Instead of talking too much, how about doing your job. Waited in there 15 minutes, no one showing up to check you out but 2 of them talking back there and they saw me at register waiting.
November 2025…I’ve lived in Ohio for a couple of years after 65+ years in SoCal.
I heard (on the news) I need to get my battery checked so I ended up at O’Reilly in Twinsburg. Siri got me there (thank goodness!) and John was incredibly helpful!!!
I discovered my battery was on its last legs and already knew I needed new wiper blades. John got the battery and the blades…installed them both…and was so pleasant the entire time!!

Checked what I needed was in stock online.
Called ahead to confirm, and was assured it was in stock.
Asked for the product to be held at the counter and was told no, that no one else buys what I needed anyways.
Drove an hour out here after calling to confirm what I needed was in stock.
Arrived to find out Simon, the associate I'd spoken to on the phone, never actually confirmed the stock, and didn't actually have the product.
Simon, you have terrible customer service, if a customer asks for an item to be held, just do it.
For anyone reading this, don't just ask, insist that your product is held and just go elsewhere if refused.
Was given front pads instead of rear. Got all the way home, opened box, wrong part. Went back up (15 miles) given correct part, got all the way home, no clips in box. Too late in the day now to go back up for third time.
It's a little hard to tell this is a retail location... its in an industrial park at the side of an O'Reilly warehouse but it is, in fact, an open retail location. Well stocked, VERY clean and organized, and wonderfully friendly and helpful assistant manager. Thanks again!
What an amazing experience went to pick an OTR load coming to Texas. Had an amazing associate by the name of Melody Johnson, load my trailer. Very professional and very kind and efficient, her work ethic was beyond me along came another young man to help, her and I didn't catch his name also very kind and pleasant gentleman. Wow, they are truly a great asset to your corporation. It's been a long time since I've seen such positive energy upon loading my trailer. Thanks for all that you do. You both rock and are truly a gem. Keep that focus. Will always return to pick up at this location had in and out in a quick manner.
Called to see if they have a certain size muffler in stock. Waited on hold for about 8 minutes before the guy picked up and hung up on me. I called back figuring it was just an accident and was told that he “doesn’t have time to look” and then was hung up on again.
Scott, the assistant manager at the O'Reilly in Twinsburg is a breath of fresh air. He is a hardworker, always there to help, fills my orders without hassle, and even brought my orders out to my car when I was recovering from surgery. Scott knows his store inside and out and there is never an issue he can't solve.
If it wasn't for Scott, and our sub-par experience with other O'Reilly employees, we would definitely have taken our business elsewhere!

I will not be stopping at this location. This was the second time they were not able to turn/resurface rotors for me. I simply went to another O'Reilly store and they measured everything and got the job done. Twice this happened to me, I don't understand how the other locations can do it and these guys turn you away saying it can't be done.
Attached to a national level warehouse so they can have a part in minutes that it might take other shops days to get shipped from another location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
John and his staff are the best part salesmen I've ever dealt with. If they don't have it or show they will find it!! I can't say enough good things about oriellys!!
Took 10 minutes for someone to notice me. Associate didn't have a clear understanding of what he was doing or the terminology needed to search the part I was looking for. I had several things I needed, but I am looking elsewhere now.
I'd like put 0 star for this location of this company, but there's no 0 stars, manager and office workes are not humanity, there's no restroom for hard working truck drivers, my wife couldn't use restroom there, even we had pick up on this location... this is unacceptable!!!
I hope next time, when we will have pick up here, they will put portable restroom, at least...
I’d like to thank Manager Lisa for her amazing help. We had a situation, where broker who provided the cargo, didn’t make an appointment for delivery. He said you can unload the cargo from 5 to 11 FCFS. When I called the company, I was shocked, because Lisa said they unload only by appointment. If there’s no appointment, you’ll wait 6-7 hrs to get unloaded. It was awful, as broker not just lied, but didn’t pick up the phone, and there were no one to reimburse lost time and cost. But we were very lucky, as Liza helped to find a spot for us and to unload the cargo very quick. Thank you, Lisa for all your help and understanding, and for an outstanding support! I highly recommend this company!
This is not just a store, their warehouse is right there behind them. If you need something, they have it. If it's not there in the store the guy will make a call to the warehouse and get it. They even got me 5th wheel grease for my semi, no other auto parts store does that.
