Very bad all the way around! Ordered them. Said 3-5 days so at that time saw were being mailed. After a week I had to call and ask. First tried to say it wasn't me. Then found the right phone number and email after several tries. Said they should of been here but no idea when as was from another state. I did not care where from but when it was getting here as my windshield will start getting scratched up and cost even more. Will try and refund and said go to Walmart and buy and the woman hung up. So much wasted time from ordering to trying to get answers. A simple task turned into a marathon with a very bad ending from a pathetic customer service department! Never again!
Wouldn't install a battery despite saying they do on their website. Someone asked, on their website, if they would install a battery on the same car I brought in and the response was yes. Drove down the road to AutoZone and had a new battery installed in less than 10 minutes.
I was impressed by the helpful nature and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and cheerful - I will be back. I even learned some things about car maintenance in general - I appreciated the instruction and advice!
If I could give 6 or 10 stars, I would. Dave was helping me with the battery I had bought and noted the one in my vehicle was the DieHard brand sold by Advance. He suggested I check inside to see if it was still under warranty. Brandi, the GM pulled my history and saw the battery was right at the warranty period. She then made the moral and customer centric decision to honor the warranty and I paid the difference.
I've always preferred Advance in Twinsburg because the people treat you like they should, understanding that auto issues can be extremely stressful.
I'm beyond grateful for her. We were traveling back from vacation today, got to our parked car at the airport and found it dead. I knew it was likely the battery and its age but a stressful day was reversed by the kindness and I really would say Thank You to Advance for hiring these folks.
I’m having battery issues so I came to the store to get a free battery test and the person inside just told me it was too cold that he wouldn’t come outside and do it for me
The gentleman (Dave, I believe) working the counter tested my battery and alternator for me and recommended I go to Goodyear, up the road. He checked their website and called ahead to let them know I was coming, since they were closing within a few minutes. Excellent service. Than you!
Needed a new battery and had a great experience. I was helped by Clayborne and Cleveland, and they were super nice and transparent about everything they were recommending, making it easy to trust their judgment. They also just had generally good attitudes that put me personally in a better mood. I really appreciate their service.

Shout out too LEVON C. He is the man!! Every time I come in to the advance auto in Cleveland he’s always so helpful, and has a sense of humor 24/7. Levon has the best costumer service as well.
They sold me the wrong oil filter after I gave them all of my trucks information. I called them 1/2 way done with my oil change, and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me. I stopped in another day and asked for something, and they just told me I think we are out never looked. So maybe it's just the weekend crew? I will avoid this place.
Went in yesterday to purchase a battery. Standing at the counter, no aknowlegnent by the disheveled grey haired most unhelpful person behind the counter on his personal cell phone chatting with someone about cars. The business phone rings, he answers and puts them on hold, he continues to chat on his cell phone, still no aknowlegement I'm standing in front of him. Just the best customer service from Advance Auto. I went elsewhere. Can any business really stay in business losing sales because of poor customer service like this? Shop elsewhere Autozone is right around the corner.
I really don't like going to auto parts stores, picking out Tire dressing or wax is a no-brainer... But when you really need something, you always feel like these people are annoyed by you and just want you to hurry up and tell them what you need so you can let them get back to whatever video game they were playing. That is absolutely not the case at this particular auto parts store. I never know what I'm looking for, I have to actually explain it practically like charades. These guys are batting 100%, not only do they know what I'm looking for when I describe it they give me multiple options and tell me the best to purchase in their opinion. Everyone's always polite and I always leave feeling like I got a good deal for what I'm looking for. If you're looking for a good auto parts store, you can't beat these guys. Give them a shot you'll be glad you did
I had a great experience during this visit. I needed some plastic bumper clips for my car that would have been difficult to find a on my own, but a helpful staff member helped me immediately.

I called on yesterday to see if they did check engine light evaluations. I was told today they haven't done it since the pandemic started. Poor service and miscommunication between staff members. Someone needs to train their staff better on this particular matter.
Each time I visit this shop, I appreciate the staff more and more. Most recently (today) I had something stuck in my tire causing it to leak air. Fortunately, as I was going into a different store a bystander told me she heard air coming out. I tried Goodyear but they were closed, so I want to Advanced Auto Parts and their guy sold me a kit and helped me repair it and did not even accept the tip I tried to give him. I did not get his name but he reminded me of Bobby from Son's of Anarchy in appearance, great dude.
On other occasions their employees have helped me test batteries and starters and replace batteries. Each situation is not hassle for them and saved me a significant amount of time and trouble.
Even the customers I meet during these times are good folks. These experiences make me a proud Twinsburg Resident and Advanced Auto Parts customer.

Limped into the parking lot with a half dead battery and was told that they could not replace it for me due to not being capable of reaching/accessing certain components. Went down the road to AutoZone and they replaced the battery in 15 minutes. Dude behind the counter was just lazy, I will be literally going anywhere else..

Poor customer service I went to the wrong location (Macedonia) and was picking up for a paid for online order and called the twinsburg store to ask if I could pick up my order if I hurried over they said sure just hurry over so I do , 1 minute after 8 pm I pull in and a girl sees me and hides behind the 1st shelf and stands there not moving, like she was hiding, the professional thing would have been to tell me that u close at 8pm and we cant do anything about it till tomorrow, not play games and waste peoples time. Smh
Visited for new wiper blades. The cashier was very courteous and helpful. She found better blades than we went in for and they were cheaper. Saved 10 dollars and she even helped putting them on.
I must say that this is the cleanest auto store I have ever been in. Service was excellent and can't say enough!
Our battery died on New Year's Eve. The next day, I called them for help. Not only did they give me a hint to save 20% (Order online and then pick it up in store), but they installed it for free while I waited in New Year's Day. Super nice, easy going people. I have my new "Go-To" auto parts store!
