Used to purchase vehicle here all the time as a public bidder. Now they have squeezed out the public and this is very frustrating. Will not be back at all.
needed to print the gatepass so i called the office and they sent it to the security (on friday),again called the support line on saturday afternoon to make sure it's there and they also confirmed that it's there.
and guess what,arrived there and the gatepass is not there and now the only option is to wait until monday when the office will open.
this not the first time and you can't just waste people's time like this.
Big lot. Big place. Wish I would of been there under better circumstances. But the staff was friendly and I was in and out fast. The trees and sky were beautiful that day though.
Redeemed my vehicle here. Staff left energy drinks and pop cans in my car. Muddy footprints all over in the inside. Then left multiple big scratches on my car.
I've been a lot of options and this one is just not worth the effort this is more focus on dealers and not to the General Public it cost $50 a year just to walk through the doors and you have to save your receipt if you don't they have no record of it and you have to pay another $50 if you do purchase a vehicle it has to be out that day or they will charge you storage
Adesa Cleveland and their staff were so helpful that they were able to sign me up online the day before auction so that way I can bid the next day. (I traveled from Buffalo New York) They were also able to instruct me on anything that I needed to know the day of auction Which was a blessing itself. I'll continue to shop with adesa Cleveland...
I'm sure they offer great services and good values on cars, but their drivers and car haulers are awful. They fly down Olde Route 8 and take the turns on to Twinsburg Road with no concern for other vehicles. On more than one occasion I've seen them create very dangerous situations.
The auctioneer raised my bid on myself to make the price go up, payment problems and very slow customer service. Decent prices and selection. They don't seem to want to help with issues or problems about the sale because they are so busy doing other things. The communication is also poor. Every employee just guesses or days I don't know.
"The customer service at this auction is horrible if you are a buyer". And I t keeps getting worse. They are always late getting titles. The test track closes with out notice. Parking lot is full of pot holes
Good luck finding a door or bathroom that works right. Management will make promises one an then change it the following week without notice then when you approach them they tell you sorry it cost you money but it is out of my hands. Which is pretty sad when the promise and excuse came from the general manager. If you want to know how it is to shop at a poorly ran auction and pay high buy fees come to this auction. It will make you appreciate their competition.
The staff at Adesa is very friendly and they work hard to assist the dealers. They have a great selection of cars weekly, and their facility is spotless.
This is the absolute worst auction in the country and I've been to a lot of them. Everyone knows this place is a dump in fact you always hear "Adesa Cleveland is going out of business" and it's because of how poorly its ran Starting with the worst customer service, very slow, very rude, and the gm is the worst. The arbitration is a joke, you would have to be very lucky to successfully arb a vehicle.The Fees are crazy high all the time, They hardly have any vehicles to choose from as it is. TO ALL FRANCHISE DEALERS PULL OUT STOP LOSING MONEY.
