Had a flat tire right down the road and needed some new tires anyway and they were able to fit me right in their schedule and get all 4 of my tires put on and new brakes at a reasonable price. I highly recommend coming here if you want good customer service and people who know what theyre doing

Zack is such a wonderful person he makes sure our tires was taken care of and also he make sure we wasn’t charged nothing even after them changing one of the valve. He said we been waiting for long to be charged a 10$. Surely will recommend, such a good with good service.

Entire staff is friendly and helpful. They have competed multiple services, tires, oil changes, battery, and more. Always do a great job, quick and professional. Cannot reccomend them enough.

I came in on Sunday, and they were about to close within an hour, but they still took my car in to get two of my tires changed before I headed for a 4-hour trip Monday morning. I brought in a rim for them to use because one of them on my car was bent, but before they used that one, they tried to fix the bent one, which I really appreciated. Both Zack and Ray (who was the only mechanic working) were very helpful and informed me on a few things with my car I will need to look out for in the next couple of months. They did work past their closing time to finish my car, but they were lifesavers and I very much appreciate it! Will be coming back here and I recommend this place!!!

Alyssa is informative, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, start to finish. Would definitely recommend this location just based on her assistance on it's own.

Last Friday we were traveling in terrible “Ohio” weather. Our car started making horrible dragging noises. I googled closest car repairs and NTB came up. Wow, did we get lucky. Dropped off the car at 10Am for an oil change and brake fluid flush with an appointment. After a couple of hours, we called to check the status and said would be ready in an hour. After several hours we called again as we had not heard back. At 3:30PM they had not started on my car and they close at 5. Ended up picking up the car without any of the work being done. Waisted an entire day with a sitter as that’s the family car. Things come up but have the decency to communicate truthfully to your customers. If you don’t have the technicians, cancel the appointments, don’t just take peoples cars and hold them hostage!

I had a nail in a loose tire, they were able to remove the tire from my trunk and fix it within a half hour. They were extremely friendly. Zack especially took care of the situation quickly.

I had the best experience at NTB in Macedonia! Zack greeted me right away and got my Jeep into the service department quickly. He was friendly, attentive, and asked all the right questions so the technicians had every detail they needed. My Jeep had been shaking at the steering wheel on the highway, and there was a terrible humming noise coming from the front passenger side — so loud that even the radio couldn’t drown it out. I couldn’t even take phone calls because no one could hear me over the noise. Matt and Dustin, the technicians, were amazing. They explained in great detail what was going on with my Jeep. They even brought one of my front tires into the waiting room to show me how the tread was wearing. I hadn’t rotated my tires since buying them new in August 2024, and the front tires were cupping, which caused the vibration and noise. They walked me through all the things that can go wrong when tires aren’t rotated: alignment issues, poor grip in rain or snow, premature suspension wear, and a higher risk of blowouts at highway speeds. After rotating the tires, the shaking in the steering wheel immediately stopped. They advised me to drive about 200 miles to see if the humming improves now that the cupped tires are on the back. If it doesn’t, I may need two new tires — a great (and expensive!) lesson that I will always rotate my tires every 5,000 miles going forward. Huge thanks to Zack, Matt, and Dustin for the honesty, patience, and thorough explanation. Highly recommend this NTB location!

Worst car shop ever I took my 2017 Dodge Challenger there to have the alignment done and it's been a fiasco, ever since I was told by the master. Tech and the salesman, then I needed to buy special bolts . So they could finish the alignment, they gave me one price. And then I had gotten a call back from somebody else that I've never spoke to before. Telling me that the cost went up by three hundred dollars, and would not honor the price of was given when I paid for half of it. so then I bought the bolts that they said they had needed, and then the guy calls me back again today. And tells me that there's no way for them to do my car even after they put the bolts in so these 3 stooges need to get on the same page and figure out what they're doing with that shop. I would not take my car there. I would not trust any of them to work on anything. I wouldn't trust them to put together a tricycle to be honest they wasted my time for 3 weeks with this i would give them negative stars if I could

Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. The lead technician Dustin answered my questions with compassion and precision and was extremely professional and patient when handling my concerns. The manager Quinton was also phenomenal and made sure he was clear on what I needed. Both were top notch as I am big on expertise and quality customer service. This is a well deserved 5 star rating because they delivered with quality assurance, above my expectations, and I wholeheartedly appreciate that. Great job guys and keep up the good work!!!

We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Amanda, Dustin, Matt, & Mack were awesome. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable & helpful but they are super nice & hilarious. They took the time to explain everything & answer all our questions. They definitely won our loyalty & we will be going there from now on. Would recommend them for sure. It's nice to have people who care if your safe & fix things right the first time.

Wonderful business with very friendly staff!! So thankful they are open on Sundays!! They had the tires we needed for our camper in stock on short notice. Will definitely recommend!!!
