I posted a review in the past and stand by it 100%. I recently had my Audi A4 in the shop to have a manifold intake sensor replaced. It was brought to my attention that the engine valves needed decarbonization. I trust Pino and Fred and gave them the green light to do what was needed. I can't be more pleased. My engine runs as smooth as the day I bought my car. I have a 2012 A4 that I truly love it considering its a manual and hard to come by these days. I want my car to last as long as possible and found the right place to make that happen. They truly are the best and strongly recommend this repair shop. Trustworthy and dependable go a long way.

Mondo car repairs consistently surpasses my expectations. I’ve presented some of the most challenging repairs in older cars like Volkswagens, nuanced cars like jaguars, and high-end cars with computer-controlled engines like Porsches. Pino never disappoints. He is smart, and takes genuine pride in his work. He’s one of the most consistent and fair mechanics I’ve ever encountered. I recommend him to all of my colleagues who have standard cars as well as exotic cars. He knows his limitations, and will tell you fairly if this is a job he can do, and in the timeframe that he is able to do it.

Professional, courteous, and honest. I came here for an emergency repair and they did as promised -- finished it the same day at a reasonable price. Pino even left a message saying that he made a mistake on the initial charge and followed through on refunding me.

Mondo Car Repair is definitely the place to go! I took my 2010 LR4 to them that nobody else was willing or able to repair and they did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning.

Pinto And Fred are honest and trustworthy mechanics. I highly recommend would not take my car anywhere else. Fixed my Mercedes right up in no time at all and the price was astonishingly low for the work that they put in I am amazed how awesome their service was.

Such an amazing place! I came to them with a blown head gasket on my 2011 Subaru Legacy GT that tore my engine up. I thought it was dead! I had to flatbed it to their shop that I’ve never been to before. They were more then helpful! I’m a young adult with a bad budget, they took that into consideration. They called me EVERY step of the way! They made sure to find me the best prices by shopping around and called me at least 4 times a week to give me a status report of what they’ve done, things they found, things that were good, things that were bad. They would even call me to invite me in to look at the status of my engine and even show me parts that they found to be bad and explain to me what happened and how to prevent it. By the time they were done with it, it was a brand new Subaru! I haven’t had a single issue with my car! Since doing the work, I go to their shop for everything. Every time I get an oil change they make it a point to look over all of the work they did to make sure there’s absolutely nothing wrong. Every time I call them with a question I get an answer immediately. They are extremely knowledgeable and affordable for anyone that lives around twinsburg. I would 100% recommend to anyone. I would pick them over any shop any day!

I have been a customer of Pino @ Mondo Car repair for over 5 years. Both my BMW 335i and my wife’s Mercedes C300 have received nothing but the best in car service and repair. Pricing has been very very reasonable compared to others in the immediate area and surrounding Cleveland repair shops. When I drop off my vehicles, my mind is at ease about the service as well as what my final bill will be. This IS the place you want to go for best service.

Horrible shop! My wife called about having her passengers side window repaired and she was quoted a price if the regulator needed replacing. She dropped it off to get an estimate and the next day without getting permission they repaired the window and billed us $62 more than the quoted price. Not only that, when she went to pick up the car they tried to scam her and say the car needed brakes, rotors, and all for upper ball joints replaced at a cost of $1000! We just had the tires replaced and the alignment done 6 months ago, if there was a problem with the ball joints we would have found out then!!! Never taking another car to this scam shop!!

Pino the shop owner has outstanding customer service he was a pleasure to deal with on the phone when I first called to report my problem to him about my volkswagen jetta leaking coolant fluid he was knowledgeable with explaining the issue as well as diagnosing the problem quickly and efficiently he fixed it for a reasonable price and admitted the job was not that bad and it ended being cheaper then quoted which I thought was reasonable to begin with not much of a shop to look at but for his customer service price and quick effeficent service I wouldn't go anywhere else for a first time experience it was not only great it was exceptional!!!!! Will recommend to all my friends and family THANK YOU PINO FOR YOUR WOUNDERFUL SERVICE

I've gotten my 06 Odyssey fixed there multiple times and they are great guys and very affordable. It's a good feeling to know you have a place to go that you can trust!

Every time that I have taken my car to them, they have been able to analyze the problem and get it fixed that day. I never have to take it back because they did not fix it correctly the first time. I drive out of there with confidence that my car is fixed. I believe that they are reasonably priced for the work that they perform. They call me and give me a choice of cheaper options and inform me of other things that I may want to get taken care of either at that time or in the future.

Mondo Car Repair was recommended to me from my former mechanic, when I purchased a new car which he could no longer service. I have been a client now for nearly 3 years, and could not be more pleased with the service. They could not be more accommodating and extremely fair. Pino goes above and beyond in service and overall care for his clients. In fact, I recently awoke to a completely flat tire, to which Pino came to my house to change the tire, and take back to the shop for repair. Grateful for his service, and will be a continued client!

People and garage like this proves that they are still honest people out there. They don't look out for ways to scam you but try to get you on the road safely and in the most economical way for you. Guys are street smart that knows how to fix things

I wish there was a zero star rating. I had my suv towed here after it completely died on the freeway (lights were still on but it wouldn't kick over, so I figured it wasn't the battery). I called them to explain what happened and to look at it when they can. 4 days go by and I had call THEM. The guy said "I can't figure out anything until you pay for a new starter". Are you freakin kidding me? I had it towed else where and they lifter the hood and immediately knew it was the battery like any smart mechanic should know. These guys are a complete joke. The same guys that charged me nearly 300$ for a coolant leak. Please save your money and don't waste your time here. They don't call when your car is ready and have zero idea what they're even doing.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. Pino is a hell of a guy, definitely goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. His prices are very reasonable, and his scope of mechanical knowledge is impressive. Thanks again Pino!

The best that can be said of this shop is that it was comparatively cheap. I needed my condenser, compressor, and hosing replaced when my AC stopped working. Other shops quoted $1850, these guys said they'd do it for $1500. At the time it seemed like a good deal, but I ended up spending the balance of what I saved paying someone else to fix their mistakes. First, they either re-used or improperly seated an o-ring and all my refrigerant leaked out in the first few months. When I asked them to re-charge my AC and replace the o-ring the worker was not very reassuring. When I dropped the car off he told me he didn't know how long it would take and he didn't know if they were going to charge me (luckily he ended up not charging me). Turns out they over-pressurized the system and I ended up paying someone else to do it right. I also had them replace my brakes and they installed them slightly crooked, causing uneven wear. Rather than ask them to fix their mistake and risk further damage, I paid a dealership to do it right. Overall these guys to shoddy work on the cheap. I would not even get my oil changed here. P.S. I agree with the other 1-star reviewer that it appears these people have created fake google accounts to pad their reviews...

I just want to warn others that this shop is overprice and provide an inadequate service. My 2003 Impala had 3 of its rocker arms come lose. This shop charged over $1200 for the repair. Within 2 weeks the same issues happened again. I took the car back and they wouldn't insure the work. I had them fix it again and paid again. The problem came back within 2 months. I found a friend who fixed it for $300 and haven't had an issue in the past year and a half. They say they specialize in foreign vehicles, but be warned of their lack of quality in workmanship. Its amazing I just checked this site a week after posting an honest review and 5 reviews came up from people who have never reviewed anything before and most have brand new profiles. Why doesn't this company just do their work correctly and earn the positive ratings instead they create fake profiles, to post false comments.

Mondo Car Repair replaced the engine as well as several other significant parts in our 2004 3 series BMW. The cost of the repairs were fair and reasonable, the quality of their work was outstanding and they worked hard to diagnose the problems. We have several of our vehicles serviced there and are very happy customers and would highly recommend them to all.

I have used Mondo for my 99 Audi A4, Honda Pilot, and even my 1991 Buick! They have worked with me to complete the repairs I need in an affordable way. They have even helped me out, when I could not drive the vehicle to the shop! Who does that anymore? They have found and fixed problems caused by other shops. I trust these guys to fix my cars and save me money. Plus, they are local. I use them for everything now: oil changes, tires, batteries. Not much to look at, and the accents and expresso are just part of the charm. Great shop.

I have been a customer of Mondo Car Repair for many years. They have repaired and serviced my BMW 7 Series, my Mercedes ML350 and my wife's Mercedes E350. Work has always been good. They have helped me by finding hard to get parts and have always been fair with pricing. I can not afford to take my cars to the dealerships. I recommend Mondo to everyone.
