I can't say thank you enough to Stanley's for sending casey to rescue last night out of a mudd hole in the middle of nowhere, he was caring and helpful. It was quite a night .
Driving through Oklahoma truck died on highway on island between 2 lanes. Got swindled by ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE APP FOR 199. Second tow truck guy said to call Stanley. Talked to him he was there in about 20 minutes. He towed my truck and rv together and brought me to a mechanic shop that had an rv site in walking distance (like downstairs). The service was great and he went above and beyond helping my situation and I’m now safe off the road and waiting on news as why my truck stopped running. This is who u should call for your towing needs. Btw I’m from Texas and I am very happy that good people are everywhere.
Stanley's Wrecker service arrived quickly and hauled my car to the shop for me. The ladies at the office were very kind and took a couple requests for the drivers and in turn the driver did an amazing job. Thanks Stanleys!

JENNIFER is the rudest, most unhelpful and money hungry woman I’ve ever seen. The way this lady speaks is no lady-like.
Let me get into the details:
My car was towed and stored at their site, I called them before I got there, and one of the guys told me that they have an after hour charge(80$) if you went to receive your vehicle after 5:30, which is why he recommended me to come the next day, because the overnight charge was less than that(around 30$). But when I got there today at 5:03, I was met with the most unpleasant person ever.
Jennifer intentionally delayed the release of my vehicle. And tried to charge me the extra 80$ fee, when i was already there in time. i tried to reason with her but she was so freakin rude, talked down to me with dissent even when all i did was be polite with her. I asked her what if i come next day to get my vehicle, as i was aware the overnight charge was much less than the late hour fee. You know what she said? She said,in the most vicious way possible, and i quote” oh, you wanna come pick up your vehicle tomorrow? In that case, i’ll just add an hour of labor to it,on top of that another overnight fee, so you’ll still have to pay the same regardless.” My bill was supposed to be around 250$ she made me pay 331$. For what??
What’s wrong with this lady??!! How’s she running a business like that? Is this not an extortion??? Guys help me!!!
P.S. She refused to give me her name when i asked, so i could leave a review, she said to me “Good luck” with a smirk.

Called looking for a wheel for my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. They did not have one but Rodney took the time to locate one for me in Beggs Oklahoma. I was able to purchase the wheel over the phone. Having it shipped to Stanley's saved me $50 in shipping charges! Thank you Rodney!
Called after hours. They were able to pull a bottomed out 9k forklift in less than 20 min. Communication between the dispatcher could've, been better, a bit rude. Like I don't get stuck often.
For 2 years now Stanley's had provided an old car for us to "bash" for an event we do with students at our church. It's been awesome! They're great to work with. This year specifically, Jonathan was a HUGE help. He came to pick up the car, and we had a bigger mess than I anticipated. He was gracious enough to help me pick up and sweep some of the scattered debris even though he didn't have to. I'm super grateful! Thanks for going above and beyond, Jonathan! I hope your boss sees this :)
They actually get 0 stars from me. Car was impounded on Friday, at which time I was quoted the fee to get my vehicle out was over $340.00 and they didn't even have my vehicle for 10 minutes before I was told the amount; and as I have disclosed below , they charged me rates that aren't what they claim on their outside bulletin board right outside the entrance. Worst Customer Service EVER! They charged me more than the posted prices on the outside bullitin board, the lady claims it's their " OLD " rates. So, why are you falsely advertising your rates?? The lady was rude, and for Fellow Veterans, be WARNED; they do NOT offer a Veterans discount. P.S. I would post a picture of the " Old "rates they have posted, but I don't know how to get it from phone, to pc. If my daughter comes by I will ask her to post the picture, so you can see how much your'e being ripped off. P.P.S. Cost me a total of $452.00 to get it out this morning.
Usually friendly staff, they helped load a vehicle for one if my passengers, even used a forklift to help. And sold him a new battery. We, as a company, have used Stanley's for over 4 years now and never had any issues.
A driver almost ran me off the road tonight driving one of these trucks. I guess going 55 in a construction zone was too slow for him. Guess he thought he was an emergency vehicle and in a hurry. After tailgating me for a bit, he gets over in the right hand lane. That lane turns into an exit only lane. Guess he can't read as he showed up next to my passenger window, IN THE SHOULDER, trying to pass me again. License plate number was W28 286. Spoke to a lady at the shop tonight and reported it. Hope to God he doesn't come for your vehicle. A driver like this is dangerous and does not need to be driving for a living. I've not used this particular service however if I'm ever told this company is coming to help, I will never let them touch my car. If their drivers can't follow the rules of the road and be safe, they don't need to be driving. Beware of whoever was driving this truck. He is supposed to get talked to in the morning. I hope they stand by what I was told tonight but I don't have high hopes. A wrecker truck would have demolished my Avalon.
Stanley’s has been amazing and professional for all the years I have used them. Prompt service from knowledgeable people. Office staff are also great. Will always recommend Stanley’s over any other towing service in this area.
Thank you to Mr Stanley and Mr Todd for pulling me out of a ditch when so many other wrecker services failed to or flat out told me they would help and never showed up. Not only did they do such a quick job, they made me feel safe and drove my car to a safer location so I wouldn’t get stuck in the mud again. I appreciate y’all so much- and my patients appreciate y’all. Because of you I was able to see them ?
Great service from Stanley's today. They arrived 2 hours earlier than AAA originally projected, the driver loaded my car quickly, and the driver drove professionally and safely on the ride back. I have no complaints.
After eight days of hard work, my co-worker and I were driving home from Lubbock to Wichita when the transfer case in our work truck shelled-out around Perry, OK very late on a Saturday night. We’d already driven 6 hrs, we were exhausted and at the mercy of anyone who would be willing to wake up and help us out. Stanley’s came out promptly and Brian was a saint. He was positive as soon as he rolled up, conversational, quick, safe and professional at close to midnight. He hooked up to our truck and drove us all the way back to Wichita to dump our vehicle at the shop. Then, he was gracious enough to offer to drive us to my house that was well out of his way. He could have said that dropping the truck was the end of the line for him at 2 AM, and we were SOL. I’ve dealt with many wrecker services in the past, none as excellent as Stanley’s. The entire time, throughout the drive, even when he wished us well and said goodbye around 3 AM, Brian was as sharp and amicable as he could be—and he still had a 2+ hr drive back to Enid! I wished I had cash that I could have tipped him, but I don’t carry cash and my company covers all fleet expenses. All this said: Stanley, please extend my/our appreciation to Brian with the gratuity that I couldn’t give him and you know he deserves! He’s an asset to your operation or any operation. My car would not start and I was 2 hours from home in Enid on business. At 7 1/2 months pregnant, I was definitely stressed with the present situation. My roadside assistance from my insurance paired me with this business and the driver got to me less than 20 mins. It ended up being my car battery & the driver gave me the jump I needed. He was quick, professional, and very kind and understanding of my stressful mood. I was very grateful for this company and their quick rescue & professional attitude. Definitely recommend!
Price reasonable. The phone person that I talked to was friendly and very helpful. The driver that towed my vehicle knew his job well, met me at my vehicle in a decent time frame after I called, did a good job parking my vehicle in the spot i asked him to place it, and was pretty friendly.
