been a crazy long day with this ice on the road and my car being disabled in the process. But I'm sure with my name being displayed here and remembering this crazy icy day, you guys will be able to figure that out. I thought his name was on the card he gave me but it's just the name of the tow service
Showed up for a door unlock, now my driver side door won’t open.
I do not care how rare a case this is, before their man showed up all of my doors opened and were open before locking the keys in.
When he showed up I asked if he needed to see my ID he said “no, doesn’t really matter to me. They tell me where to go and I unlock, it’s not on me it’s on them for sending me here.” then took forever to unlock the doors and when he finally did only 3 of the 4 doors work.
Now I officially own the first car I’ve vet had to enter from the passenger side door.
Howard was a pleasure to work with. Quick to my location, efficient with getting the car loaded, and he ensured the car was well secured for the tow. Would use Franklin towing again, but hope to not need them.?

I had a blow out on the highway. I was 100 miles from home and needed to get to Oklahoma City. Lincoln Towing got there took care of my car while i waited for my ride. He made sure I was alright and had transportation before he left. Above and beyond!
Called for a tractor pullout. They quoted the minimum but the driver showed up in a large 50 ton. It wasn't relayed correctly about the size. The driver still attempted to try even tho I thought it wouldn't fit in the needed area. Unfortunately he couldn't get back there to pull it out and had to turn around and leave.
Another recovery driver brought out a smaller unit. He was able to make it to the tractor, hook up, and get it out.
The driver called when completed and they reduced the payment. I have a tractor and they made money!!
This company did the right thing on a misunderstanding and corrected it!

Do not recommend!!! They came by to tow two vehicles in my neighbors driveway. In the process they drove into my yard left deep ruts, ran over my sprinkler system and busted it. Driver never came to door to notify about the damages. Tried multiple times to contact the owner to resolve the damages they have done. No response from the owner, no returned phone calls. They do not care for other homeowners property. Left with over $250 worth of damages that should have never happened. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!
The guy went above and beyond getting my car towed from my trailer to my buddy's house in a timely manner! I really wanted to tip him but I didn't have the money on me! Jeff Collins said not to worry about the tip. Really great guy!
Jeff was great to work with. He arrived 20 minutes after i called, which was 45 minutes before the end of the time window they offered. He was kind and took care of the problem. Highly recommend.
Jeff was awesome! He was kind and efficient and even walked me through what to do. My tire blew out and he made this process seamless. Even drove me to the dealership to get it fixed! 10/10 recommend!!!
Jeff helped me today, really laid back guy, knows his stuff. Got to me really quickly and got me home safely in no time. Much better experiences than I've had in the past with other places.

Jeff called within 5 mins of contacting AAA for roadside assistance. He gave me an accurate ETA. Upon arrival, he got my car loaded quickly and was a pleasure to visit with on the way to the shop. He seemed concerned for my well being and did a great job. I would recommend Franklin Towing based on the experience.
Travis Taylor was a very helpful person, coming with great customer service to being polite. He got my grandmas truck to the destination safely and we are very thankful for the help and kindness he provides us while towing our vehicle.
