They replaced my engine and transmission. They did not fixed my temperature gauge and it did not reflect the temperature on the inside dash. They never reininstalled it when they should have. They threw away the part and taped up loose wires. Now it's costing me $400.00 out of pocket that should have been fixed. If someone is going to do the job do it right 100% of the time. I only found out about it when I inquired about it my last oil change. Pathetic.

We just got our Dodge Charger Daytona back after a few weeks of repairs and it was in great condition. The team made the whole process such an easy part of the whole situation of being in two car accidents not even 24hours apart. They kept us up to date with text messages and gladly answered any of our 100 questions we had! We have to go back due to a part being on back order but our babys back in our hands. I wouldn't trust anyone else. 5/5 stars.

I took the car in for an estimate, and props to the professionalism and kindness from the staff and Jason despite knowing I am going to a different shop that I know and trust already. He said he'll knock out the estimate within 24 hours.

Great experience! Took my car in for a fender bender I had that needed fixed. Mr King was prompt, friendly and answered all my questions I had during the process. Got my car back earlier than expected! Even though the situation sucked, the experience was great at Crash! I would highly recommend Crash Champions and see Mr King - he will take great care of you! I want to call out a Great consumer experience with the Crash Champions of Cuyahoga Falls . We have a few young drivers in the house and they are learning and that means some " bumps & bruises " to our vehicles .The folks at Crash understood our challenges they answered all our questions and put it in down to earth terms. It was refreshing their expertise helped us tremendously to make a good decision and what was a bad situation better ! Turned a nightmare situation into an enjoyable experience by alleviating my fears about my car. I arrived for my scheduled appt a few minutes and early and they were expecting me and ready to go. I had a million questions and the gentleman had an answer for all of them and he followed thru on his word. Everything he said would happen, did. They kept me informed throughout the process and got my vehicle back to me a day before my expectations and bc Enterprise is across the street crash champions handled the kickoff and drop off so all I did was leave the rental at crash champions. The work restored my car to looking fantastic! The body work and paint job was fabulous! They were timely, honest, straightforward, and professional. Would def recommend

I was referred to Crash Champions on E. Steels Corners Road in Cuyahoga Falls by Liberty Mutual. I went in yesterday for an appointment scheduled at 10am for an estimate. I arrived promptly at 10am. They asked if I was leaving my vehicle; I confirmed that I only needed an estimate at the time. To this the gentleman gave me a two minute rundown of the process - taking pictures, contacting Liberty Mutual, etc. Unbeknownst to him, I’m familiar with the process due to my previous profession. He also made a statement that I may decide to keep the money instead of getting the repairs which was out of place (it was the way he said it). The receptionist then said he would be with me in a few minutes. I was the only person waiting in their lobby. I waited 15 minutes before I told the receptionist to have a good and left. The gentleman was not at his desk when I walked out. I called ‘Do This Do That Auto Body’ in Twinsburg and was told to stop by anytime during their business hours and they’d give me an estimate. When I got there, they were waiting on two customers. I was immediately greeted and they started the process shortly afterwards. They were polite, professional and prompt. It took less than 10 minutes. Going to Crash Champions was a waste of time. You don’t pick and choose who to be professional with or provide good service to when you’re running a business unless you want to run out of business. If you want excellent service, call Do This Do That or anywhere else but CC.

I had a great experience at this Crash Champions in Cuyahoga Falls. Jenna and Preston we're very knowledgeable courteous, and my vehicle was completed a couple days ahead of time. Tim the body repairman was awesome, and his work show it. He took extra care in making sure everything was put together right! Thank you all!

🆘🆘🆘 Unfortunately will never be back, Derek was alright but the whole process was a nightmare. Took 7 weeks when I was told it would be done in 4 and somehow they lost parts in the final week? On top of that, I had a vape bar left in my car, a half eaten granola bar that stuck on the inside, and they somehow used up 3/4 of my gas tank when I sent it in full??

I've had two good experiences with Crash Champions, when my wife's car got into a fender bender and when a tree branch fell on my truck. The tree branch left a dent in in the A pillar, and while it looked tiny, it wasn't so simple to fix. These guys got the dent fixed quickly, it looks good as new, and everything was spotless when I got it back. Excellent work!

I should have gave 1 star, but I am nicer than I should be. Apologies for the long review, frustration has the best of me. The Cuy. Falls OH location needs some serious help and training. I was hit in April, the gal who hit me had Geico. They gave me a choice of 2 co. for repair. Crash Champions is right around the corner from my house and I thought was a good fit. They got me in, got my car semi-fixed within a week or so. When I picked it up the molding on the bottom was not in, and I had a stripe and some protective film they also did not have. Was told they would call me when it was in and get my car finished. this was roughly April 25th. When I picked up my car I didn't look at it really well, but the pain job isn't the best, there was a big drip of paint on the one door. We got into June and I didn't hear from them so I called to check on my parts and was told oh yeah they are here. No one called to tell me. So I schedule time to go in, only to find out they don't have all my parts. I go to get the parts installed they have, and again am waiting for a stripe plastic protective film. They wet sanded the paint blob on my car. Still not happy with it, as I have a brand new car, but I am not dealing with them on this anymore. Fast forward to July, I call again Tuesday 7/16 to again find out oh yeah we have your parts. (They didn't, they have a contractor they call to do these - a guy in a van did them this morning) Danny, my service advisor, never made any sort of contact with me this morning whatsoever, assuming because he knew I was mad. There was a girl in the office, that I vented to about my whole situation, who did nothing but make excuses on why they didn't call me. And said once we are done you wont have to come back here if you have another accident. Really? Who says this to a customer? I'm in customer service, I get Covid changed the world. But to just admit your parts are here we are too busy to call you is NOT how people should do business. All for a situation I was an innocent victim in. The lack of caring and attention to customer service in all aspects of this have me very frustrated. I am sure they are a good company, and good people, they definitely need some help in this location without a doubt.

Everyone did a great job! Staff was very friendly and was helpful and communicative throughout the process. My car looked brand new after the repairs were done and the process finished early. Also the interior of my car was cleaner than when I left it which I didn't even ask for. Would definitely recommend if you want the process to go smoothly!

It's a frustrating experience to have your car in accident, service king did a good job on the repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately i had to take it to service king again because of a plastic panel that was starting to come off after having my vehicle back for a week. It was repaired and at no cost to me. Aside from some negative things that happened, Erin was great to work with.

Was told several times my car would be done on a certain day. My car has been pushed to a later due date several times. Now i am two months deep into not having my car back and is just hoping that the car is actually done on day they told me this last go round. My overall experience here so far has been misleading and unpleasant.

Excellent experience with Service Kings. Their staff is extremely professional and their customer service was excellent. I had body work done on my truck after an accident, after they finished the truck looked brand new. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I took my car to Service King after it was damaged from debris on the freeway. The staff was courteous, understanding and helpful. The service technician kept me updated with regards to the status of my repairs. My car looks beautiful again. Thank you Service King!

Erin and Matt and the rest of the team were great to work with. They were understanding and supportive given our situation when all of our vehicles were damaged. They provided regular communication and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Our vehicles came back to us better than ever as they went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend their team when you are need of repairs. Their customer service was excellent. When there were questions, they had answers.

The Cuyahoga Falls Service King gave me nothing but outstanding customer service. Doug's communication with the insurance company who my claim was under was phenomenal. He was very informative, always called to give updates, and gave me detailed explanations on how the dents and scratches on my car would be fixed. When I picked up the car, it looked just as good as the day I brought it home on both the interior and exterior. Service King also booked a rental car for me, which was ready less than 5 minutes after I dropped off my car. My car looks beautiful and I will definitely be using them again in the future if my car is damaged. As such, I 100% recommend them for any collision or damage repair. Thank you guys!

Great experience at Service King. Matt was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. He stayed on the top of communication-i was in the know at all times what was going on with my car. Took my daughter's car there with some damage from a collision. Excellent job fixing it. Car looks like brand new. Our service advisor Doug Cook took care of everything involving the insurance and kept us informed on the status of the repairs throughout the process. Would definitely use them again.

My car had dent and scrap damage and needed the entire front fender replaced. The technicians were able to fix the damage and replace the fender in a very short amount of time. They even matched the unique color of my car using their color-matching software. They were very polite and professional as well. I am incredibly happy with the repairs and will keep them in my phone, just in case.

There was some damage to my bumper as well as some tail light damage. They quoted me and then discovered additional damage after they got the bumper off they discovered additional damage. It was only about 4 days in the shop and they did a fantastic job. They detailed my car inside and out better than I do when I do my normal seasonal cleaning of my car. I would definitely use their services again!!! Great service! Great work! Thanks again!

Outstanding service all around. This was my first time in an accident. I was very stressed and the staff made me feel that the car was in good hands and assured me that it would be good as new. And they delivered on that promise. They walked me through the steps, got the car into the shop right away, and were in constant contact with me. Doug S was my repair tech... Man, did he do a great job! Car looks brand new. Very happy with the service from start to finish.

Seriously the best service! Had to take my car in due to being rear-ended. Can't even tell there's been body work done to my car. it looks brand new. The customer service was excellent as well. Everything was smooth, communication was great. I always knew what was going on and had a timeline of what would be done when. Thanks Tony and your team for taking care of me! Lets hope I am not involved in another accident anytime soon, but if I were, I'd come back here for my collision repair.

Horrible work. I had my car towed back within 2 hours of picking it up (keep in mind, they had the car for over 3 weeks) and they acted like the malfunction had nothing to do with them. I got a speech about how I needed to give them the highest rating on their satisfaction survey at least 3 times. I was also told that the survey was tied to their bonus. Incredibly unprofessional. When I picked the car up the second time ,there was just enough gas in the tank to coast into the gas station less than 1/4 mi down the road. while I was filling the tank I did some closer inspection. Many parts in the interior were not fully reassembled and there was grease smeared on everything. I turned around and took it back. When Tony saw me walk in he threw his hands in the air and gave me that "what now?" look. I told him the car was falling apart inside. He came out to take a look and told me what I needed to do to get everything assembled correctly. This was the straw that broke the camels back. He expected me to finish the job for them. I refused and demanded that the issues be fixed immediately. surprisingly, they were. I reported them to corporate as well as Allstate. If they continue this kind of work, I'm not sure how much longer they are going to be around.

I was told my car would be done in 2 to 3 days. I never once received a notification of their progress. Therefore, I called on day 3 and was told that parts would be in the next morning and that they would have them installed and the car detailed that day and I would receive a call to confirm. It's now that day, I waited until 2:30 PM and called them again. This time I was told that the parts arrived late and it wouldn't be finished until tomorrow which is highly upsetting since I made arrangements with friends to get to work and to Service Kings so I could pick up the car today. I thought I would be treated more professionally than this from a company like this. I also don't appreciate the fact that I was never informed in any way about the events that have transpired. I just hope their work is much better than their customer service. This remains to be seen.
