Very helpful in tge store when my husband needed the engine oil for our snowblower before storing it away for the season. They were sold out but they did check in the back stock room for him.
We bought rain-x windshield fluid and a new wiper blade as ours broke in the middle of our travels.
Was out on a trip and stopped by yesterday around 10am, a worker there helped me out with my license plate that was falling off. Couldn’t find any screws that fit and he was kind enough to help me find them, and understand the problem. We spent a long time but eventually found screws that fit and he even helped me put them in, and return the items that I no longer needed. Definitely recommend! He was incredibly kind!!
Great place to buy a battery and have it installed. Other places, Batteries Plus and Advanced Auto Parts wouldn't install despite claiming they install batteries, said it takes too long or need specialized tools. The tech installed my battery at AutoZone in less than 10 minutes. You have my business.
When my battery died at Macedonia Rec Center, Saturday late afternoon/early evening, AutoZone sent help to jump me, get me to their shop, replace the battery -- all done before AAA was even thinking about getting help to me. At 78 years old, this sort of kindness and attention cannot be measured -- Count me grateful and a loyal customer! Tom
I called, from Michigan, to buy a new battery for my college daughter living near this Autozone. They wonderfully agreed to help us with replacing the old battery and getting her back on the road. I can't say enough about the manager at this location - thank you so much!
Katie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I know nothing about cars and she knew the exact oil that was needed and made my trip in there incredibly fast, cause alone I would have been lost! Her personality is pretty awesome and she definitely brought some happiness to my day!

I went to the autozone in macedonia with an issue with a 20 yr old truck was having issues with it intermittently not start and seemed like a battery Grayson came out and was diligent about resolving my issue. At first thought it was the battery but due to his diligence, he figured out that the connectors to the battery were lose. He took them off and cleaned them put them back on and make sure were on tight. I appreciate that he really tried to find the issue instead of trying sell me new battery. I really appreciate Grayson i would recommend this location 100%

You guys need to fix your phones, I've called 3x and Mike answers and says "Hello? Hello? Its Mike, how can I help you? Hello?!" I know it isn't my phone, I've talked on it all day.. I can hear you, but you can't hear me.
Was told at another store I needed to buy new battery connector. Young guy at AutoZone grabbed some tools and fixed the one that was there. All he wanted for payment was a fist bump. ? Thanks warm weather guy. Wish I would have gotten your name. Stores need more honest, willing to work people like you.
Tammy the manager is AWESOME! I called other places to do my battery replace and install, and they wouldn't, when she would. She is the reason I will now always be an Auto Zone customer, only.
Hi, I had to get a jump start from a stranger in a restaurant parking lot on Sunday 11/20. At this point I don't know what is wrong. Then I remembered that AutoZone tested batteries. I arrived at the Macedonia Store around 5p and was relieved to see that AutoZone is open until 7p on a Sunday (unusual for a business). Austin was a great help, tested my battery, diagnosed as BAD, and sold me a new and installed it for me. I want to thank AutoZone for staying open late, because I avoided all kinds of hassle, (not getting to work on Monday etc.) because I was able to take care of the problem right away. I want to thank Austin for his excellent work and skills in changing the battery.

Noticed driver's side headlight was out on my vehicle. Stopped in at this AutoZone Auto Parts store and Cory removed the old non-working one and replaced it with a new one. In and out of the store and on my way in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service..
I needed a diagnostic test done because my engine light came on. It didn't take long at all and it was a relief to find out it was nothing to serious. Thanks to the helpful and kind young man. ( I didn't get his name) register 03!
I am compelled again to take a few minutes to divulge my experience at AutoZone. As usual, the customer service is not just great, it is over the top and fantastic! I can't remember the young lady who initially helped me, but she was very courteous and happy. I had to return, due to a needed measurement, and Chip took care of my parts this second round. Chip was professional, kind, and thoughtful. I didn't ask but when I was ready to leave, there was Chip with a cart to take my parts out, so I didn't have to lug the heavy material to my car. I unloaded and started back to return the cart, and the young lady that initially took my parts request happened to be outside. She saw me heading back to return the cart inside, which she then ran over and said she would return the cart for me. This may seem like small things but I was having a bad day and to be waited on by people with smiles and pleasant yet professional conversations, made my day that much better.
I believe she was the manager, very friendly and helpful. Checked my battery, offered advice of what could be wrong. This stores staff is always helpful when i go.
Dan Martin is a customer service god! Brought my wife’s car in to get new wiper blades and finding and fitting the correct set for her precious car required a pro! Dan not only located the correct set, he removed the old ones, fitted the new to make sure everything worked perfect! Huge thanks to Dan he demonstrates the kind of service one only hopes to get once or twice a year!

I came in looking for spark plugs that I knew they had in inventory. The manager was insanely rude to me, maybe only said a few words to me and seemed very irritated. After some back and forth he finally decided to actually search for the spark plugs and guess what? They had them in stock. He was probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered. I have no idea how he managed to become a manager.
I was filled with dread when I had to get my car tested. I didn’t know whether it was a battery issue, starter issue, or alternator issue. A kind man named, Jesse Mhoon (I really hope I spelled this correctly) introduced himself and went strait away to getting my battery tested. He communicated with me through the process and educated me on what was happening. He was thorough and clear. He helped me pick out the correct battery and even offered to install it for me! Jesse went out of his way- above and beyond and did an incredible job. You can really tell he has a passion for working on cars!
Mr William C. Rhodes III, I would like to say you have one heck of a employee at this Autozone store, Michael M. We had a nice chat in the afternoon on a super cool Saturday as he swapped out my battery. Such a nice service your company offers at no charge in these trying times, cheers to you both. William next time you are traveling to your different stores you should stop in and meet your excellent employee if you have not already, would be well worth the trip.

There was a gentleman outside the store who I called over to take a look at my battery, so I could ensure that the trip inside wouldn't be wasted. He was honest and told me that my car would be a gamble for them to put a new battery in for me because I had some stuff in the way which they wouldn't be liable if something bad were to happen to it. That didnt deter him from giving me a couple of places that would install the battery for me dirt cheap I was in and out with the correct battery within a couple of minutes.
I want to personally thank Steven and the woman working tonight for saving my Christmas. My driver side windshield wiper popped off on Route 8 on my way to Cleveland, and I was able to make it just in time before the store closed. They checked stock for me on my way to ensure they had my wipers , and took the time to install them for me even though it was passed their closing time. All in a severe winter storm. THANK YOU BOTH!! My christmas angels! ?
Very clean place for an automotive store. The employees were very nice and helpful to my needs. I got straight answers to my questions and helped with my problem. If you are in need of help or have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. They will be gladly to help. I would recommend them.
Parts seem to be good quality ,employees are as helpful as they can be with what they have to work with. Unless you know what the parts exact name ,sometimes it can't be looked up. Their parts breakdowns are not very good when ordering seals. Even with the part numbers off the old seals ,they can't find replacements for my transmission.
Went there to buy a burned out lowbeam, they offered to replace it for me. It proved to be more difficult than expected (poor design of the car) and Robert stood in the rain to make sure my headlight was working. Excellent customer service!
