Kayla’s customer service was par excellence. She engages the customer and assured me Firestone was quite capable of meeting my needs. The price for my oil change was far less than anticipated considering I have paid well over $100.00 for a simple oil change.
We came to Firestone with a flat tire and quickly realized it was completely beyond repair. The team took the time to show us the damage and clearly explain why it needed to be replaced, which we truly appreciated.
Kayla was especially helpful — professional, honest, and never pushy. I even called back later to add a second tire since it’s usually best to replace them in pairs. She told me she had thought the same thing but didn’t want to make us feel pressured. That level of integrity meant so much.
The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Such a positive experience — we’re very grateful for their fairness and excellent service!
Nate was super cool and really nice and worked with me about what repairs I needed. I felt He was honest and he told me he would work with me on pricing. I respect and appreciate that and I fully intend to come back.

Dropped my car off at 9 o’clock for a oil change and a tire rotation. They told me an hour and a half. I told him I’ll be back around two. I’ll see you then. She said have a good day got back car was never brown and never looked at worst service ever.

Purchased 4 tires and a lifetime wheel alignment back in August and I am still waiting on my promotional credits. Contacted the store several times. Often a manger was not available. Was directed to email Bridgestone/Firestone directly. I have been in contact with management at Bridgestone since November and I am still waiting on over $100 in rebates. Completely unacceptable!!! I could have just purchased tires directly from BMW and had a much better professional experience.

Regret taking my car here. Car had some vibrations after getting two new tires from here. Just paid another shop to balance my tires because the mechanics at firestone failed to do that after paying them $250 for two brand new tires. Not my first choice anyway but definitely wont be back. Customer service us mid anyway
Nate, Shannan, Sarah and Stephen always take care of me. I was buying tires at Discount Tire for a while and only having Firestone handle alignments. Now, I have them order in any tires I'm looking for, almost always at a better price than advertised by Discount Tire. Stephen is the only person I'll allow to touch my cars' alignment. He's extremely knowledgable, and understands the setup needs of the cars I only drive on track.
We were traveling across the state and had an emergency. They got us right in, figured out what was going on and gave us a discount as well. Shoutout to Nate who helped us.

I was showing signs of needing a thermostat replacement on my way to work a 12 hour shift last night and on my way to Flynn's in Cuyahoga Falls, my wheel bearing decided that it was time to replace it too. These guys are absolutely fantastic! They are easily the best in the area and prices were more than decent, given my car is almost thirty years old and I did not even have to make an appointment. I wish to give them my upmost gratitude to giving my 1997 Saturn SL1 the best care and making sure she is ready for a 2500 mile road trip I have planned for November. You guys are the best!
