Ordered a light kit. Unfortunately it was backordered 2 weeks. This wasn't posted online. But thats okay because they emailed me the very next morning to inform me. Absolutely A+ business ethics!!!
2 YEARS ago I bought a damaged Troy Built snowblower at an auction. I was able to get parts and make repairs all except for the primer bulb, which is different than most models. At the time I spent hours looking for the right part and wasn't able to find the correct part. I could get the engine started, but only with lots of electric start cranking.
Fast forward two years and, thanks to AI tools, I was finally able to locate the correct primer bulb and retaining ring at RCPW! Placing the order was easy, and pricing was great. Soon after I got an email stating that the part was back ordered. Luckily, since I'd been searching for 2 years, I was fine with the delay. Communications from customer service were great, keeping me informed along the way.
The part arrived about 3 weeks later, all in great shape. Install took 5 minutes and my 2 years of waiting were over! Thank you RCPW!
Purchased a 3 pack of scag blades ,box came in with only 1 . I contacted them about my problem and they said to take a picture of the box they came in ,problem is the box was thrown out with the trash and I was unable to get the pic and told them the box looked unmolested They told me without a pic I was sol , basicly calling me a liar. No respect for the customer.
I bought a RedMax EBZ9000 blower from RCPW, received product as promised. But on the second pull of the starter, it broke; an obvious manufacturing defect. RCPW was extremely helpful and after sending them a picture of the broken starter they sent me a replacement at no charge even though they were not required to do so per Husqvarna’s warranty policy. I was impressed and pleased that they went up and beyond for their customer.
Amazing service! Here's my story...I had to replace the electronic assembly in my Ego LM2110 Mower. I researched everyone that could provide this part and RCPW is the one company that continued to stand out from the others. I placed an online order on Thursday and had the part delivered Saturday morning, wow. Simply put, this company gets it. As a customer, you're ordering parts for a reason, you have something that's broke and need to get it back in service as soon as possible. I replaced the part and was back up and running quickly. I could have saved a couple bucks (or even paid more for that matter) if I wanted to gamble with unknown stock availability or sketchy delivery terms like "typically shipped within ten business days". Five star reviews are earned, and well deserved in this case. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
After placing my order they informed me the parts are on back order. Three weeks later I checked on the status. They said they it would be another 3 weeks. Now after a total of 6 weeks they said that they where still waiting on one part and it should be in in about 2 more weeks. So it would take at least 8 weeks to just to fix my lawn mower after hitting a tree root and breaking the part that holds the blade the the mower shaft. What planet are they on? 8 weeks for a normal replacement part that cost 11$. I canceled the whole ordered since I can't wait any longer and have access to a machine shop. I will just make a new part my self.
Ordered two parts and realized they were the wrong items before they even got to me. Emailed customer support and requested to return them because they don’t have an automated system to do so. Got an email starting that I was out the original shipping that I paid and I had to pay for my own shipping to return AND there was a 15% restocking fee. I was upset when I ordered in the first place because the price of shipping populated AFTER I checked out and I didn’t realize it. So I bought $30 dollars in parts. Paid 30 in shipping. Have to pay another 30 to return the items plus 15%. I will never do business with this company again and ask all to steer clear. So shameful and just a letdown.
The rating is based on customer service. I bought wheels for my lawnmower. The front wheels were less expensive there so I went there to purchase them (30 minute trip - I had to go to someplace else in the area so I went there). I take responsibility for not checking the invoice while there because they charges me more than the quoted price but when I called to ask for an adjustment they said they couldn't do it unless I came back because they needed the physical credit card. I'd spend more in gas than it would be worth. I suggested they send a check but they said they couldn't do that but if I came back they could give me cash! What? You're a company but can't mail a check? How do you pay your invoices?
Their prices are competitive. The ordering process is simple. Their customers service is outstanding. I ordered my replacement part and received it within the time quoted. No problems at all.
While the website style and very low prices make it seem scamy, It was very much legit. Very fast fulfillment and low prices much better than parts ware house
Emailed RCPW if they had a Shindaiwa EB910RT backpack blower in stock since very hard to find. They got back within minutes on my email. I ordered it and received the unit 2 days later! The service is great and this makes the sale! Thanks!
I've ordered from these guys a couple times now and today had to contact them directly for a part. They didn't have it but were actually able to locate it for me and help me get one. Can't thank them enough and will definitely continue using them whenever possible!
This is the second time ordering parts from them. I should of learned the first time that I had to finally contact them cause the part was taking sooo long to ship. The lady who answered was great so, there is that.
This time I ordered a simple throttle cable 8 days ago and it still says "waiting for part" I make a living turning over equipment quickly and waiting 2 weeks for a throttle cable is not helping me or the landscapers waiting for their equipment back.
I order a lot of parts from a lot of different part companies, this company seems to take the longest to even ship my part. Next time, I will opt to purchase from the other company. I hope in the future you guys can resolve this issue.
No problems at all. Site was easy to navigate, checkout was painless and they sent confirmation and shipping update emails with no delay. Prices are lower than box stores, will use again for sure.
WOW What fantastic service !!! I called for parts and advice for our Meyers plow pump shortly before an anticipated major snowstorm and as one can imagine they were extremely busy. The parts tech which i'm sorry don't remember his name was extremely helpful and efficient. In todays business world it was pleasure to get that kind of service. Knowing the degree of importance he said we'll have the parts shipped out today. Being a business owner of an extremely busy automotive service center I recognize and appreciate his performance. Top notch company and recommend them highly.
I purchased an item from RCPW and received it 2 days later, very fast shipping and order processing. I had a small issue with the order but they provided superb customer service and made it right. I will be returning for sure. The shipping notification was a little delayed so that’s an area to improve upon but none the less it was a very positive experience.
I sent in 8 chainsaw chains to be sharpened. RCPW advertised that they have the latest sharpening equipment and that the chains would come back "Samurai Sword Sharp." In reality, they came back "butter knife sharp" instead. They are more dull now than when I sent them in. I tried a few and they were all bad. So not only am I out the time and money, I had to buy $200 worth of new chains to use while I wait to get the chains RCPW sharpened re-sharpened elsewhere.
They STINK!!!!!! Placed an order on Wednesday with 2 day shipping they never contacted us to tell us it was on back order and was 7-10 days out . We called and the clueless agent told us they didnt know until today and planned to contact us but had not as of yet. We needed this part right away and clearly not getting it anytime. They told us they have no idea whats in stock or not, they don't inventory anything, they are simply a middle man!!!!!! Price was reasonable but is it worth dealing with fools to save a couple bucks and having to wait longer than normal. They are the worst and they refused to expedite the order for making a mistake by not contacting us or advertising not in stock, back order etc. WORST PLACE EVER
This company is very unprofessional, do not buy from this company, I ordered an item Jan 4th with free shipping, then 4 days later they emailed me saying it’s 2 weeks backed order, then 3 weeks past and no communication from them, so I emailed them and they said, oh give me another week and I’ll send you a confirmation number, still no communication after a week, I finally get a call from Steve saying your item finally arrived however you need to pay additional delivery charge, I couldn’t believe what Steve said to me, when i originally placed the order, Shipping and charge where included, and now he tells me after a month of waiting I have to pay an additional charge ....I said no way and send me A FULL REFUND.......very unprofessional, beware buyers
These guys are GREAT. I have been ordering from them for about 4 years now. There prices are in line with some retailers and better that some online dealers. Shipping is always fast and for smaller items shipping is usually free. Another nice feature is if a part has been discontinued by the manufacturer they will list an alternative if available. Two thumbs up!!!
such a fiasco. can't be bothered to process credit cards like a real business. Needs paypal which is a garbage company and a headache to use the prefered payment method chosen by scammers and hackers and sellers who don't have an incorporated business. Their whole operation is a mess and they'll cancel your order AFTER confirming it, (it's actually amusing to call and ask them what they think the purpose of a *confirmation* email is. won't call the number they requested to have, to let you know they've cancelled your order. You'll find out when calling them a week after they confirmed your purchase that they canceled it. American express is fine with my purchase, but this company can't grasp the most basic aspects of eccomerce and dealing with them will likely cost your more time and money and headaches than their savings are worth. I've yet to receive a single thing from them despite 2 purchases.
Ordered new blades and engine tune-up items. Prices were inline with the average and received everything within a few days. No problems. Read other review. How is it their problem you didn't gave a valid credit card?
Was not good. There prices were high and they sent me the wrong part. I used their website to look up the part and it have me the wrong one. The company wanted to charge a restocking fee and make me pay shipping both ways and their shipping was high.
Online order form has an issue with credit card information not being transferred to the shipping department. The order gets cancelled without valid credit card.
