Poor service. The employees do not want to deal with you if you do not fill a bin. Got ignored then after being third in line. The employee with the face pieces moved my cart so his full cart could go. Go to Bedford or Macedonia for better service

Ya know my dad has done business with this place for years, never a complaint. In times past he was able to get a good deal with this company. Not anymore. The term dealer means buy and sell. Not just buy from. I was just up there, needed some bar stock. The owner, boss, whatever his title is was rude. Didn't show any respect to me what's so ever. I don't sell, where'd you find this. It's not worth my time. As soon as I said I could pay with card, he said no. Pathetic. I'll stick with Streetsboro recycling. They know me up there as well as I trust them. The only reason I came to decco was the fact I was quite literally up the road from them. They were closer than Streetsboro. What a joke. I'll never go back.

I'll tell you what, who ever wrote the previous reviews must be a competitor! I was just here and Decco has 1) the best prices around the area, 2) the cleanest facility for a metal recycler, & 3) the most personable people I've ever met at a scrap yard! I'll DEFINITELY be back again!!

I just called this place in regards to selling my Titanium scrap. After he low balled me, degraded my machine grade material without viewing it, and accused me of being a thief, he said "I'm not buying your stolen Titanium CLICK!" I am a professional in this industry moving thousands of lbs of rare metals on a weekly basis. This conversation was absurd and offensive. I completely understand safe buying practices, but when I explain to you that the material came from a surplus facility that I am on contract with and he persists in telling me that the material is stolen I become highly offended.
