The staff was nice but they never seem to have what I need in stock. 10DEC25 Apparently I was invisible today, not one person offered to help or see if I needed anything. The two filters I went to buy were not available and I really don't think they were in stock even though it implied online they had one of each. I'll buy online for a little more and save the frustration!!

Bought a new battery for my dodge ram 1500. 209.00 +core. Supposed to b free install but the guy wasn't able to remove my old battery. I had to remove the old battery and install the new one. I should get a discount due to I did all the work

Needed a battery for my vehicle and this location is usually my go-to. Figured I would do the free install in-store to save some time. What a mistake. After searching by VIN and buying the recommended battery, the employee doing the install decided it was not the right size which turned out to be correct. However the battery he decided to put in instead had the wrong voltage and was a tier lower than what I paid for (Which he said was the same price and obviously wasn’t true). Not even 2 minutes after driving out of the parking lot I had multiple electrical errors that I now am apparently responsible for fixing. Only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the other two employees who put the correct battery in were great. I however will not be returning to this store ever after this insane amount of negligence.

I went in there to mail a package. I went to the register and was never acknowledged. The older man there was doing something on the register and talking to some other older man there and was never acknowledged by him either. I heard him tell the other man something about it wanting him to change the password and so I said could I do it at another register and he got nasty with me and told me to take my package somewhere else. What happened to customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. How sad because if that was my business I would not want someone like him in charge. I will never patronize that place again. I live right around the corner but I will drive miles before I ever go in that store again.

My husband needed help getting the old battery out. He didn't have the right tools. He had to ask at least 5 times for them to help install the new battery. It says right on the building free installation of battery. Ridiculous.

Don't sit in the huge amount of parking space given they will call the cops and consider you suspicious even if you ran a business next to them for 3 years.. wow.

So I went and bought a $200 battery from this store today (1-2-2021) from a Kenneth B. And was told that due to COVID-19 they were not allowed to do installations. OK fine I guess they are afraid of getting it from my cars engine compartment. However, when I returned with the core the same Kenneth B. was outside installing wipers on a ladies car. So which is it Advanced, they are not allowed to do installations or they can just pick and choose? Go to Autozone instead people, this place is a joke...

Liked the store. Didnt care for the staff.... the guy at the counter was argumentative and I was just swapping out a warranty part, and was sent over from another store.

Beth is the rudest person I've ever encountered, she pretty much started off by telling me she wasn't going to sell me the part I had come for, and was MUCH more interested in arguing with me about the color of my shirt. Like do your job lady. Dale was superb over the phone and very kind and humorous in person. Would come back to this loaction based off of his customer service, but frankly as long as Beth is there I will happily drive to the Manchester Rd Location where everyone is personable.

I have had many bad experiences here but this one takes the cake. Despite never having what i need from evem the simplist of requests. I put a 12 v batt on the counter guy with out even looking at it says i cant test it I ask why He said his machine would,not test it I then said its a 12v batt u guys test 12v batts and motorcycoe batts right He says yes .. Whats the problem why could u not test my dang batt even the guy behind me said to test it If u cant test it then give me a reason dont jist say u cant

I returned an item. It has been 4 business days at least.....and they STILL have not credited my account. So quick to pull it out. Rediculous that they hold onto it for so long.

Don't come here much but when I do I usually have decent service, aside from the 1 time they didn't want to honor a warranty I had for a defective serpentine belt. They claimed it was user error and that my pulleys must have caused it to snap. With that being said I've never had any other issues and they seem to be competitively priced with auto zone on many, but not all items.

Lady was rude behind the desk. Do not recommend talking with her, the other guy was ok though. Prices are like convenience store, convenient if you need a part they have in stock, but you are going to pay 3 times the price as online and sometimes more! 10 dollar single spark plugs? I bought 4 for $7.99 with free shipping, same exact plugs, smh and the guy said they don't make 2 dollar plugs anymore Brick and mortar stores can only survive if they providing excellent customer service and experience (something that is hard to receive with online shopping) and I will say I received neither at this location. I live 5 minutes away and I will drive the extra 5 minutes to go to Napa from now on if I need a part today, that's the demeanor and attitude I received at this location, just not up to par.

Beth a assistant manager at this location was by far the least personable person ive come across at a advance auto part store she refused me service i am very upset at the experience i recieved at this location and have to say it was UNACCEPTABLE if i could give negative reviews i would she should not be on the front line dealing with people

I went in to get a spark plug and found Jack and Larry to be exceptionally kind and helpful!! I told them our issue and all our thoughts and they gave me good advice and even a small diagram of what to try. Then I called later to ask more and they continued to be kind and helpful. We have never gone in when they haven't been super and done everything they could to help meet our needs!!

Purchased new wiper blades a couple of weeks ago. Went home and couldn't figure out how to get the old ones off, much less get the new ones on. Then realized I told the salesman the wrong car year. Stopped by today to exchange them, was told they were the correct year and the salesman offerred to put them on for me. Took him a few minutes, since the second blade didn't want to come off. To me that is A++++ customer service!
